I have paid for my order from this site and they people show me 4th June as delivery date till this day i am not getting any my order. They people just keep mailing nd telling me to wait for the order but they keep telling me this very formally also not having a customer care number through which i can contact them....

My order still had not delivered, and the given date or time by the smytten company has taken more 48 hr still I had not received my order.i had booked order at 27 may and I had not received my order and they are saying fo to days your order is in transit soon be delivered.
And there tracking order page is also not updated...

Still nt recv parcel..plz do the needful..!!as dlvry date was 2 of Jun nd I still nt recvd my parcel...

Hy it's now almost 1 month since I placed the order please do something what taking so long please don't make me feel cheated its a great brand please dont lose your customer and the product which is remaining let it be atleast deliver the product which you have...

My order I'd is 2094311. Mistakely i order my products wrong address and I try to cancel it but it doesn't because it's refferal cash products. So please atleast change my shipping address....

My order no, 2053526 is not yet delivered, which was suppose to be delivered on 27th of may, every alternative day i get a message saying 'your order is out for delivery' and Later a guy calls and ask adress or give an excuse for not delivering or just abort the call(no.[protected]-reported as spam by 1000's of people)saying madam just a minute.
It was my prepaid trail order, can u please help me with this ??...

I've ordered trial products, it has not yet delivered. Kindly refund my money. Or plz allow to change the address. Kindly look upon this matter as soon as possible....

My pre paid order was confirmed on 16 may 2021 and due delivery date was 21 may . Order has been shipped but not delivered till date....

I have ordered the trial products and given all the details. Money was deducted immediately from my account but after the amount I paid they didn’t provide me the order details.
The app is also showing no order history. I have received a mail from Smytten that your payment is accepted but the customer care person is explaining me that the order is not captured.
I have been mailing them since three days but they are not even...

There are two order I paid for once states it’s delivered and I never received it and one states undelivered. I don’t understand what is wrong with these guys...

I ordered 7 trial products (including the free trial product) on 9th May and received my order today morning 13th May 2021.
However, on opening the box, I see that it contains only 6 products (including the free trial product)

The item "Pumice Stone Code - 1" is missing in the box.

This is unacceptable. I have already paid for the products when placing the order itself, and now see that one of the products...

I haven't received my product yet ... It's been 3 days since the original order date...i have ordered 4 products along with a pouch that makes the total of 5 products...there is no response from your side and no update ... I did not open the seal yet but it is leaking from the end.

My one product is missing out of my 6 trial products...n also i did not receive the products well...i felt like someone used the products and put it inside the box...it was just lying here and there like a mess... give me back my product ! This was my first time trying smytten trial products and its highly disappointing. Smytten sucks! I am not going to recommend to anyone and not trying again....
