I have sent 5 emails so far to the customer care, there is no single response from the customer desk, i don't know whether customer care really exists in snap deal. There is no escalation matrix provided and we can't reach the customer care to discuss our problem.

The amount should be received in form of snapdeal cash. That was normal cashback. On 2nd order cashback of 5% (Rs. 50) was available on hdfc debit card but i have not received in my bank account....

I have raised a return request, but nobody came up or called me. I got message stating i was unavailable to pickup the item and rescheduled it again. Initially it was updated that it will be picked up on 10th. Now i got a message stating my item will be picked up today. i am currently out of my place.
