I purchase a sony head phone with rs 699 by snapdeal. After one month use i facing the huge problem in earphone. Right side's ear phone i can't hear any sound with in one month. Now i have 1 yr warranty for this sony headphone. Please i want to solve my problem by change my ear phone, and i want get it new... This is very bad experience for me with with this product...     I ordered shoe on snapdeal on 12 feb 2018. The shoe name is katty fila look lifestyle black casual shoes.. I was totally disappointed with the quality of the shoe... So i returned the shoe on 25 feb 2018... But snapdeal didn't returned my refund... Please make a move so that i could get my refund... The price of the shoe is rs.479... (When i requested for return this worst app has given me a message that i should return apple 8plus back cover. But i ordered shoe...) whatever i want my money back...

        I made numerous call but no releif as there is no option to contact your representative.

        Need to compensate, otherwise i will knock consumer court s door.

        Not acceptable at all.
        See, how amazon/ paytm serving customer.
        Even one can't speak to your representative over the phone.
        What kind of approach snapdeal having towards customer s satisfication.

        Would like to hear from you at earliest.
        This time i am not going to compromise.

          Snapdeal sent me copied Fastrack watch. When I requested for refund, they told me that get in written from service centre. Contacting service centre, thay told me that we have no such policy so we can't.
          Now suggest me what to do???

              I ordered a adidas shoe which I got after 1 week and that too defected one and then I requested for replace then after 1 week I recieved completely different item.i am very disappointed by their service.

              I requested for refund and yet I didnt recieve my amount.snapdeal is very slow in their services and I will never recommend anyone to go for snapdeal.

              I dont know why they do such fake promises and cannot stand on their on.

                    I ordered sennheiser cx213 earphones from snapdeal on 18th march and paid via debit card. As per their site and it still says that it will be delivered within 5-7 days and if product is defective it will be replaced within next 2-4 days of delivery. First of all i received a defective product and even that order was received after 10 days, headphone jack wouldn't fit in my cellphone (Samsung s7 edge). Snapdeal will keep messaging me that delivery guy will show up alongside his name and phone no. Phone is always not reachable and snapdeal would blame me that i could not collect my order and it has been rescheduled. This happend for 3 days. Today is 6th april still haven't received my order and that cycle of blaming me for not receiving and delivery phone no. Not reachable has started again. Snapdeal has to pay for this harassment, this was certainly my last order from this company.

                        I had purchase a Iphone 5s 32Gb, from snapdeal on 24th October 2017. When I received that mobile it was defected. I returned that mobile to snapdeal & they send again a phone without adapter. I informed to snapdeal & they apology. After few months this phone having touch problem. I went to customer care center of apple, but deny to repair & told me this phone has been sold in 2014, it is not under warranty. I hope now you can understand my problem.                           Sir, today i got amsg from snap deal about i got first prize in lucky draw... Prize is mahindra... Around 1500000rupees.. To get this money they requested 8400 rupees service charge and 29700 rupees to pay as gst... Is it true or a fake call?? Please answer. If it is fake how they got my number and how they know about recent purchase that i have done with snapdeal...??

                            I have receiving messages of lucky draw winner. He informs me to win tata indica car and 625000 rupees, registration service fees deposit 8400 to his account.
                            And second time he asks deposit 18600 rupees. But they do not send my win price. I can sue case against snapdeal company. Snapdeal cheats against with his customers. And they not refund money to me and other customers.

                              Product :adidas socks 15 pairs
                              Problem: i received the order and tried one sock, i was totally dissatisfied with the size and quality. I raised return request immediately. My returned item was checked by courier guy and taken. But after few days i received message that the returned item failed quality check and sent back the item. But when i got the parcel, it had only 12 pairs socks.

                              First of all, my return was rejected for the item that was checked and taken by courier.
                              Secondly, they sent me less no of socks. Totally feeling cheated.

                                    Around 10 o clock 3 march 2018 i received a call saying that i am selected in monsoon lucky draw snapdeal and won a 1st prize tata safari car. It was said i had two options to get tata safari car or to get payment of 1260000 - the registration payment 9500.
                                    I got to know this is fake so i complained to you
                                    It was named as md snapdeal
                                    Please try to resolve it soon and inform me...

                                    I have ordered a sennheiser headphone from sanpdeal with order id: [protected] on 6-march-2018.
                                    It was delivered in time but when i checked, i found it duplicate and placed an replacement request.
                                    It was replaced by sanpdeal without any issue but what i got in replacement (Order id: [protected]) was also the same. It was still delivered duplicate.
                                    I raised an return/replacement request on the same day again but they have not processed the request and sent a mail that product delivered was good.
                                    First the delivery guy gave the product to tenants and we received the product 2 days after it was actually delivered.
                                    Now snapdeal is not processing my return replacement request after multiple mails which i have sent at [protected]@snapdeal.com.
                                    They just sent me an auto generated mail that 'your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned and replaced'.
                                    What are the possible steps that i can take to get the product returned or replaced with original ones.

                                    And after that I've purchased some magnum bat
                                    And it costs around 1500 RS
                                    They both are fake
                                    And kookaburra has broken after one match of play why u send fake products that's why lot of people doesn't like Snapdeal waste
