They are not taking my cover back.. It’s in good condition and it has been 6 days the mobile app shows the msg that return req has been closed plz help me asap my order id is : [protected]!!! As snapdeal has 7 days return policy i would like to return it but they are now letting me!!! The customer serivice should reach to me as soon as possible!!!

    I placed order of a Nike Air Force 1 on 12 th Feb 2018 and the product delivered on 19th 2018 was fake. The delivered product I not an authenticated product of Nike rather it's fake. The consumer feels cheated and wants to bring your kind attention on the cheating done by these online shopping sites . Thanking in anticipation

      I had ordered a wall unit online, which came in all broken from the edges.
      When asked for return, they said they wont pick up, and so i had to courier them back to their address.
      After many follow ups on emails, the price of the order was refunded. However, the courier charges i paid for 480rs, is still not processed after 3 months.
      There is no way you can talk to their customer representative officers, and no response on email.
      If you guys cant provide genuine services to your customer, advice is shut down your business. Stop making a fool out of the customers and torturing them with horrible shopping experience.

        I had ordered nike lunar shoes dated feb 03, 2017 whereof order id [protected] (Sub order id [protected]) and delivered on dated feb 06, 2017. When went to start to run with that shoe could not run more because it torn in short while (Attaching photo for your reference herein)

        I was surprised shoes which was delivered that was original or duplicate because it could not run long and gone off within a week.

        Request you pl initiate the process to return the same immediately.

          I am continuously calling to snapdeal since last 4 days regarding the refund of 488 rs. But the executives were not available on call [protected]. I didn’t get any message, mail or notification regarding my refund(money).I am completely disappointed and wishing never to shop with snapdeal ever.
          They are fraud. They have stolen my money.

                  I have purchased socks from snapdeal.com. I got my item with different color. So i placed returned request. They picked up my item. And without refunding they have closed my request. They are giving me false reasons like they missed my pickup though i have mailed them picked acknowledgment as well. Also they have mentioned my cell is not reachable. Have been calling them but not responding.
                  Fraud people. Please help to get money back.

                          Co. People gave misleading information & persuaded the customer to transfer rs. 5000/- in their or company's account which they are not refunding now.
                          I got a call from snapdeal saying that you r a lucky customer chosen for some reward under a promotional scheme & that u will hv to shop for rs 5000/- to receive the assured gift. I straightaway said no but then somya & rosy persuaded me to avail the so called lucky offer. They said u will receive 1500 cash back in ur account within 4-24hrs. After u make the payment.
                          Next day nisha, the despatch manager called me to pay rs.12000/-as gst which was not disclosed earlier which i did not want to pay & so i asked her to cancel the offer & refund me my initial payment of rs.5000/- to which she blatantly refused.
                          I want to get refund of my payment (Rs.5000/-)

                            रोजी activa 32 d60 led tv आपल्या कंपनी कड़े खरेदी केली. व इंस्टालेशन हे 10 दिवसानी झाले पन टीव्ही नवीनं असल्यामुले आम्हाला काही समजले नाही की आवाज फक्त एकाच स्पीकर मधून येत आहे.हे आम्हाला माझ्या मित्राने सांगितले व काही दिवसांनी त्यातून आवाज बंद होऊ लागला. असेच काही दिवस गेल्यावर मी snapdeal company सोबत संपर्क केला. त्यांतर मला [protected] या नंबर शी म्हणजेच activa.com सोबत चर्चा करण्यास सांगितले, त्यानुसार मी एका महिन्यांनी त्यासोबत चर्चा केल्यानंतर मला असे, सांगण्यात आले कि आपल्या जालना शहरामध्ये आमचे सर्विस सेंटर नाही, तुम्ही टीव्ही जवळच्या माकनिक ला दाखवून घेणे, मी टीव्ही दाखवला असता मला सांगण्यात आले कि टीव्ही ची कीट खराब आहे, ती बदलावी लागेल मी तोच संदेश activa.com म्हणजेच [protected] याना सांगितला, यानंतर म्हणजे दोन महिन्यानंतर या नंबर वरील संपर्क बंद झाला. त्यानंतर वारंवार आपल्या snapdeal.com वर संपर्क केल्यानतर मला दुसरा नंबर देण्यात आला [protected], त्यांतर या नंबर शी चर्चा केल्यानंतर त्यांनी मला दुसरा नंबर दिला [protected], या नंबरवर संपर्क केल्यावर मला टीव्हीची कीट d 195, sector -2 bawana, 110039, new dilhi, येथे पाठवावी आम्ही नवीन कीट पाठवून देऊ व कुरिअर चा खर्च देखील आम्ही देऊ व मकनिक ची फी 350 तीसुद्धा देऊ असे अस्वासन देण्यात आले, व त्याप्रमाणे मी सर्व काही केले
                            परतू त्यांनी परत मला दिफेक्टीव टीव्ही कीट पाठवून दिली,
                            आता जवळचा मकनिक फी वाढवावी लागेल अस म्हणाला म्हणजे जर तुम्ही असी खराब कीट वारवार पाठवत असाल तर ती कीट बसवताना दुसरा falt झाला तर आम्ही काय करावं 350+350 म्हणजे 700 रु. खर्च देत असाल तर मी परत काम करतो अन्यथा तुमचा टीव्ही घेऊन जावा अस तो म्हणाला,
                            1)टीव्ही अजूनसुद्धा चालू झाला नाही
                            2)अदयाप मला टीव्ही रीपियर चा खर्च दिला नाही
                            3) आता 7 महिने होत आहे, परतू अजून टीव्ही बघायला मिळाला नाही म्हणजेच चालू झाला नाही,
                            4) जर असेच वारंवार होत असेल तर मला माझे पैसे परत करण्यात यावे व आपला टीव्ही घेऊन जावा

