Sir.in starting i can buy a product they deliver on time but the product is damaged and i want to submit as a return option because it have to buy a other company earphone but they again sending me the they didn't send a fund not initiatted and there customer support is also very bad there is no any support only mail process. They give very bad services to us please help us. They only time waste for the others...

I am not able to make payment from hsbc credit card while availing 15% discount for 6 months emi facility. Payment method screen is coming twice and when selected again on next payment method screen/page no option comes for hsbc. Dropdown does not have hsbc option.

Snapdeal is purposely delaying the 'delivered"status more than seven days (Even after actually delivering), so that their 7 days easy return policy can not be activated
I have received a gym set on 23 jan 2018, as per order order id: [protected] (2 items) placed on 07 jan, 2018.
Found one rod of the gym set is fake (Stuffed with rubber) and broken on delivery.

As i purchased from snapdeal i did online transaction but they save my bank account details and not deleting plus no service centre call being picked up i want necessary action against snapdeal and when we call to customer care service no provision to talk to seevice centre they are just saving peoples bank atm information plus their products which i ordered before wasn’t upto mark...

The product i received is herbalife protein powder but the qr code is missing, infact it seems it is removed. Request you to please revert on my query at the earliest.
The plastic container information is not as per the standard of herbalife products and the qcr code is missing, infact removed hence i doubt it's not a genuine product

I had placed an order for scan disk pen drve but when i received the product it was damaged. So i opted for a refund before 2 mnths ago till date i havent received my refund. I have written hundreads of complaints to snapdeal but no response from thm. They dont have any type of customer representative which i can talk to. So pls kindly look into the matter...

On 7th feb, i got a call that they are calling from snapdeal and they are offering me a assured gift if i buy any product worth at least 4000. I got call from [protected]. They were offering me with dell inspiron laptop, samsung automatic washing machine, sony bravia led tv, apple iphone 7. When i asked them for proof of their genuineness, they texted with snapdeal website url....

I have ordered above mention item and paid online before delivery but the product is not delivered to me till date but company is showing product delivered. I have lodge a complaint on snapdeal website but they have not done any solution yet. So plz do some thing that at least my payment made will refund to me. After dispatch no shipment id or courier id is shown to.me so that I can track my courier. Delivery time shown to me is 5 to 7 days...

I returned my rosra steel analog watch orderd on snapdeal under order id: [protected] and got a message from snapdeal that your pick up successful but after 8 days of picking up the said ordered product i m still waiting for the refund. Please let me know when will i get refund of the said product. I want my refund process immediately.
