Placed this order on 17 feb, 2018 and was delayed in the first instance, later on 03 mar, 2018 status shows delivered.
We never received the order and the tracking shows delivered.
We asked for the pod (Proof of delivery and the signature) no response for that, and the order shows delivered in a different place not to the address mentioned, from the day we've seen the tracking as delivered we are trying to get in touch with some one from the customer service dept, however i there is no customer service for snapdeal, the most horrible experience ever.
We've sent multiple emails but no proper response.
We need the product being delivered without any further delay or refund the amount paid.
