I had ordered 'laxmipati cotton silk saree'. Order id: [protected]. After i received the item, i understood that it was not cotton silk. When i ordered via app, no instruction related to return policy was mentioned, but now when i tried to return, it says, 'return/replace not available for this product'.

I tried several times to reach out to a customer care executive. When i called customer care, i selected the option to return/replace....

Delivery boy did not came on 3rd floor he ask me to come down i[censored] need the order then u come down other wise i am going and behaviour was also not proper and not have proper manner to talk with customer so i rejected the order. Delivery boy ajay rana mo.[protected].....

Someone called me today and told that the product which I have bought last week has won a Tata safari car worth rupees 12 lakhs. So please register immediately to confirm. And also received a text.
The person called had the mobile number[protected]...

My order no.[protected] is still not dispatch. Already 2 days complete still not dispatch please dispatch my order as soon as possible...
I try to talk customer care but no option for communication. Through the help of this mail. I kindly request you dispatch my order as soon... When did it going to dispatch......

I ordered for adidas superstar shoes. My orderind date is 19 april 2018, in that time i seen that delivery date is april 29 th. But after three days only its shipped. Before this order i ordered a same products. I ordered 9 size. But they delivered me only 10 size. Its not comfort for me. So this product i need fast delivery and i need my proper size what i ordered. My product size is 9...

I purchased flamingo abdominal belt from snapdeal. The product was not upto the cost price and also not fitted me properly. So i raised a return request for refund but the company denied and cancelled my request saying that i have returned so many products that is why i am not able to return this product. If it's the case they have to told me after confirming my order or they can also cancelled the order on its own. But they are cheating...

Got a message to my number as shown below.

I had ordered a saree on[protected], whose order is ID [protected], which has not yet been reached. Please solve my problem otherwise I will go to the Consumer Forum.

My question is how they get my no. And how they know my order details
As snapdeal unable to keep our order privacy...

I got a call saying you win in lucky draw in snapdeal for it completing x years in business and i got and option of getting indica car or cash amount of that of car value. Si i had to give registration fees of 6400 and he had all details of my name and full address of my and also both mobile number. I am pretty confident that he got the details by the saller of snapdeal from which i bought and vicco paste powder and after dilivery i got that...

Return refund mobile nokia 6 i was order it 6th april and it was deliver me 14th april but was not in well condition so was request to it return and refund money but company not take any action at that time...

With reference to my complained dt. 24/03/2018. Vide which it was stated that my order no. [protected] dt 17/03/2018 for battery of micromax canvas nitroa311 was 2500mah but you supplied battery model no. 2000mah. Kindly supply correct battery model no. 2500mah without any delay. I have already complained to you on dt.24/03/2018 but it is regretted to point out that problem has not been solved till now after lapsing 25 days. I feel very inconveince....

I had bought matrix shampoo 400 ml, conditioner 198g, conditioner 100 ml but when i start using the whole products were not well and seems to be duplicate .I am not happy with the products.plzzz do something.i will be very thankful.Plz give me another combo....

Today i received a cal from "[protected]" that congratulation that you are lucky winner and win a prize of tata safari or cash rs. 1280000/- the charges of registration rs. 6500/-. Calling person is roshan lal and he also whatsapp me his snapdeal id with adhar card. He approach me to submit my adhar id and bank details.

Sir i want tell you that some people of your company are making coustmer fool by calling them. They say that you have won a car jackpot now they can get a car or money instead of car. But gor this they just have to rs 3500 to our account. I am sharing one of the spam caller name and number please take an immediate action against this guy.

I have received a defective mobile on 12th august'17 & made a request for return (Tikit id[protected], but after several followup also i did not received any response. Neither they have taken back the defective mobile nor they have returned back my payment of rs 6899/-
