Hi i am shailendra nagar my order id is [protected] on snapdeal. I am recive your item (Moh manthan pink & beige color net lehenga) its quality is very low quality and it is to small. And also it has a defect. Earlior i raise a return request to you its reference no. Is 45955064. On[protected] your pickup person came to my home. He check the item and said it is not a defective item. He said it is the design of our item and said. Plz cancel your return request. And again raise return request and if it is to small or quality is not appropriate than select quality not as expected. Then again i will come and pick it back. So i cancel my return request. And now when i am again raising the return request i am not able to raise request. Why you people are cheating to people like this. I donot want your third class item. And i want my money back as soon as

    I recently received a call in the name of snapdeal saying under promotional offer we are giving gifts to customers like tv, fridge, washing machine, iphone, dell laptop white edition, with a condition that i have to make an order amounting to 4ooo buy ordering 3 or less products. These products not to be ordered from website or app, but to be informed then directly and make a payment online, preferably paytm (As discount provided here). At this point only 4k payment criteria was told, nothing else at all.
    Later next day they said order is ready but you have to pay gst from your side so that order is approved, within an hour we will refund it into your account. After giving their said amount, they said no you shouldnt have paid 12k, but 11, 999 as the exact figure so that order is approved.
    Eventually they extracted 36k saying that if you dont give order will be stuck and kept on hold. No refund was possible.

    So they were opening their cards slowly, one after another.

    I waited since it was mahashivratri that may be it is causing it to delay.
    Now its 14 february, their numbers are off.

    This incident made me realise how grave it can be to trust a name.
    I do not desire any gifts et al. I kindly request you that please clear my loss. So that i can carry forward my trust in shopping with snapdeal in future smoothly.

    Paytm is unable to refund although I complain immediately after transaction but paytm block after 7 hrs so amt consumed very careless and poor 3rd class service paytm support paytm is untrusted wallet show fake name as real

                      Same revert got from snapdeal.if there is return policy which is common for all then how do they revert that they are unable to refund or replacement of the products. Customers order on basis of the return policy. They should clear mention on policy condition that it is based your past record. If I am not comfortable with products then obviously I would give return request. I am regular customer of flipkart, amazon. I never faced any problem related return of the products. I need guidance on legal steps against snapdeal. There are many customers who would face this problems. I also send this message to news channel and new papers company. I want them to be on screen because they do cheat with people.

                        I ordered soundbot sb526 and i did not like the product hence i requested for a return but because it did produce the right sound quality as i had expected so i requested for a return and it was processed but after two days i received an email quoting that my return cannot be processed because the product was delivered in good quality which does not make sense as it wasn't the reason which i returned the product after all.
                        A humble request to respond to my request and do the needful before the request expires in 5days because i cannot lose out on money for something that doesn't satisfy me.

                            Snapdeal is purposely delaying the 'delivered"status more than seven days (Even after actually delivering), so that their 7 days easy return policy can not be activated
                            I have received a gym set on 23 jan 2018, as per order order id: [protected] (2 items) placed on 07 jan, 2018.
                            Found one rod of the gym set is fake (Stuffed with rubber) and broken on delivery.
                            I tried to lodge the complaint the snapdeal website asked the order number. But could not complaint because the order satus is not"delivered".
                            I could not lodge a complaint because the snapdeal has not updated the order status as"delivered"for the next 10 days.
                            I checked with the courier service and they informed the have updated as"delivered"10 days back itself.
                            I sent mail to snapdeal and they replied with the reference no: 45799006 and promised to change with 2-3 days.
                            Nothing is being done tilldate and now i can not even contact them by phone or mail. The snapdeals mailpage stays just blank.
                            So ii would like to compalint snapdeal is purposely delaying the 'delivered" status more than the seven days (Even after actually delivering), so that their 7 days easy return policy can not be activated.
                            I have their only mail with the reference no: 45799006 regarding this and photograph of broken piece which i have attached.

                              I have ordered RND creation green banglore silk lehanga on 26 january 2018
                              ORDER ID-[protected] but I didn't like the product .
                              So I have lodged a return request on 3 february TICKET ID[protected] and the product should revert within 48 hours but no reversal of product is done.
                              We have also send mails and talk on toll free no. but no satisfactory answer is given.
                              Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                              I have received call from snapdeal representative after complaining about return of product RND creation banglore silk On consumer complaints...consumer complaint status ID -1862180...snapdeal representative said that my number of returns are more due to which my product cannot be rerurned which was not mentioned in SNAPDEAL RETURN POLICY...SNAPDEAL COMPANY has done fraud with me...I request you to take right action so that my product can be returned and money can be refunded as soon as possible...I am attaching SNAPDEAL RETURN POLICY IMAGE

                                    As i purchased from snapdeal i did online transaction but they save my bank account details and not deleting plus no service centre call being picked up i want necessary action against snapdeal and when we call to customer care service no provision to talk to seevice centre they are just saving peoples bank atm information plus their products which i ordered before wasn’t upto mark

                                      I have purchase automobile items for my car against order no. [protected] on dated 09/01/2018. But the quality of product was very inferior which was not expected from the company like snapdeal.
                                      I created a return request for the 06 items, three of which were sent back to me as the products did not qualify the quality check as per your representative (Items are: 1. Take care black steering knob & door guards, 2. Soonai foot mark car sticker-silver, 3. Spartan night vision clip on goggles for driving)
                                      I am an avid buyer and a gold customer of snapdeal, i have invested a lot of time and money in your products. I have handled all the delivered products carefully, there is no way the items were already broken or misused, tampering has happened and i have been blamed for this. Sub: regarding my order no. [protected]

Also i have received foot mark sticker in broken condition. I have returned the entire product in original packing but received back in very bad condition. Is this the way checking the material? I think you are promoting the sellers who are selling the low grade material through snapdeal.
                                      There is no way i am accepting this and i demand full refund for the same. Now i am going to ask all my friends & colleagues not to deal or buy any product from snapdeal and prefer other online shopping sites, which give better treatment to their customers. I hope you consider this matter.

                                        1. I ordered for Joop Homme 2 bottles pocco rabbne 2 bottel and davidoff 1 bottle as I saw a very good price.
                                        2. 3. I checked the bottle and realised it was fake and counterfeit...i been using Joop for more than 20 years.
                                        4. Now I am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy.
                                        5. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake perfumes on their site, they even refuse to collect the bottle i haven't used or opened.
                                        6 Can Snapdeal do what they want and not be held accountable.

                                        Appreciate a prompt action in this regard as I see a lot of people being duped on Snapdeal
