I ordered 3 products from smytten, and they only delivered one. Rest of the two items did not arrive and kt was supposed to come in same shipment. Now they say they have delivered the product. And resolved the issue. I even sent mails but no reply. They did not refund nor replace my order. Very ignorant and poor management. Bad customer service....

Was due to get delivered on 24th

Customer support team is just copy pasting mails already sent earlier to me stating it will be delivered on following up
