              Hie Snapdeal. This is Shivani . I bought me mee pram from Snapdeal on 28april 2018 from my husband Ac .it was delivered on 2 may. Product was defective Nd colour was also different which we ordered. On the same day we have applied for return and they have given us estimated date 5 may. But no one came for pickup. We have tried to contact customer care but not able to talk any representative. We mail to help desk many times regarding this but they only said ok I will rearrange the pickup .today is 11 may but no one is come for pickup even now help centre is not reverting to ur emails. We in just frustrated from Snapdeal. I don’t understand that why they are doing so in mean we live in Mumbai and every day they used to come in my society for deliveries. Even I mail them soo many times saying that I want to talk to representative but they are sleeping I think no is reverting. If nothing will happen by tomorrow I will go consumer forum .

                        I have been asking snapdeal to delete my account from their system as I don't require it anymore but they are not willing to do it
                        They sent me wrong product and asked for my bank details to refund money though they could have returned it in the snapdeal wallet, within a month, I ordered another similar product and they again sent me a wrong product

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I'm asish kumar pathak, a new customer of snap deal. Last week i ordered a sunflame chimney model name titanium 60 cm 1250m3/hrs. Yesterday i got my product but after impact the box snapdeal send a different product which model is sunflame innova 60 cm 1230 m3/hr.
                          Then i was upseted and disturbed about that type o[censored]nprofessional mistake. Immediately i went to snapdeal apps and choose replacement option from the apps.
                          My replacement was granted as expected.
                          But to snapdeal send an email that they unable to reverse pickup my product and suggest send me the product on a given address at my own expense.
                          So my heartiest request to you pickup my wrong delivered product and replace with the appropriate product which i ordered (Sunflame chimney titanium 60 cm auto clean 1250 m3/hrs). So kindly pickup and replace my product and continue our good relationship with each other.
                          Otherwise i decide that i will go to consumer forum for this type of stupidity from a reputed company. I will take all the necessary steps against snapdeal.

                                Sir i got a call from snapdeal company that u have won tata safari car. For registration you have to pay rs 8600 to the manager anand kumar talwar. (S. B. I.) bank. A/c no-[protected]. The message received was "welcome to snapdeal
                                Pvt. Ltd
                                Dear customer, congratulations, you are the lucky winner of
                                1st prize-tata safari
                                There are two option for receiving your prize
                                1- (Home delivery), or,
                                2-you can get its marketing price
                                (Rs-12, 40, 000)
                                Contact:- (91)+@[protected]". I have paid the registration fees and they told to pay again 19200 as security money. I have not paid security money. They are not refunding my money. How they got our numbers. Please protect the privacy.

                                  Your courier team has not been picking up this product.
                                  They are sending me msg about unsuccessful pick up.
                                  No one come on my address to pick this product. No one call me to pick up the product.
                                  Snapdeal is not providing the phone no on which we can tell our problem to your representative.

                                    Hii my order id is [protected] is deliverd by 9th may 2018.. By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
                                    So i leave a message of placing the order that plz deliver my order on my new address i. E 3/35 a vijay nagar double storey delhi 110009..
                                    Pls deliver it on new address as i mentioned above because i don’t want to change my order.
