    Ref order i'd [protected], used iphone 5s delivered on 16.4.18. As i could not start the phone requested for return as the manual was not enclosed. Received a reply that the manual was not included, hence return request not applicable. I have downloaded the manual and tried to restore the software but failed for several times. The phone is not working. Iwas told it's in very good condition and teses by expertise. My return request when tracked says under process from 16.04.2018. Plz make arrangements for an immediate return. Thank you

        I have ordered "sennheiser cx275s in ear wired earphones with mic" on 12 apr, 2018 and it was delivered to me on 16 apr, 2018 order id is order id: [protected] but when i unbox the product i saw the inner packing was damaged and quite old box was send also i havent received the earphone inside that package.

        Regarding the same i have registered a complaint in snapdeal (Reference no:[protected] in which i have stated the issue i faced.
        The resolution that was taken by snapdeal was, they send 2 people to inspect about this issue and they asked me several questions and took pictures of the parcel as well and then next day i received an email from snapdeal that m return request was rejected.

        I send them a reply on the same email to ask the reason for rejecting my request but still i didn't received any reply yet.

        Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

            My friend had placed an order on behalf of me which was a saree.The order was placed on 21st April 2018.Today morning I received the below message from the number

            I decided to ignore the message but later got a call from the same number and recited my order details to me and told me that this call is based on the saree you booked on Snapdeal and since you have received the same your name has come in lucky draw.I stated that I have not received the product and immediately that person said oh you haven't received it?Yes I just checked it now that your order is on hold as you have to confirm which gift is to be taken either the car or cash.I told him I'll get back to him on this as I knew this was a fake call.He told me call us soon or else till then your product will be on hold.
            But I wondered how this person received my order detail which was suppose to be the private information

              Hello!

              I have been a regular buyer of things online and have been buying from many online portals and apps.

              However, i have ordered ray ban sun glasses from snapdeal vide order ids. [protected], [protected], [protected] but have been delivered fake ray ban sunglasses.

              This is not the first time that i have received fake products from snapdeal. They ought to check and verify the authenticity and originality of products and sellers. Extremely dissatisfied.

              I request snapdeal to conduct periodic surveys within the listings and identify such cheats who use the goodwill and platform of snapdeal to sell spurious and duplicate goods.

              Such incidences are border line breach of trust on snapdeal's part since customers like myself prefer buying from them assuming and hoping that since snapdeal is such a giant name with such a great reputation we shall not be cheated or fooled.

              However, and because this is not the first time, i cannot trust snapdeal for my shopping anymore and shall concentrate on other sites and apps. I feel terrible in being cheated and sincerely wish that i should not have trusted snapdeal again after my first bad experience.

                However on opening the package, i was dismayed to find 100 strips of old accuchek active strips which had expired last year on may 2017. Also i received one box in open condition. Disgusting!

                  At 9:03 am on 25th april 2018 a caller whose no. Is [protected] called me stating that he is calling from snapdeal.

                  He knows my personal information like my house no. He has my contact no. He knows all my orders from snapdeal.

                  [protected] said he is calling from snapdeal, madam these are your orders and details, you have won a lucky draw this morning and got a tata safari or ₹1, 30, 000.

                  I didn't fall for the trap.

                  But why does [protected] this fellow knows what i ordered from snapdeal and why is he having my personal details like my house and phone no.?

                  Snapdeal, stop leaking my personal details and please take strict measures to protect your customers privacy. This is life-threatening and very dangerous. What if i had my account no. Details in it? [protected] would have easily hack my account as they already hacked snapdeal and have access to your customers private information.

                  Very disappointed and red in rage.
                  Don't spread my personal information.
                  I hope you take full responsibility of what happened and in future whatever happens because of you because now strangers know my address, contact no. And my orders.

                    I had ordered 'laxmipati cotton silk saree'. Order id: [protected]. After i received the item, i understood that it was not cotton silk. When i ordered via app, no instruction related to return policy was mentioned, but now when i tried to return, it says, 'return/replace not available for this product'.

                    I tried several times to reach out to a customer care executive. When i called customer care, i selected the option to return/replace. By default they took it as replace. Mailed them almost 6 times that i need a refund and not replacement.

                    There is no option even to cancel the order. Please help as i can't use the product.

                              I purchased flamingo abdominal belt from snapdeal. The product was not upto the cost price and also not fitted me properly. So i raised a return request for refund but the company denied and cancelled my request saying that i have returned so many products that is why i am not able to return this product. If it's the case they have to told me after confirming my order or they can also cancelled the order on its own. But they are cheating with costumers.

                                      I got a call saying you win in lucky draw in snapdeal for it completing x years in business and i got and option of getting indica car or cash amount of that of car value. Si i had to give registration fees of 6400 and he had all details of my name and full address of my and also both mobile number. I am pretty confident that he got the details by the saller of snapdeal from which i bought and vicco paste powder and after dilivery i got that phone call. How can they leak my personal details to any one. :
