This guy came to replace my product which was not the same i had ordered on 20th of aprail, he was so arrogant at first place and he was not ready to come at my place and he was like "come to the place where i am standing".

He was not looking in the mood of replacing the product, but when i went to the place where he was, he was gone to deliver...

I bought ivoomi iv 505 from snapdeal. Mobile is faulty and blinks constantly. I placed replacement order of the mobile very next day. But instead of replacing the faulty mobile, snapdeal send me address of service center at 45 sector chandigarh far away from my residence. On one hand it is matter of inconvenience for the customer and on the other hand highly unprofessional on the part of snapdeal. If i had the time to go to market then why...

Respected sir this is to inform you that the mobile I have purchased is not genuine & in have confirmed the same from the Micromax service centre & then I put mail to snap deal, in spite of several mails sent I didn't have any satisfactory answer from snap deal so please check the same & do the needful. I have received fastarck watch on 22/04/2108.

Watch was damaged, i have taken to the fastrack servicing center the shop keeper was refused to repair even though i have one year warranty, he saying that watch is a fake.

I believe in snapdeal they won't cheat their customers to sell these kind of products
