I have placed an order for a watch and i have did the payment in online but i was not available to buy that product. The order has cancelled by me but the amount was not added to my bank account. Please refund it back i want to place another order which i liked more please refund. I want to buy new products from your site. Please respond as soon as possible

    I have ordered above mention item and paid online before delivery but the product is not delivered to me till date but company is showing product delivered. I have lodge a complaint on snapdeal website but they have not done any solution yet. So plz do some thing that at least my payment made will refund to me. After dispatch no shipment id or courier id is shown to.me so that I can track my courier. Delivery time shown to me is 5 to 7 days but only after three days item is delivered as showing in snapdeal website it is totally fake no product is delivered to me or even I think the item is not even dispatched from seller only my money is debited from bank . I can also provide my bank details if necessary plz solve my issue or refund my money.snapdeal is a totally fake company.

        I am buy a geyser from snapdeal company. After receiving the product i saw that they give me a broken product. And then i send a replacement request and after that they told me that in my location there courier service not available so they told me that you send your product with all original pack and bill. And they told me that they give me my courier charge back when i send a courier copy them. Than i send the product in warehouse address the courier company charged 1600 for courier fees.. And my product reach snapdeal warehouse the accept my replacement request but after send the courier copy they are not give me my courier charge back yet.. Under product order page upload courier receipt section add courier copy option is inactive.. So i send courier copy by email [protected]@snapdeal.com this email address. And then they told me that your request is under process but after few days i am not receive my money back yet.. Please check and help me...           I bought a shoe in red basketball shoe in Snapdeal for 3956 rs.I bought using an offer in SBI debit cards have 10 percent.I returned my shoe (Order I'd:[protected]) because of size issues.I paid using SBI debit card. They told to give me refund in next 7 to 11 business days.I didn't got money after 11 days.So I raised complaint in Snapdeal. I got email like "your money is refunded with ARN 74056638027802519224102 .If you didn't got the money, contact bank".But I didn't got my refund. When I contacted bank they told there was no sign of refund.

                  There was a call from this no [protected] regarding snap deal business promotion and there is a gift with the shopping for 4k to 5k and they said gift and the product selected will be delivered within 48 hr. They had asked for the payment through paytm. I paid the amount to this no [protected] rs-4478. Please help me in getting my money back. I had placed a complaint in the paytm for the money transfered to a wrong no they said once transfered cannot be revered call that no or place a complaint. Please help

                    I ordered - sanjeev kapoor elegant red and white bone china cup saucer 12 pcs with sub order id - [protected]. My order got cancelled with the reason that it is refused by the customer. This is really disgusting as i have not cancelled my order and have not received any call from. The delivery person. I ordered this item long back and then allnof sudden it hot canceled. Inhwve made the online payment for this order. I want this order and don't want the money to refund.                       Received the same offer on call. I was not aware of it that it was a trap. They asked me to make payment from paytm to there registered mobile number. I did the same and now after 1 hr, number got switched off. There payment number is also switched off. I borrowed the money from my friend. Please suggest me what i do next. Is police complaint help me in this?

                      Please take an action on this. Lost my 4k rs in this.

