I ordered from smytten on 9th October 2021 and the delivery date was 15th October. The Order was not delivered neither there was any tracking update. I mailed the customer service they said wait for 2 days but again no update! Again I mailed they said order has not been dispatched due to internal issues and said to wait a week. But after 1 week again no update about my order! I mailed again and same copy-paste reply came that they can't dispatch the order due to internal problems so have to wait for a week, and also saying that they can't be sure when will they dispatch as there is internal problems! The customer care service phone number provided is also invalid! There is no way to talk and ask because they provide a fake phone number! When I asked for cancellation and refund they said it can't be done! Seriously! Neither they are delivering my order nor ready to refund my money back!

I read on app that This number was inactive due to COVID but now open.
I called the customer care on this number and talked to them.They solved the issue.
