I'm complaining about my watch ordered on snapdeal

I received my courier (Analog watch) order placed on snapdeal today on 23rd of January 2018, but i found the quality of the product is weak. So i decided to return it back but on filling the account number details i am facing a lot of problems like when i fill up the IFSC code it shows invalid Ifsc code despite the fact that the IFSC code i enter is genuine and correct. Also on calling snapdeal customer care there is no one to answer my call....
