I have purchased tv of panasonic 81cm my subid number[protected] i have purchase this order on 7th of january 2018 my phone number is [protected]. I have purchased this from snapdeal. I have got this order on 9th of january 2018 as the main problem that occur is that that they had given me the old product manufacturer d date of tv is 2014 and now i want to cancel this order i want to cancel this order and want my money back as i also contacted to to snapdeal but they had spoken me in bad language. Please help me out.

    I ordered adidas superstar white casual shoes on 9 january. Snapdeal displayed an original adidas superstar shoe but have delivered a fake one to me on 15 jan. First of all why is this done, secondly if i will replace it will they replace it and give a original shoe and lastly can i return the product if it comes out to be fake even after the replacement.

      We are the seller on snapdeal, they deactivated all our products without any reason, and without any prior notice or call / email.

      When we asked to seller advisor of snapdeal mr. Atul sharma, that if this is the way that you will disable the products, you should clearly state in the agreement, then mr. Atul sharma said that why snapdeal will tell these things in the starting, why we will tell negative things to you. Is this the status of snapdeal???

      We want snapdeal to activate all our products as this have illegally done this act without our consent and this was not anywhere in the agreement

        Dear snapdeal team,
        I had ordered 2 us polo assn blue formal slim fit shirts. Both items were placed on the same date.
        Both of the orders were placed on 12th jan 2018 and details are given below:
        1 st order

        Suborder no-[protected] (Us polo shirt)
        2 nd order
        Order no-[protected]
        Suborder no-[protected] (Us polo shirt)
        On 19th january 2018 i received the product, the quantity was a single shirt inside the package. Whereas on the package invoice the number of quantities mentioned was 2. I even showed the parcel to courier boy who delivered it, he asked me to put a mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com.
        I had mailed the the issue on your company mail id on 19th jan, but i received a mail on 20th jan stating that they would require 7 more days for looking in the issue.
        And aiso i would like to return the product as i am not satisfied with it.
        Please refund me the whole amount asap.

          Product name kodak power bank

          The powerbank we returned had fast charging issues hence we asked for refund now you gave us this power bank 'which was not our returned by us ' our power bank was well packed and not tampered from anywhere and working in the same way you gave us, but the product which you gave back is someone else's used one with torn box and multiple scratches on it and used for several days. Pl take this return otherwise we will go to consumer court and register a complaint against you for sending us a used pathetic tampered product instead of our one or new one.

            I palced an order on 17 jan 2018 for a perfume named azzaro chrome edt 100ml which was failed for payment but the amount of product amounting 1980rs was deducted from my bank. When i tried to reach snapdeal they keep on sending mails saying reverse payment will be made within 2 days. That period has passed but still i havent recieved my refund. Please help me regarding this or else i will turn to consumer court for this matter. Thank you.

            If sooner i not reciever my reverse payment i will share everything on sicial media with proof and move to consumer court for filling a case against Snapdeal.

              I have placed an ordered Samsung j7. After waiting for 6, 7 months Snapdeal cancelled my order and money me that they have refunded the money. But till today no money was deposited in my acccount. I have mailed them more than many times. I went their twice. But no progress...snapdeal again. After i sent the mail, they answered me again to . Snapdeal please know that bank told me that they cannot do anything. Can you just shift the money directly to my account as we paid the it easily. Please return my money

                I ordered Adidas ULTRA BOOST UNCAGED SPRING Running Shoes and then returned them as they were substandard and fake . The order details say that the money has been refunded to my bank account on 18.01.19 but i got no notification from the bank . i tried to call the customer care no. but could not reach any human being as the I.V.R. just went on .                   Dear snapdeal team,

                  As i ordered many products along with automatic toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder dated 07 jan 2018. I received all items and found in same quality as they were shown in portal expect to automatic toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder. This product is very poor in quality that is why i returned it and requested for refund.

                  In your portal for requesting the refund, there is no option of selecting "poor quality" that is why i selected defect in item option. Today i got your mail of returning the same product then i sent a mail in reply but i again received your mail for the same again and again.

                  This is showing unprofessionalism of you guys. As i told to you guys in earlier mail, i will not receive that product however i can purchase other product of same price.

                  I have also the option of go in consumer court and in social media. I think you guys would not like to loose your customer.

                    Placed an order with snapdeal under order no: [protected] & got that delivered on 17th jan as an empty packet. Raised a complaint on the same day but haven't got any call till now. Dont know what they are going to do on this. I am expecting a resolution but these people are not even bothered. This is the first time i have ordered something for my mother & i got everything except product. Please whosoever is reading this do not buy anything from snapdeal. They take the money in advance & do not deliver the product & when u ask for help they do not even pay attention.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I received 15 lit american micronic geyser against order no. [protected] ordered in damaged condition on 16.01.18. As per company policy of easy return i have filed the refund request immediately against reference no. 45605578 on 16.01.18 evening.

                          Next day on 17.01.18 engineer visits and certifies that the said geyser received in damaged condition.

                          To my surprise we get an email on 17.01.18 saying that snapdeal do not have pick up arrangement from city like vadodara. Whereas while delivering the goods they do not face any issues related to logistic but for returning the goods all of a sudden they claim that they do not have facility to pickup the goods. This approach of snapdeal is frustrating and further they are not accessible on customer help line as well as there is no reply on email sent to help line. Further they mention that goods need to be couriered by us within 5 days.

                          Need support to ensure that snapdeal collects the material from the delivery address and refund the money. If snapdeal do not collect it within stipulated time frame then this is my advance complaint to lodge the suite against them.

                                I ordered a gift box combo of belt and wallet for rs 750 cod. But quality was too low so i initiated return immediately but snapdeal is not refunding my money and saying one thing again and again that some of my transactions dont pass onternal checks and my account will be suspended. And blah blah blah... But i had only 2 orders with snapdeal including this one. They are not elaborating and not taking my case serious. No call suppoer from snapdeal is just worse. Please help me
                                I had also a return slip of item signed by picker of snapdeal.

                                  I have order a canon printer but received some other same brand printer but not received as i orderd. I inform to snapdeal also we raise a quary regarding this also complain no (Return request is under process [ticket id: 45567044].)

                                  But till a date he not contact me regarding this. His support no is [protected] but not contact any person or support regarding this. This no is only for ivr touch option.

                                  I'm complain to return my order because the size is to small . courier boy has recieve to 4dec.

                                  12december you replace my order but I cancelled it you said 15dec you have received your item 16dec you said my refund money initiated you said fill the NEFT form because I paid cash I will fill it, but no money trasfer in my bank account .

                                    I have purchased a nike track pant. It was not a perfect fit so i returned & gave perfect bank details. They said my bank details are not correct. I checked and gave perfect details (My first given details were same and perfect). Some women from snapdeal has called me & asked to give some other bank details as their system could not read my details (Which is their problem actually). Still i have given my another bank details. They told that i will get refund asap. I did not get till now. What should i do? Snapdeal is a big bluff or what??? In dat case il file a case on snapdeal. I'm very disappointed with snapdeal. I want my refund & i'm not going to wait anymore.

                                      I have ordered datawind calling tablet from snapdeal. The item is damaged when i open the item at my home. Battery backup is very very very bad. So i can get the item return. The item delivery date is 10/01/2017. So the return product is at my home. When i open snapdeal app and go to my orders the return orders shows return request registered and after 5 days the order shows same. I was going to jammu on 20 january 2018. I want to say that if snapdeal did not pickup the damaged product in next 48 hours i could cross my limits and take action about snapdeal. Finally i want to say that you should quickly pickup my item and initiate my refund. Thanku
