This is to inform that i ordered rayban aviators from sanpdeal which one i ordered that is different in colour which it seems to look on snapdeal app and now i put it for return request they are asking that your return request is not able to process.. This is not first time always snapdeal makes fool to their customers and product which i got also looks like that it is used product

It is to inform that i but rayban blue aviators from snapdeal aap. When i recieved product it is totally different from which i ordered and after that i put up a return request for rayban aviators. After sometime i got messgae from snapdeal that your returned request is not able to processed.. Snapdeal always cheat customers and sell used products to customers

    From this cheat company

      Today morning i received a message from snap deal that i won a tata safari wort rs 1280000... They also said service charges included rs - 8400. They said to contact number [protected].. But when i tried to contact this number it was not reachable... Pls solve my problem... And also make sure that not to disturb someone by sending this kind of messeges unnecessarly for the company promotion...

      Its completely unacceptable that you denied the product to return even product is not similar like it's mentioned in details.

      It very ridiculous service being provided by Snapdeal and I am completely unhappy if you continue this behavior with a regular customer.

      I want this to be sorted out asap.

        Hi,
        Order no [protected], i have recieved product from a sp courier shyam world. On 31/03/2017. I have paid rs. 950/- on that order.

        Philips qt4006/15 pro skin advanced trimmer

        Placed on 27 mar, 2017

        This order got cancelled from snapdeal end. I don't know the reason for that.
        Inspite of that i got a delivery on (31/03/2017) around 12:00 pm from a 3p courier. Shipped by: shyam world.
        I gave rs. 950/- cod. But when i open the package, it was a basic nova trimmer. Very bad. I was not expecting this kind of a response from snapdeal in particular. Completely clueless with the way the product was delivered.

        I ordered philips trimmer, i got nova trimmer.

        I have attached all the images (Order history, package cover, invoice, product, box) for your reference.
        Kindly look into those details.

        I want the refund on this (Rs. 950/) and i will return the product to snapdeal. Take necessary action on this.
        I could not contact the seller as i ordered the product from snapdeal, snapdeal is completely responsible for this action.

        Its been one year and no progress from snapdeal. I made enough follow ups with snapdeal on this issue.

            I ordered Nike presto shoes from Snapdeal.com on 17 April on cash on delivery and it got delivered on 20 th April . As the shoes were bigger I filed for a replacement on 25 th april and the courier picked up the product on 27 th April. Till now it has been 3 days I didn't get any notifications about my replacement from Snapdeal, I sent emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but even I didn't get a reply. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Snapdeal. I am constantly trying to contact Snapdeal but not getting any details about my replacement. I will attach all my order deatils and emails. Please look into my matter and help me out.

                  Bought Sony sbh60, order no. [protected] from snapdeal. Product is very different from original. No NFC card, different style. Hurting my both ear for listening songs just after 30mins. Applied for return policy on 23/04/2018. Again i request snap deal and they advised to request for return, i put my request and they rescheduled for pick up but since item is with value courier how i can give them.                       Hello,
                      Recently i bought a product from snapdeal. It was a mac pencil eyeliner.
                      And when it arrived it was some cheap quality product with a fake logo of mac on it which also smelt the way a sketch pen or marker pen does. It was not what i was expecting at all, going by the picture that you provided in the website, the product i received looked nowhere close to what you claimed to sell. I paid a particular amount for that product and this cheap quality is what i receive? Is that the value of the money i paid for this product? With this i can say that i would never ever recommend anyone to use snapdeal to purchase any goods. Your deal is a very nice way of fooling people with cheap quality products!

                        I have returned a product and requested for a replacement. It's been more than 10 days i have received a product. The package was already opened and extra earbuds were missing.. Fake products.. I need a replacement immediately or give me back my money.. U guys don't even have a customer care phone line and don't even reply to mail. Pathetic. The delivery is very poor.. I don't know what happend to my money. Not replying to mails also..                             Ordered a printer form snapdeal.com
                            The product is defective and it is not working. I ordered replacement and now they are saying that they can't come and pick it up. I have to mail it. Which that didn't mentioned at the time of purchase. I have returned snapdeal items from that location earlier. Now you can't contact them as their customers care help line doesn't work. I complained on twitter but still that are not solving the issue. I wanted to talk to an executive but they just don't want to talk to me. My money is gone and my product is defective. They will not let me contact ant any cost. Now i have only one option. I have to go to the consumer court. This website is crap. That's why they are loosing customers and flipkart and amazon is doing all the business.

                              I received a meesage this morning that i won tata safari or 12, 00, 000 rps and i got a call too from a person they said me to tranfer 6, 500 i gave them that then they asked me to tranfer 16, 600 i gave them that too i am fool then they asked me for 51, 200 then i also gave them that then they asked me to tranfer 96100 i also have them that then i shouted at them i came to knew they were fraud then they said they need 20, 000 more to cancle the transition i also gave them that i total gave them 1, 90, 400 please help me get my money back please

                                I have ordered a track pant from snapdeal. Then i wanted to exchange it for a xl size.                                     Ref order i'd [protected], used iphone 5s delivered on 16.4.18. As i could not start the phone requested for return as the manual was not enclosed. Received a reply that the manual was not included, hence return request not applicable. I have downloaded the manual and tried to restore the software but failed for several times. The phone is not working. Iwas told it's in very good condition and teses by expertise. My return request when tracked says under process from 16.04.2018. Plz make arrangements for an immediate return. Thank you

                                        I have ordered "sennheiser cx275s in ear wired earphones with mic" on 12 apr, 2018 and it was delivered to me on 16 apr, 2018 order id is order id: [protected] but when i unbox the product i saw the inner packing was damaged and quite old box was send also i havent received the earphone inside that package.

                                        Regarding the same i have registered a complaint in snapdeal (Reference no:[protected] in which i have stated the issue i faced.
                                        The resolution that was taken by snapdeal was, they send 2 people to inspect about this issue and they asked me several questions and took pictures of the parcel as well and then next day i received an email from snapdeal that m return request was rejected.

                                        I send them a reply on the same email to ask the reason for rejecting my request but still i didn't received any reply yet.

                                        Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

                                        I didn't received any update from snapdeal nor they have refunded my amount.

                                        Please re-open this complaint and take some action againt it.