                              I ordered a huda liquid lipstick set multi black 116 ml (Set of 16) of rs.1394 but the product is completely fake and it’s just wasted my money. It was a duplicate or a fake product which company provided on very high prices, this is totally cheating. I’m really disappointed by you (Snapdeal). I never thought that a company like you betrayed customers like this, it just kill my trust towards you as well as other online shopping sites. Plz revert me back and looking this matter seriously if you don’t want back mouth of publicity towards your site.

                                As per above subject i have won rs.65000/- gift amount
                                As per your accountani mr. Ashutosh singha (Mob.:[protected]) & anita mathur (Mob.:[protected]) rs.18000/- deducted from my account for service tax but rs.65000/- yet not received in my account

                                Kindly give detail about my gift & deducted amount from my account

                                I have place my order for 6 lts gasguser my order no sdl[protected] my mobile no.[protected]

I am recive your item (Moh manthan pink & beige color net lehenga) its quality is very low quality and it is to small. And also it has a defect. Earlior i raise a return request to you its reference no. Is 45955064. On[protected] your pickup person came to my home. He check the item and said it is not a defective item. He said it is the design of our item and said. Plz cancel your return request. And again raise return request and if it is to small or quality is not appropriate than select quality not as expected. Then again i will come and pick it back. So i cancel my return request. And now when i am again raising the return request i am not able to raise request. Why you people are cheating to people like this. I donot want your third class item. And i want my money back as soon as

                                    I recently received a call in the name of snapdeal saying under promotional offer we are giving gifts to customers like tv, fridge, washing machine, iphone, dell laptop white edition, with a condition that i have to make an order amounting to 4ooo buy ordering 3 or less products. These products not to be ordered from website or app, but to be informed then directly and make a payment online, preferably paytm (As discount provided here). At this point only 4k payment criteria was told, nothing else at all.
                                    Later next day they said order is ready but you have to pay gst from your side so that order is approved, within an hour we will refund it into your account. After giving their said amount, they said no you shouldnt have paid 12k, but 11, 999 as the exact figure so that order is approved.
                                    Eventually they extracted 36k saying that if you dont give order will be stuck and kept on hold. No refund was possible.

                                    So they were opening their cards slowly, one after another.

                                    I waited since it was mahashivratri that may be it is causing it to delay.
                                    Now its 14 february, their numbers are off.

                                    This incident made me realise how grave it can be to trust a name.
                                    I do not desire any gifts et al. I kindly request you that please clear my loss. So that i can carry forward my trust in shopping with snapdeal in future smoothly.

                                    I have emailed mr. Kunal bahl this morning.

                                    Paytm is unable to refund although I complain immediately after transaction but paytm block after 7 hrs so amt consumed very careless and poor 3rd class service paytm support paytm is untrusted wallet show fake name as real

I have tried to return it online and want my money but while trying online they ask my bank account number and ifsc code. I have filled it so many times but not receiving any response...
