I bought a sony mdr xb450 headphone from snapdeal and it had clearly mentioned easy return policy.
But when i registered the return request, they are not accepting it and sending me mails that your product is not eligible for return.
I tried to contact snapdeal but i am not able to talk to them.
It proves that snapdeal is a team of thugs who are betraying people.
I will never buy any product from such freaking hell shopping site in the future.

      It's been more than 10 days now, but i haven't received my refund yet. The problem was from the seller side that he was unable to deliver and so the order was cancelled. Its been so many days being patient. Also when i am contacting customer care for help, the announcement is saying that i have no order from my this mobile number. But when i have ordered from my account only, how is it possible. I need my money for that bike shoes as soon as possible.

        I am complaining that I have ordered a hard drive on amazon india on 24-01-18 of amount Rs.3999/- Today i got another product i.e a low grade sewing machine instead of hard disk worth 3999/- cod. When i unpacked the parcel it was from snapdeal with order id- WWI-hd-401 not from amazon. I was shocked to see this. If it will happen like this how we can trust any online shopping websites. Is there any way to return this order and get my money back. Please take action against this as soon as possible so that others may not suffer like me and to maintain the trust of online shopping websites.

        I have not ordered any product from snap deal website so I don't have any snap deal id. Actually I have ordered a product of 3999/- from amazon but i don't know what happened that snap deal delivered product of same amount on my address and in confusion I received it, I thought that It is from amazon. I think snap deal had taken my details somehow and cheated me.

          I had complained earlier that SNAPDEAL send a fake adidas superstar shoe to me and then on 27 january a delivery guy came who told me that do you want to replace or return the product . I asked him that can the shoes be replaced, since the replacement period of 7 days was over, so he told me that they can be replaced and I gave him my shoes but in return he gave me a slip which I later found was for the return . So I sincerely want to ask Snapdeal what type of service is this and can my shoes still be given back and if not then, what is IBSF code in refund procedure. And I want to talk to the official of SNAPDEAL

            I have received a call from an number i don't know.. The caller speaks only in hindi.. That too very typical and complex accent.. He is giving all the details of the lats order placed with sanpdeal including my residence address and says that i have own and tata car and need to deposit 12500 in his account for car registration or if i chose to have money instead then i need to share him my account details... Which i'm confident that it is a fake call.. The call is chasing me from different numbers..

            I tried reaching to snap deal thru their customer service.. Unfortunately there is no option to reach anyone to complain..
            I can see that there is clear breach of sharing the personal information either by snapdeal itself or by one of its associates..

              Dear sir/mam... On 25/01/2018, i got a call saying we are calling from snapdeal, and they continued saying i have received a free gift and they had given me 5 different options from which i had to select one. I have selected air conditioner as a free gift but after then they put a clause that you have to purchase for minimum rs.5000 from snapdeal.com to avail your free gift. She was talking very professionally and the moment she said thee we are calling from snapdeal.com, i quite believed them. Then i had to decide to buy something as i asked them to get one cellphone of mi named y1. So further i paid them through paytm wallet as their number on paytm was registered as snapdeal.com. They again called me on 20/01/2018 and asking for more money for insurance of product but i denied them but they said without insurance payment we will not be able to deliver your products. So finally i took a long breath and decided to visit snapdeal's office in pune (Maharashtra) to find out some help and to inform them about the incidence which is taking place under your brandname but i came to know that there is no office located in pune. So i decided to write an email but they refused to take responsibility. I would like to share the paytm numbers on which i paid rs. 9000:- [protected] & [protected]. I would also like to share their numbers from which they are calling :- [protected] & [protected].
              I am seeking your help if you can find a way out for this blunder and would suggest to be alert for such nuisance causing to people at large.

                I have received booked my order number [protected] and i found item was damaged in front of courier staff i had opened it same time i had returned the item and raised request to cancelled the order and refund my money

                As per status order has been cancelled but still money not refunded.

                They fake blustered not responding of calls also they are forcing me to create an issue so i am going to register fir against owner of snap deal and with support of media i will try to close selling of this company in india..

                    Dear snapdeal i think that snapdeal is best online shopping partner but no way i have order a lucky jewellery bridal set on 15 jan 2018 i received on 23 jan 2018 and the product is not good as displayed in picture. I cant use it. Hence i apply for return request the item on 26 jan and it was accepted and generated my return id 45742190. Then no pickup was their. All then i tried to contact many time by call at [protected] but i get some shocking response. Response is
                    ‘’please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience. Your item was delivered in good condition and is same as what was shown on the website, hence cannot be returned or replaced. Also as per policy order can be returned only in case of damage, different from description only. ‘’
                    When i go through the policy nowhere mention that the produced is non returnable. How this may happen after generating return id you are saying the product is not refundable and not returnable. This problem totally disappointed by snapdeal. Please help out from this problem.

                              The egg boiler delivered on 28th jan 2018 by mr. Vikish kumar needs tobe changed as the egg boiler is not heating up the water or eggs. Please do the needfull required as early as possible. We are trying to contact at the costumer care number too since last evening but only one number is functional where i am not able to get the required help. Please change the egg boiler as early as possible.

                                  We ordered a product on snapdeal. It shows delivered in the snapdeal app but we did not receive the product. We paid for the product online in net banking. When contacting the customer care of snapdeal they are saying that we should have raised the complaint on the 7day return period. We raised the complaint on the 8th day cause we were not available at our home. What are we supposed to do. And also we wanted to return a product few days back. When questioned about the matter they replied that there wont be defective items always and that they are very good suppliers of good products. They also said that our returns were more than what we accepted, are we mad to just waste our money and buy and return again?. Are we supposed to use their defective products for the money we spent. Snapdeal cheaters. The order id for the product that we didnt receive is -[protected]. We dont have the product but they show delivered and also a message sent that it is been delivered

                                    I had order nike airmax 2017 but i received a fake nike shoe, which doesn't contain bar code even the quality seems very poor. I complained them but they replied u need to complain with in 7 days. I replied i[censored] promised us for authentication of the product and in return cheated us. They said they can't help me in this regard. Please help me and others who were cheated by this online organisation by saying we sell original products and collect huge amount from us.

                                    customer service asks us to call within 7 days.. now they say they can’t help .
                                    We trust them paying 100% product price in advance but all we get careless response .. very sad !

                                      There was some mistake in product which i received so i requested for return and i waited for my order to pickup but my order was picked up after 20 days. And afterwards in sending the product from delhi to gurgaon they took 5-6 days which is not understandable. Then they checked it and initiated the refund. But today is 8th day and my refund has not yet reflected in my bank account.
                                      I want to ask that for 1 order i had suffered for 1 month. And now refund has also not come. How many more days do you want snapdeal? I really loved snapdeal before this [censored] service happened to me. But as my refund reflects in my account then first thing i am going to do is uninstall snapdeal and never going to use it again and recommend my friends also to do the same. Highly disappointing. They must have compensated, but look they are not even giving my money. Worst service snapdeal.
