Bad experience with snapdeal no refund till now. Unable to communicate my issue with snapdeal team.

Feugo lycra jeans ordered on 21.02.2018. Which was delieverd on 23rd feb 2018 having poor quality of fabric.
Return request on 23.02.2018.
No refund till now.
Snapdeal caused too much inconvenience to me. Now they forced me to take legal action against them.

    In the process of refunding a product, a power bank which i wanted to replace the ifsc code is showing an error that it is invalid but i have checked it thoroughly and it turns out to be correct.

    Even the product seems to be very old and used and the product description was very wrong and different from the recieved product. Snap deal has given too much inconvenience in the process of returning the product and asking for a refund.

    The error shows that the ifsc code is invalid but it is the exact code for my bank account. I expect snap deal to rectify this and please help me.

    I have also entered incorrect ifsc code and then also return request is accepted. Now i cannot do anything. Help me out of this.

      Sir, on 19 mar 2018 somebody called me naming himself as abhijjet singh & said there is lucky draw of 650000 or one tata indica car. He said ist i have to deposit 8500rupees for winnging certificate & then he made me a talk with his MD named as Rajesh kumar. I did the same. He told me money will be transferred to your accont with in half an hour.Abheejit singh went to bank & deposited the check along with winning certificate. Then branch manager called me saying your account is not get proccessed, & I have to deposit 26100 for gst & 39100 for Noc certificate. Again i did the same then he raised one more problem for 32000 as state govt. Jharkhand tax.3rd time i failed to fulfill. It means they looted 650000 from me. I

I ingore this but the one of the snap deal employee had called me and was saying that my name and number had been selected one of the lucky draw i said him it is fake he had given bad word.           Hi. I got a fraud call early this morning claiming to be calling from snapdeal. The guy (He spoke hindi) hardly could speak english. He actually took another person's help to communicate in english. The guy said that i won a huge prize amount. The worst part is that he shared my phone details and postal address (Those which i shared in snapdeal) which left me in shock. When i probed him more, he hung up. Why would snapdeal suddenly lush out prizes and money to a customer?
          How little safe are the personal information that are shared in snapdeal?

          I have received a SMS claiming I have won a TATA SAFARI worth 12 lac and I'm told to deposit Rs 8, 500 to claim within a day.
          I called the number and the receiver told me it is snapdeal though he was not sounding professional.

            Guys please beware of snapdeal. I had ordered a few make up products of the brand Mac a few days ago & they are all fake ones. They claim the products to be worrh around 8000 rupees but they are not even worth a 100 rupees. Plz dont fall for their offers. They are fraud.

              On 12/03/18 i had ordered a new pair of nike thong 5 slippers from snapdeal, the company which claims to sell nike products from ur company.
              But, when i received my order... I found that those were a pair of duplicate slippers. I complained snapdeal about it... But they aren't taking any action about this matter. Lastly i have to complain about this to you as i know... Nike is not aware of this and this is hampering nd spoiling your company's name.
              Please help me in getting a genuine nike product. Please take a strict action against my betrayal.

              I bought a Nike bag from snapdeal and when i received that bag i saw that its quality is very poor nobody can say that its a Nike bag. Now snapdeal is not geeting returned that bag. What i will do with this bag.

                    Fake sennheiser headset was delivered to me by snapdeal. I got to know about this when i went to an authorised sennheiser service center since my headset was not functioning properly. They have given me service denial letter.
                    Snapdeal is providing me refund for this fake product. But that is not the point. How many such fake product sales have already been made by snapdeal for which they have not been held accountable? What is snapdeal's liability in such cases? And what is snapdeal doing to ensure that the sales made via their website are for authentic products only? The listings must be for original products only, but the deliveries are duplicates. Snapdeal is not providing me any answers to these questions (Complaint reference no: 46395154/[protected]
                    This is clearly a case of a larger scam which needs to be addressed, so as to prevent further such malpractices. I will be willing to accept the refund only once the above queries are addressed.

                            I ordered a bluetooth earphones from snapdeal on 22nd january with (Order id [protected]), but the bix was empty on arrival, luckly i recorded the whole video o[censored]nboxing the product, and i raised a complaint to snapdeal but but they refused to accept my complaint by giving excuse that they reviewed my snapdeal account and found some transaction that do not pass their internal check.

                            And now again i ordered a helmet from snapdeal and for some reason i wish to return the product then they are tellin ne to couruer the product to the warehouse by making excuse that my location does not comes under their serviceable area though my friend often return his courier to snapdeal and the come to pickup the product from his location which is 10 steps far from my location.

                            The company is trying to waste my time so that i myself reverse all the allegations against them.

                              I had ordered a combo of kajan pencil in offer. After 3/4 days i got mail that they could not contact with me, that is because my aircel number suddenly got stop which has been happened in all over country, so requested for second attempt and i changed my number there. But they dint deliver it. Now i am getting mail, "your order has been cancelled".
                              I say why? What is about our trust with their renowned company? Really its very disappointing having such issue with snapdeal..

                                      We ordered "brother black hl-2321d laser" printer on mar 2nd 2018. Order id is [protected]. We cancelled the order on mar 4th before the item is shipped. But snapdeal made shipment without any consideration of email and informed us on mar 5th that the cancellation request is accepted and the refund will be initiated within 6 business days.

                                      Till now, there is no sign about the initiation of refund. We have sent 3 reminders. But there has been no response from [protected]@snapdeal.com after sending lot of emails for refund.

                                      Can someone help me on this. I need to take it to consumer court as there is no response from them.
