I ordered whith womens wear kurthi on snapdeal
Due to the size quaries and low quality i had no other option to return it back and i placed return option and selected refund and had returned white kurthi women’s wear after that they showed it was on the process of refunding and they did not refund the money, and they sent a message showing my info which i had provided was wrong and later they are not ready to call me and collect...

I have purchased two perfume from snap deal as it is showing very good prices but both are fake .I trusted snap deal as it is a brand but i was not aware that snap deal can sell fake products as well i want you to return my money and take your perfumes back ....

Me have call today 8:44 am to snapdeal he says congrates you have win tata safari then says 2 options you take cash ya you have tata safari.. Then given he my number for the msg.. And then after call says you give your account number and then payment of ruppess 8500 in my account no... Mr. Pawan kumar sharma a/c n0... [protected] this man are fraud... So be alert... Carefully

Some person is contact me and he said i won t. V show the prize tata safari is 12 lakh 50 thousand 148 hundred. Then he said me give me money 62 thousand and then he said i give a online payement iny account. But all message is comming md-snapdeal. I found a name that person is ranjit kumar rai and dilip kumar rai please find a person. Stil i hope you help me. You cant help me then i says that the company is fraud......

Please that is a big crime on behalf of md-snapdl that you all are sharing contact...

Then their is one option came written like your return req is under processed will call or email in 48 hourd bt 8 days gone i have not recieve any refund. Received message and phone from number [protected] regarding selected name for monsoon lucky draw as one of my product order has won the lucky draw and lucky draw contains winning either a tata safari or cash price of 1260000/. The charge for registration is 6500/ which they asked us to pay. Plss tell me the above stated lucky draw is fake or not

I purchased a sennheiser headset from snapdeal. After few months its stopped working. So i send it to senheiser to claim the warrenty. But instead of replacement i got a detailed report saying that the product is fake. Then i started trying contact snapdeal. Send a lot of mails and raised some claims. Initially i got a mail stating that i am eligible for a replacement or refund, and the item will be picked soon. But no one came, i waited...

Snapdeal sent me copied Fastrack watch. When I requested for refund, they told me that get in written from service centre. Contacting service centre, thay told me that we have no such policy so we can't.
Now suggest me what to do???...
