      I have placed the order on 7th January 2021,
      order id: 1434902, its been 14 days i haven't received my products. The customer service are not at all responding to the mails properly. They are just sending that my product is in transit and ill be getting it in 24-48 working hours to every mail i sent. Its already been 14 days how many working hours do you all need? Not at all looking into the issue. No proper communication service and customer service. Smytten, by hook or crook i want my product to be delivered soon. Please don't cheat customers and manipulate things. In one mail i have received a response from a girl named Kruti that my product has been already delivered on 12th Jan 2021 but its not delivered to me, when i checked the app Its showing Expected delivery by 14th Jan. What is this?? Is this the way you deal with your customers?
      I want my products as early as possible.

          As there is smytten referral cash on delivery if we suggest that to our friends, as 3 of my friends ordered and got delivery of the product but still I didn't get any referel cash so I request you to get back my reward as they have promised

            I didn't receive my package I have order it on 2nd Jan 2021 and I was informed that I will receive my package on 7th Jan but I didn't even received any call and I was again informed that as I didn't accept the package the package was undelivered I was confused and replied to the delivery team that I want my package again on 8th but till now 10 th Jan I didn't receive my package plz inform me what was the problem?               I placed order on smytten on 28th december 2020, Order No. #1389339
              The ecom express took back the shipment to origin RTO,
              without even attempting the delivery once, no one contacted me.
              These smytten people don’t even have a customer care number to call and talk.
              I need my money right back to the origin or the delivery of the products.
              I am even confused if this is a scam by smytten and ecom express together

              I guess it’s a scam by Smytten and ecom express to loot customers
              I can’t even see the reason to order from these scamming websites right now
              People should be aware of these scams at this point

                        Hi Team,

                        Wanted to raise a complaint😡, only 6 items were packed in 1 small box 🤬

                        1) Argan hairfall control mask 25ml
                        2)ubtan face mask of skin lightening and brightening
                        3) oil free moisturizer for face with apple cider vinegar
                        4)Chamomile white tea brighten up face scrub
                        5) Vitamin C face wash
                        6) Utility Pouch - Dark Green

                        And 1th item - Onion hair mask for hair fall control, was not inside the box when I opened the box😡

                        I want the 5 th products as well or else you can take back all products which you have sent

                                I didn't receive any call from the delivering agent and it was 4 trial sample order pre-paid. Please let me know how can I get a refund for the amount or get my order to deliver at my home again.
