I bought boat bassheads headset on 1st jan 2018, in the beginning it was working very nicely but it suddenly stopped working since 1 week. It comes with 1 year warranty. I would like to claim the warranty as soon as possible. I purchased it through the web site without signin into any account. Please let me know how to claim warranty.

My ordered (order ID: [[protected]] ) on 03/03/18. Today a message from snapdeal says that the delivery attempt was unsuscessful and consumer was not available.Moreover there is no such message regarding cancellation of order .

    Hi my name is revathy. I have received a call from [[protected]]saying that they are from snapdeal. He said i won a lucky draw of 1st prize - tata safari. He has provide me with two option 1) home delivery or 2) i can get the market value of the car in rs., to receive the cash prize i have to pay him 1% of the total cash.

    Would file a complain against snapdeal as to how these frauds are getting contact details of a customer.

      Hi,
      We ordered "brother black hl-2321d laser" printer on mar 2nd 2018. Order id is [protected]. We cancelled the order on mar 4th before the item is shipped. But snapdeal made shipment without any consideration of email and informed us on mar 5th that the cancellation request is accepted and the refund will be initiated within 6 business days.

      Till now, there is no sign about the initiation of refund. We have sent 3 reminders. But there has been no response from [protected]@snapdeal.com after sending lot of emails for refund.

      Can someone help me on this. I need to take it to consumer court as there is no response from them.

      There is no meaning of giving an reply that "Our team is working on your concern and we will connect with you regarding the same"
      Please credit the amount immediately.
      I don't think if anyone in SNAPDEAL fulfil the words they say. Customers are suffering because of e-commerce sites like this.

      I cannot accept your apology. Apology should be asked only one time for the mistake happened once. Not sure how "APOLOGY" can be used number of times to make the delay in your response or responding for the refund.
      I know that your team has been working from the time I cancelled order and I also understood that you are making very serious effort to credit the refund.
      If the above statement are really true, You should have done that earlier instead of giving some meaningless reply here.
      Let me know the cut-off date and don't simply give your common reply.

          2 nos of pride silver bangle boxes (price 1290) was ordered on 31st Jan 2018. money was prepaid by credit card. Orders has not yet been delivered, multiple attempt to reach them have failed.

          Snapdeal did not respond to multiple requests (28th feb) raised on their website and email send in this regard.

          There is no way to speak to snapdeal representative, there customer care number is IVR and does not connect to any executive in any option.

              Hi,

              I have ordered Paco Rabanne invictus 100 ML perfume on 27th march 2018 and they have delivered me a fake product...then I registered a return request on 0503/2018 as per of their policy they revert on 48 hours but till yet today is 14/03/2018 I haven't heard from them anything.there is no provision to talk to their customer care rep because their customer care number which is [protected] is completely IVR based.

                          As usual, snapdeal customer service suck. A few days back i had ordered three led tvs together (Order id: [protected]). On delivery one of the unit was faulty. I had initiated a replacement, but after three days, my replacement request just disappeared and everything shows normal in my order list. What a bloody shame on snapdeal. You dont have a customer call center. The one which you have provided, states that against my mobile number there isn't any order existing. This is a joke.

                          I have, this time initiated a refund. If, one of the tvs cannot be refunded, you can take away all three of them.

                          Expect an immediate response, failing which, i will expose snapdeal and will later approach the consumer forum.

                          There does not seem any seriousness in the working by your team. All seem to lethargic.

                            Snap deal fraud website... They have cancelled the customer return request with their own conditions... Customer delight word not important for them... I have created return request through their app, and received return ticket nos which was created by snap deal app.. But their legal team refused to return request, they said that i had returned many item so return ratio has been increased, becoz of that they are unable to accept my return request...
                            I have many questions with their legal team :
                            1. Have you informed earlier to customer they have increased the return ratio so this product is not returnable.
                            2. They have sent me poor quality of products or not as per display pics, i have to accept whether that product s are good or poor.
                            3. If return ratio was poor, than why snap deal accepted only low price[protected] of return products, and refused to accept high rates product[protected].
                            4. Why they don't have any answer of product order no [protected], suborder i'd [protected]. This order return request also generated on 17 feb 18, with the refunded suborder i'd [protected], why snap deal chooses lowest price of product for return request and refused higher price item. Is they created their own policy during return.
                            5. If ratio was increased why snapdeal not informed to customer, or updated this process on their app, why app created the return request ticket nos.
                            Please help..

                            This is really not acceptable, they have created your own return policy and doing the fraud with their customer and grab customer full money...

                            Have I many questions :
                            1. When u had created the return request from your app..and sent me the return ticket no, why your team not responded me on prompt basis, that this item is not returnable due to some error.
                            2. Why you have picked low price item first and wait for increased the return ratio, so that you can refused the higher price item for their return process.
                            3. Why you have updated me after the lots of followups from my end.
                            4. Why your legal team not able to share the details, that why this return request has been cancelled, and given the reply in only one line due to some errors it has been cancelled. ..why they don't break the protocol for customer satisfaction.
                            5. Why snapdeal customers don't have rights to know the details, if snapdeal sent poor quality of product, in that case also snapdeal refused to return the product and grabbed customer full money.
                            6. Why you have process the return request of amount rs. 500 and refused the rs 3195 amount items with your own policy. .while I had created the products return on the same time.

                            7.snapdeal not maintained the policy for customer delight. ...

                            Really I am very disappointed by snapdeal, I believe they have unprofessional team members those are creating their own policy to cheat with customer. ..

                            Snapdeal should really learn something with Amazon and flip kart. ..

                                I had bought a power bank of 999 on 22 may 2017 from snapdeal with a year warranty but now its second output is not working, so i want to claim its warranty.
                                Company is not providing warranty as per their promise. I have tried many times to talk to them but they are not responding. Please help me to get warranty as per their promises. 1 year warranty is already mentioned over the box.
                                Requisite pictures are attached below. Their behaviour is totally unfavourable to me so please help me to claim warranty. Service centres are not taking this and directing me to approach snapdeal for its warranty. This power bank is not working any more perhaps it has only 9 months of my purchase.

                                      This is in reference with snapdeal order id-[protected]. I order 2 jeans but the size is not suit me after delivery, so requested replacement with suitable size but for one product size was not available to finally i requested for replacement for 1 product and return for 2nd. But snapdeal is refusing by saying some excuses.
                                      I had written mail to snapdeal in this regard 3 time but every time i got there auto generated same reply, "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We are sorry that we will be unable to complete your return request."
                                      Even they have not initiated the pickup of product from me.
                                      What is there internal check that is not understandable, and also before picking up the product what check they are doing only they can understand.
                                      One more thing there customer care no. Is only ivr technology, no one there at other side to attend your call.
