Today i received a cal from "[protected]" that congratulation that you are lucky winner and win a prize of tata safari or cash rs. 1280000/- the charges of registration rs. 6500/-. Calling person is roshan lal and he also whatsapp me his snapdeal id with adhar card. He approach me to submit my adhar id and bank details.
Please suggest.

      Dear Sir,
      From Snap deal customer care (Phone no - +[protected], I received a phone call who says they can not help me at all as the six month warranty is expired. But he accepted that the return request was received on time by them.But did not responded on that but they they will be able to help me for replacement or get the money back.

      Now what should I do ?? Already I have invested Rs6899/- ???
      If this is case in future i am not going to make any deal from Snap deal & also ask my friends for the same.

        Order id: [protected] i ordered ray ban of 1400 but i received totally different order. I create the return request for my order. But they are omit that. And saying some silly reasons asking that product you returned to snapdeal is different product.. This is not forst time thay cheated me.. I'm also compaint here but snapdeal saying the same reason. So please give me the permanent solution. They are saying i returned different product.. That is very serious cheating. I'm very scared. Please solve my problem...

        Snapdeal doesn’t listen to their customers.. no customer care is available to talk with customers.. firstly the product they delivered wrong and whrn I returned they said product you returned to snapdeal is wrong...

          Order id: [protected]. I was ordered 14000 mobile but i received 1000 rs duplicate mobile. I create the return request for my order. But they are omit that. And saying some silly reasons. I'm also compaint here but snapdeal saying the same reason. So please give me the permanent solution. They are saying i was cancelled many orders. But i cancel that before dispatch so they are lose just 10+mb data. But now i lose 14000 myself. That is very serious cheating. I'm very scared. Please solve my problem.

            This guy came to replace my product which was not the same i had ordered on 20th of aprail, he was so arrogant at first place and he was not ready to come at my place and he was like "come to the place where i am standing".

            He was not looking in the mood of replacing the product, but when i went to the place where he was, he was gone to deliver some other product.

            I called him and he said i will come tomorrow please go home.

            He was so manner less while talking as if he is going to have a fight with me.

            Also he cut the phone two times before i completed my sentence.

            I had such a bad experience with snapdeal and it is even worst after talking to this guy.

                I bought ivoomi iv 505 from snapdeal. Mobile is faulty and blinks constantly. I placed replacement order of the mobile very next day. But instead of replacing the faulty mobile, snapdeal send me address of service center at 45 sector chandigarh far away from my residence. On one hand it is matter of inconvenience for the customer and on the other hand highly unprofessional on the part of snapdeal. If i had the time to go to market then why shoul i go for online shopping. Kindly look into the matter and replace mobile at my home.

                          Watch was damaged, i have taken to the fastrack servicing center the shop keeper was refused to repair even though i have one year warranty, he saying that watch is a fake.

                                Got a text and then a call which guides me that i should pay 6500 as the processing fees and then i can claim the tata safari for which i was selected by the so called snapdeal monsoon lucky draw. Whats all these about. The caller claims that he is calling from snapdeal and is a assistant manager in your company. Matter to be taken in consideration. Thanks.

                                  I have recently purchased two products from snapdeal. It was 2 adidas trackpants. But the product was not as described and the quality of the material was not upto the cost price. I raised a return request, but the company denied and cancelled my return request.
