I ordered for day cream and night cream.I paid Rs 1323.I had to gift on my Bestie birthday.I received only night cream and no day cream.And one promotional vitamin c cream.Inspite of my repeated mail they are not ready to give me day cream.I sent them pics showing night cream and vitamin C mask and the box I received in that third bottle can not come.They give me another vitamin c cream but never gave me day cream.This is loot.They are keeping a deaf ear.Dont buy from them.Every one will be in a soup one day

    I have already maid the payment through Card but did not get any order confirmation mail or SMS till now. I want the authorities to look after the situation as soon as possible otherwise I have to take further actions.

      I had received package from smytten in which one of the item was missing which is surely unfair to anyone
      We trusted the company and later I received the email to review the product they haven't even sent
      It's injustice
      There's no way to reach them contact number is unavailable
      They are replying stupid things
      I wanna go to higher authorities now they have wasted enoughhhh of my time

        As I have ordered my free trial products on 2 July 2021 & have paid 199 rs through UPI but The order is supposed to be delivered by 7 july 2021 but has not been delivered yet. Despite several emails, I am not getting any responses from their side. I am not even getting an option in my account to track my order.

            I have ordered three products part of this order number. two of them got delivered. the third product from Juicy chemistry and the shipment cancelled from seller end. No further update on when I will be getting this product. It has been two week from the date of delivery. Please help me to get either the product or the money.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am not happy with my order.
              I had ordered from Smytten and availed 6 free trial points but all products are sent incorrectly, really not happy with the service.
              These are the things which I did not order.

              1 Maybelline Fit me 115
              2 Maybelline Fit me 310
              3 Collagean hair serum
              4 Maybelline Fit me 128

              My Actual order is

              1 Lean Intense, EDP
              2 Lip Chik Tint Just herb
              3 Men's Green Pouch

              Please arrange the return for this & I want my refund.

              Kindly consider this as urgent and do the need full.

              I also tried calling your contact center but got a message and not in-network

                      I had ordered smytten for first time and paid 199 through upi and amount got deducted from my bank account but order did not get placed in smytten application it showed as transaction failed... I need refund for the same

                        Your delivery guy is not ready to deliver my prepaid order at my door until I go n pick my where he wants.
                        He just refuse to deliver & hangup the phone.
                        And your customer care contact is wrong not connecting and you don’t have any real time help. Should improve your customer & delivery service.

                        And as if you person refuse to deliver my prepaid order .
                        I want my money back.

                              There employee named hinal has placed an order on behalf of me on 6th of march, 2021 after the telefonic conversation resolving my previous issue so I agreed and on her suggestion and gave my consent to place my order on my behalf but I didn't receive my order even yet(16 June, 2021) inspite of my constant attempts to contact them regarding the same they didn't respond to any of my mail and today it's been more then 3 months and neither I received my order nor their reply.

                              The staff even shared an invalid order number.

                              This is really annoying. I used to order frequently from them before this cheat of their organisation.

                              Now this is not just about the order but about the dishonest attitude towards the customers too.

                              Please help me as they have a record of cheating.

                                    I have paid for my order from this site and they people show me 4th June as delivery date till this day i am not getting any my order. They people just keep mailing nd telling me to wait for the order but they keep telling me this very formally also not having a customer care number through which i can contact them.

                                      My order still had not delivered, and the given date or time by the smytten company has taken more 48 hr still I had not received my order.i had booked order at 27 may and I had not received my order and they are saying fo to days your order is in transit soon be delivered.
                                      And there tracking order page is also not updated
