I have placed a order on 9th october today is 22oct still didn't get my order. When i tried to track order it continuesly changing the date of delivery. I want refund i sent mail to them many time but never get any rply from Smytten.. Worst experience ever.

It’s been approx a month since I ordered something from smytten’s app and they said that it’ll be delivered by 10 oct but I haven’t received my order yet. Also I have mailed them multiple time that either deliver my order or refund my amount but every time they says that my order is in safe hands. I have complained multiple times but didn’t get a solution till now.
Neither they are refunding my amount nor delivering the product.

Since 1month my order is in transit and shipping. But I didn't receive nor my money was refunded after multiple mails also no response from customer service and also there are no way to call them as there no reply. They are simply cheating people and lossing customer trust.Kindly take an action on such site.

I placed an order for wrong address and it isn't allowing me to change address or cancel this order. This is my worst ever online shopping experience.

I placed a trial order and had to pay 199/- for that with a condition that I would get that amount in my Smytten wallet as a cashback which I can use for future orders. But that comes with a 30 days expiry, and minimum order amount should be 800. Okay I did that placed that order because I did not want my money to be lying in that wallet with 30 days expiry. I placed the order, I needed them urgently and I ordered because I was given expected delivery date of 4th October. But we understand that there might be a delay of 1-2 days as the process involves a lot of things. But then we were given date of 5th Oct. Order didn't arrive then also. Then I was given date of 8th October. Still did not get it. Then I got the date of 10th Oct which is still reflecting in my smytten app. Then I I constantly sending mails but getting no response. Finally I got a text message from your end that it will be delivered by 15th October. 15th October has also come and I still did not get my order. I again dropped them mail regarding this and they said that they will not be able to deliver my order so they will be initiating a refund. I especially requested them not to refund any amount in Smytten wallet but in the source account. But now they are saying that partial amount would be sent to my smytten wallet. What is my fault in this? I did place an order and I did use the wallet amount from my end, I did not cancel/return the order, infact they refused to deliver so it should be a courtsey t refund it back to my source account. They are making a trap so that the customer has to order from their website again and again. ery exploitative practice, firstly charging 199/- for trial products with a condition o[censored]sing them in 30 days and when a customer uses that amount, I had to order products minimum 800 to redeem those first), you refuse to deliver the order and get that amount back into smytten wallet. What a trap to make a fool of the customer. If I order something using that cashback even if I don't want to, firstly there will be an expiry date of that amount, secondly I will pay the shipping charge. And the most importantly why will I order products which I don't need? I I ordered the products I needed and it was your fault of not derlivering them so should be your courtesy to refund it back into the source account. I am not asking for extra money for the time I wasted, energy I wasted, the time I kept waiting, follow-up mails I kept writing. I am just asking for the refund of the amount that I paid. Atleast give that back to me as it was not my fault at all.

I placed an order on smytten app but they only delivered half of the products. I mailed them several times but they keep on saying that order details will be shared. Its been more than a month and they have not delivered my products. The most pathetic customer service i have ever come across. I have been patient but its more than enough.
Please don't order from this company. They are just frauds and won't refund your money.

On 17 July I placed an order but money got transferred but order is not placed please do something about this smytten ...I want my money back

I have ordered some goods from smytten online shopping application. They have not delivered a part of my order which was placed in September.

They do not have a customer care number as well.

The mails which i sent for the query they only replywith sorry with no necessary actions taken for my queries regarding the order.

Don't buy products from smytten they are send wrong items.
after picking up the product they are not refunding.
cheating the money of the customer

I sent back the product long time a go still no refund made. No response from that side instead the are scheduling for reverse pick up

At least when you are delivering the order please make your delivery person to treat around politely and humbly.
He just literally throw the parcel in the bucket and also was shouting for not picking his first call

I have ordered trail product on this September month. It has been nearly 1 weeks still the delivery has not arrived. For day to day the delivery time has been increasing. I just received my order n on opening it it opened from behind. Thats d first complain n den I noticed that the tube is fully empty! Its shocking n this was not expected. I need an exchange soon as possible.

I ordered the products on 11 Sep'21 and it showed delivered on 19 Sep'21 but I didn't receive the order.I initiated a mail regarding this to Smytten and they asked me to wait for two weeks and now no one is replying.Will you please resolve this query on priority Team Smytten?Either provide me with the products or initiate the refund.

I have ordered the trial product from smytten on 29th sep and it was supposed to delivered at 5th Oct but as of now I have not received any delivery. My oder number is #2987934. No cancellation option is available neither the details of the delivery partner is given.
Revert back as soon as possible.

I have ordered total of 6 trail products, but i received only 5 of them, one product from my list is missing.

I am attaching pictures so you can see how they only delivered one product in place of three. It was supposed to come in one shipment. But in the box there was only one item. They did not initiate refund or replacement. But marked the query as resolved. How is it actually resolved? I sent mails but no response.
I want refund or replacement atleast. Was not expecting this ignorance and misbehavior from symtten. Very bad service. Do not order from symtten.

I ordered 3 products from smytten, and they only delivered one. Rest of the two items did not arrive and kt was supposed to come in same shipment. Now they say they have delivered the product. And resolved the issue. I even sent mails but no reply. They did not refund nor replace my order. Very ignorant and poor management. Bad customer service.
