      My friend and i ordered some clothes via my snapdeal app and due to fitting issues, we placed return request around 31 jan 2018, till date no one has taken back the clothes or refunded. I wrote an email to snapdeal help desk. I get a reply stating that snapdeal has checked my account and some internal checks were not successful so we cannot take your refund request. Okkkk!!! So what are these internal checks, does the customer not have any rights to know what went wrong?? If it's my fault i m more than happy to bear the loss!!! I remember one instance that went wrong during all these orders i placed in jan 2018. The courier guy totally messed up, when i was in office, he came home and took the wrong packet of cloth under different order number. Is that my fault? I m trying to verbally talk to someone from snapdeal who can fix my issue but i can't reach anyone my phone and the help desk is very much in human. Please i need help in understanding what the problem is! I hope snapdeal doesn't want to loose 2 customers forever (Me and my friend). We will ensure this negative experience is shared with everyone bcus compared to flipkart, you guys are keeping up to your promise of 7 day return policy. I have attached my order screenshot for reference.

        Even i was using freecharge to pay for snapdeal...

        I had few penny in it as well. All of a sudden that # company so called freecharge suspended my account fr no reason... I lost my money as well.

        Since it was linked to snapdeal even hey have suspended my account... I dont understand y a company likr snapdeal do such # things thst too based on de freecharge reference... R u guys gona proove u guys r so cheao as freecharge.

        I thot u guys have a value n set ur own standards in market n dont copy such low standard company rules of freecharge

            We have ordered lakme 9to5 primer+ matte gajri colour lipstick by snapdeal. But lipstick which we received is duplicate. This item was dispatch from bihar. Price of this item is 369 + 30 shipping charge. Further we want to know is there any contract despatch from snapdeal deal bihar patna. Then it's very difficult to believe on lakme brand. It's not the matter of rupees but attachment with lakme brand.. So kindly take appropriate action.

But i have received hydrating concentrate ampules instead of anti dandruff and regarding hair spa cream the quantity is very less. When i received the package the outer cover is opened.                   In october i purchased nike air max shoes from snapdeal at a big discount. I bought the shoes at rs 4000/- with over 50%discount. I have used them for just about three months and the left shoe has developed a through crack in its sole. I do not have the packing and invoice anymore. This has been a big loss for me and i need help to get the shoes replaced or returned with refund. Please help.

On the contrary they have sent an SMS saying that they have initiated a case for replacement and will get back in two or three days.                   After repeatedly assuring me that they are working on my complaint for a month, the cheats at Snapdeal have called me today and repeated their clumsy old seven days complaint policy. They have led me up the gum tree for a month and then dumped my complaint shamelessly. Absolutely pathetic. I think that there is no other way except approach the consumer court to take these cheats to task
                  Snapdeal has sent me an SMS wherein they have said that they have initiated the process for replacement of the item and given an id number too. However at the same time, they have called me to say that they are not going to do anything about the complaint as they have a seven days return policy. It needs to be pointed out that if a product turns out to be poor and a fake after limited usage which is way below the expected life span of the product, the consumer needs to be protected and provided relief. I again request consumer complaints to help me and get the issue resolved with snapdeal
                  I am still waiting for a response from Snapdeal. No one has contacted me till now
                  It seems that Snapdeal has decided to keep pending their response so that the complainant loses patience and gives up. After over a month and two assurances they have still done nothing. Consumer complaints please help

                        Placed this order on 17 feb, 2018 and was delayed in the first instance, later on 03 mar, 2018 status shows delivered.

                        We never received the order and the tracking shows delivered.
                        We asked for the pod (Proof of delivery and the signature) no response for that, and the order shows delivered in a different place not to the address mentioned, from the day we've seen the tracking as delivered we are trying to get in touch with some one from the customer service dept, however i there is no customer service for snapdeal, the most horrible experience ever.
                        We've sent multiple emails but no proper response.

                        We need the product being delivered without any further delay or refund the amount paid.

                            I bought leather retail black biker jacket from snapdeal on 04 feb, 2018 and i received order on 9 feb, 2018. I was unhappy with jacket quality and stitching since i raised product return request on same day. Till date i am waiting to hear from them, it is about to complete one month and i didn't heard anything from snapdeal. I raised complaint from the snapdeal help centre online portal and i didn't get any reply from them.

                            Portal shows return request is under process [ticket id: 45936724]. This is in under process from last 25 days. Request you to please look into it and help me to return the product and help me to get back my amount as well.

                              My no registered with the account is not my no anymore and the individual who has that no had login in my snapdeal acc with just otp that snapdeal sends on phone no and he/she has placed an order. Now i have tried contacting snapdeal support to change my no or close the account. They replied that due to their privacy compliance they cant do anything. So snapdeal is saying anyone can login in anyone account with just otp on to phone no.
                              Pls look into this matter as i am concerned about my details saved in the account.

                                I have ordered kajal combo pack and raised return order number is 45887485, when i have opened the first maybelline kajal it was duplicate then i thought to open and check the rest 3 eyeconic, lakme absolute and loreal all were duplicate not genuine products tried snapdeal customer care number several times but no resolution. Kindly return it or refund my money back if not then send me the original ones.

                                    I, siddharth goyal on 17 february and 18 february made three transactions on snapdeal.com for the same product i. E, sgreat cashews 1000grams, pack of 2 but all 3 transactions were unsuccessful and the money was debited from the account 3 times but reversed back only once.
                                    I used sbi debit card of my mother meera goyal for these transactions as snapdeal gives 10% off by using sbi cards. Now the debited amounts were rupees 1886, 1886 & 1913 but i got back only 1886 one time so the total of 1886+1913 is still not credited back in the account.
                                    Details of accountholder:
                                    Name : meera goyal, account number:[protected].
                                    I have contacted sbi branch for this issue and they said the bank could not help me in this case as the money is not received by the bank and it is snapdeal which has your money.
                                    The sbi says snapdeal is having your money but the snapdeal is saying they have not received any money. Please help me out.

                                      First up is quality of material they ship is not the original and second is getting fraudulent messages regarding purchase lottery and all. Got a message from one of the snapdeal guys stating i have been chosen for a lottery and i win 2nd prize worth 6, 50, 000. And when i call them they do not give proper information. Very upset with this kind of activities that they do.
