Dear sir/ma'am,
This is with reference to my order id: [protected] which was placed on 24th february, 2018 and the promised delivery date was 6th-8th march, 2018 but unfortunately it has not been shipped yet on this date when i should have actually received the product by today. There is absolutely no means of even speaking with your customer care executives which is another harassing point to be noted. Since last sunday (After complaining repeatedly via mails) i have been receiving calls from your side promising dispatch of the order within 24 hours everytime a call comes but with no effort.
When i tried to cancel the order it is also not getting possible anyways and the message conveyed on the screen asks me to check the highlight option on the item page but even on checking the same i didn't find any information regarding the fact whether it is a non - cancellable order.
Anyways it has been a worst experience shopping with snapdeal on this occasion and the kind of resolution provided was just of no use.
Therefore as of now i would earnestly request you to kindly cancel my order and provide me with the refund at the earliest as possible.
