I have received a defective mobile on 12th august'17 & made a request for return (Tikit id[protected], but after several followup also i did not received any response. Neither they have taken back the defective mobile nor they have returned back my payment of rs 6899/-
Still status is showing "return request is under process"

From Snap deal customer care (Phone no - +[protected], I received a phone call who says they can not help me at all as the six month warranty is expired. But he accepted that the return request was received on time by them.But did not responded on that but they they will be able to help me for replacement or get the money back.
Now what should I do ?? Already I have invested Rs6899/- ???
If this is case in future i am not going to make any deal from Snap deal & also ask my friends for the same.
