Order no [protected], i have recieved product from a sp courier shyam world. On 31/03/2017. I have paid rs. 950/- on that order.

This order got cancelled from snapdeal end. I don't know the reason for that.
Inspite of that i got a delivery on (31/03/2017) around 12:00 pm from a 3p courier. Shipped by: shyam world.
I gave rs. 950/- cod. But when i open the package, it was a basic nova trimmer. Very bad. I was not expecting this kind of a response from snapdeal in particular. Completely clueless with the way the product was delivered.
I ordered philips trimmer, i got nova trimmer.
I have attached all the images (Order history, package cover, invoice, product, box) for your reference.
Kindly look into those details.
I want the refund on this (Rs. 950/) and i will return the product to snapdeal. Take necessary action on this.
I could not contact the seller as i ordered the product from snapdeal, snapdeal is completely responsible for this action.
Its been one year and no progress from snapdeal. I made enough follow ups with snapdeal on this issue.
