I have purchased socks from snapdeal.com. I got my item with different color. So i placed returned request. They picked up my item. And without refunding they have closed my request. They are giving me false reasons like they missed my pickup though i have mailed them picked acknowledgment as well. Also they have mentioned my cell is not reachable. Have been calling them but not responding.
Fraud people. Please help to get money back....

I had ordered a male nike shoe, and got a female one with color variation... Then i submitted a return request and accordingly submitted bank details and ifsc code that i filled is showing it as invalid. But that is correct true from my side.. Not i want my amount back and your item to you.. Help me to take it back and my amount. Your satisfaction is poor and fraud business. I purchased a nike male shoe, which is not that i ordered and received a female one then i submitted return request, on filling bank details, the ifsc code that i submiit shows invalid, however that's correct and true, then i mailed on customer help desk that was also futile..