                          This is regarding orderid : [protected].
                          Product: karcher wd3 vaccum cleaner.
                          Issue: damaged product received twice. Returned the product with courier charges paid by me as instructed by snapdeal. They promised reimbursement and i am not getting proper response for the same. The replaced product is still damaged. Customer care is a robot and i think no real person answers the phone. (No options to speak with customer care executive.) worst customer care.
                          The product i received was a karcher wd3 vaccum cleaner. It was received as a damaged one and i had raised a return request and i was told to pack the item and send the item to their warehouse as they were unable to pickup my item. I paid for the return charges and they sent a replacement which was also damaged. Initially i was thinking of keeping it since i didnt want to go through the painful return process. But they keep ignoring my requests for reimbursement for the return courier. I have an email from them stating that they would reimburse even rs.1600 as courier charges as the initial quotes i got was high. I am still following up to get the money reimbursed and i havent received any proper response from them yet. All i got was a reply stating that they will get back when they have a solution for this reimbursement. I still dont understand what kind of solution they are talking about. They already stated that they would need courier receipt and my account details for reimbursing the amount. I have sent them the details. I still dont understand what kind of solution they are working on when they gave a solution to me already.
                          Worst of all their customer care number is crap and virtually non existant. It is just a collection of ivr options which is so stupidly limited that they give you some 2 options and you have to choose from them for an issue. You will not find any "other" option which would connect to their customer care person. This is really illogical. How can you serve the customer when you dont even know the what issue he has and you have some stupid predefined options. I am really unhappy about this and i am even thinking of sueing them for this.
                          Which customer care is this bad, there was a crap company timtara.com which cheated customers till the end and which got closed down after lots of customers sued the company for their negligence.
                          My recent experiences with snapdeal has been very bad. Sometime back i had ordered car tyres with an offer and i ordered them online only because i got the offer. The order status was updated as packed by seller and awaiting for courier pickup. How can this order be cancelled? It does not make any sense. They simply update the order status as they wish. They had my money for nearly two weeks and finally cancelled the order. I had to pick up tyres from a outlet as it was already delayed for me.

                          I got a call on the same day i made this request. Not sure if it was because of this. While i understand that the complaint is being worked on by your team. I was told in the call that the compliant would be rectified in 48 hours. It is the 4th day from the filing of this compliant and still i havent got any intimation of reimbursement for the return. I also have the replacement product damaged and i am again asked to return the product with courier charges being reimbursed later. How can I now trust you that the charges would be reimbursed? I have sent a separate email to [protected]@Snapdeal.com stating that i would not return the replacement product with courier charges paid by me and again waiting for the reimbursement of the return courier charges. This is really putting strain and stress on me. I have paid the product with a HSBC Credit card through EMI since i got a good offer. Now I have already been billed the first month emi and i would not be getting the interest i have paid too. This is not a good customer experience.

                          I also know that once i dont send the product within your replacement days. You would simply cancel the replacement request stating that the product is not returned within the specified days. Just imagine the amount of crap the customer has to go through just because ohe shopped with you.
                          In the call i was promised that you guys would change my mind about your customer care experience. I guess i was right. I am never ever shopping in Snapdeal again.

                            Snapdeal sent me the lenovo a6 laptop instead of the actual product product a9 i ordered.

                            I ordered lenovo a9 laptop but the snapdeal.com delovered me the lenovo a6 laptops instead of the lenovo a9.

                            I sent lots of emails and images of the product to snapdeal.com but they are not responding at all.

                            Snapdeal.com is not responding to my complaint just saying wait 24 ro 48 hours for reply but 4 days passed they never replied back.

                            Regarding order number: [protected]. I have aready raised the return request for this order bcoz seller has send me the wrong product. I have ordered the lenovo a9 laptop but seller send me lenovo a6 instead of a9.

                            I also shared the images of the product to you bit still you are not responding. Is this the way you are cheating with your customers. Tell me what i have to do.

                            Will you send me the replacement or not. If repacement is not possible from your ens then arrange reverse pickup and send me the refund.

                              I ordered an adidas brizo 3.0 flip-flops from snapdeal.com website looking at the picture provided. The payment was made online. However, when the product was delivered, to my utter surprise and disgust, it was a fake adidas product without any quality whatsoever.
                              It was as if a regular flip-flop bought from a delhi market.
                              When i wrote back hey asked to get the product back for investigation, but what's the use?
                              Snapdel.com has been involved in this kind of fake business for a long time now and that has pulled down the net worth of the company. The quality of the products sold online are notwithstanding sub-standard and the sellers they have engaged also deal with fake products. So beware! What you see on snapdeal.com is not what you get!

                                      It's been more than 10 days now, but i haven't received my refund yet. The problem was from the seller side that he was unable to deliver and so the order was cancelled. Its been so many days being patient. Also when i am contacting customer care for help, the announcement is saying that i have no order from my this mobile number. But when i have ordered from my account only, how is it possible. I need my money for that bike shoes as soon as possible.
