Respected Sir,

I have recently purchased two products from snapdeal. It was 2 adidas trackpants. But the product was not as described and the quality of the material was not upto the cost price. I raised a return request, but the company denied and cancelled my return request. The told me that am not able to return products. I have spend 2024rs in total. So kindly help me with the issue.

    Harassing me and abusing me in bad words with different unknown no. Don't have the manners to talk to girls. Snapdeal asking me to deposit cash of 8500 as i am the lucky winner to receive tata safari car they are asking me to deposit cash as a registration fees and asking my personal account no. This is making me to take serious action against them. Kindly have a look on it

          I had purchased one adidas shoes through online mode from snapdeal and hardly use 15-20 days. The order details are as follows:

          Snapdeal order id : [protected]

          Order date : 24.02.2018

          Receiving date : 03.03.2018

          The shoes fabric break from soul and top front, it's shows how's quality of the shoes.

          Shoes purchased in rs 1601.00, pls advise in so much cost and branded shoes what i aspect...

          I baught adidas neo shoes from the snapdeal online shopping website. Later after doing some research on the shoes, i find out that the pair of shoes is fake. The best significance of the original shoes is each shoe has unique serial no, but in my pair of shoes serial no on both shoe is same. So kindly take strict action against this.

            I was ordered open box moto z play for 14048. Rs on 8th april 2018. But i received 1000. Rs celkon mobile. Now i claim return but they are accept my request. They said 'we understand that you are not happy with your recent purchase with us and that and wish to return it. However, while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks'. So please accept my request. If they didn't accept i lose 14000 rs. Please help me.

                Sir, today i got amsg from snap deal about i got first prize in lucky draw... Prize is tata safari around 1260000 rupees.. To get this car they requested 8500 rupees service charge they also offer 1260000 rupees given im my account if i give them bank a/c no. Is it true or a fake call?? Please answer. If it is fake how they got my number and how they know about me recent purchase that i have done with snapdeal...??
                Here is the msg given by them

                Congratulation you are the winner of (Snapdeal) online shopping company won the prize (Tata safari) which cost is rs :12, 60000. The charge of you registration service charge rs : 8500, rupes only. This is valid today know more for details contact no:[protected]

                    I ordered whith womens wear kurthi on snapdeal
                    Due to the size quaries and low quality i had no other option to return it back and i placed return option and selected refund and had returned white kurthi women’s wear after that they showed it was on the process of refunding and they did not refund the money, and they sent a message showing my info which i had provided was wrong and later they are not ready to call me and collect the proper details of my account if i call to customer care there is no proper reply they are just neglecting

                                7.500 on[protected] deposit. Contect no:-[protected]

                                Snapdeal customer care no:-[protected] and had baranchtoll free no:-[protected]
                                Please that is a big crime on behalf of md-snapdl that you all are sharing contact information with such fraudsters or someone is doung fraud on behalf of your portal. I want quick legal action to be taken.

                                Then catch hold of those people who are indulged in sharing of customer contact information with fraudsters. How do they know that i have bought an item a fortnight? How do they get my contact? How about that so many people are victims of the same problem only behalf of your website.

                                        This was very unproffessional of your team. I was waiting for my product
                                        And u have sent me message on 9april regarding shipment of that watch, i
                                        Have already paid 25999 for that. I dont know i want that product, this was
                                        Very rude as i was waiting for the product n you r sending this surprise
                                        Message of cancellation. I want this ptoduct before 21april 2018 as per your
                                        Previous delivery date.

                                        I ordered this product on 6april 2018 amd you hav accepted my amount and on 9april u sent me messahe regarding shipment of the product and then on 10th april you are sending cancellation message
