Hy it's now almost 1 month since I placed the order please do something what taking so long please don't make me feel cheated its a great brand please dont lose your customer and the product which is remaining let it be atleast deliver the product which you have

    My order I'd is 2094311. Mistakely i order my products wrong address and I try to cancel it but it doesn't because it's refferal cash products. So please atleast change my shipping address.

      Hello,
      My order no, 2053526 is not yet delivered, which was suppose to be delivered on 27th of may, every alternative day i get a message saying 'your order is out for delivery' and Later a guy calls and ask adress or give an excuse for not delivering or just abort the call(no.[protected]-reported as spam by 1000's of people)saying madam just a minute.
      It was my prepaid trail order, can u please help me with this ??

          My pre paid order was confirmed on 16 may 2021 and due delivery date was 21 may . Order has been shipped but not delivered till date.

            I have ordered the trial products and given all the details. Money was deducted immediately from my account but after the amount I paid they didn’t provide me the order details.
            The app is also showing no order history. I have received a mail from Smytten that your payment is accepted but the customer care person is explaining me that the order is not captured.
            I have been mailing them since three days but they are not even replying to my mails.
            They have very irresponsible behaviour.

                  I ordered 7 trial products (including the free trial product) on 9th May and received my order today morning 13th May 2021.
                  However, on opening the box, I see that it contains only 6 products (including the free trial product)

                  The item "Pumice Stone Code - 1" is missing in the box.

                  This is unacceptable. I have already paid for the products when placing the order itself, and now see that one of the products has not been delivered.

                  The Shipment Label includes the list of all the 7 products, but inside the box there are only 6 products.

                  Order number: 1990039

                  I have also sent an email to [protected]@smytten.com but did not receive any response on this matter.

                  This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

                  Can you please look into this matter and send me the missing product (Pumice Stone Code - 1) at the earliest ?

                    I haven't received my product yet ... It's been 3 days since the original order date...i have ordered 4 products along with a pouch that makes the total of 5 products...there is no response from your side and no update ... I kindly request to check out my order ... This has never happened before...i ordered earlier during the pandemic...this is the first time i am having delivering problems ... I ordered it on 3rd May...and today was 11th May...they were trial items .

                        I am the smytten user . I order the trial products on (28-april_2021) the last date of order is (3-May-2021) . And now also l didn't recive the product . This is my tracking number.#1930844
                        I think after this complaint l will recive the order .l already pay the shipping charges. But l didn't refund from the app.

                                My one product is missing out of my 6 trial products...n also i did not receive the products well...i felt like someone used the products and put it inside the box...it was just lying here and there like a mess... give me back my product ! This was my first time trying smytten trial products and its highly disappointing. Smytten sucks! I am not going to recommend to anyone and not trying again.

                                    I have ordered 6 trials on 10.04.2021. My order was delivered on 15.04.2021. While opening/receiving my order, I have found that one of the trial item is missing.                                       On 16th of April the order was to be delivered by ecom express, but in the morning I got the notification of order delivered but I never got it.
                                      I complained in ecom express but they didn't took any action. I mailed smytten but no reply to that.

                                        Even when they are not able to ship my order they're not returning my money, they are refusing for the cancellation when there cancellation policy clearly states that I can cancel it even if it's shipped
