Its almost 1week and I haven't received my order yet and their delivery dates keep on extending. No response of EMAILS even I have paid online......

I have ordered 6 trial products and got a free product total 7 products I have ordered then I go for payment and then I paid the amount the payment was successful but my order was not confirmed...

How I cancel my tester products order which is prepaid...

On the order delivery the pincode has come as 530006 but it is 530009 order number is #2612241 already it is so many days from estimated delivery so deliver my products quickly...

I added free trail to cart and I placed order, after placing order trial has got replaced, not sure if it's tool glitch, how will I contact them to replace trial order, as I have paid for it, is there a way I can replace as order was placed today and there is no cancellation policy...

Whenever i put address to order on smytten it shows that we are not serviceable to this pincode. How much it will take to resolve this issue....

I have paid the so called shipping amount which is 199 against a order. The amount got deducted from my account which i paid through a upi app. The payment shows completed. In the smytten app the situation is transaction failed. But I haven't got any refund for my money and no order was placed. I tried to contact them through mail but there was no reply. Then I contacted them in instagram they replied. They were like we haven't received any...
