I ordered product hindware geyser, order id [protected],
I received product faulty, i requested for refund, snapdeal sent mail to courier the product by my own,
Courier cost is same as product cost, i tried to connect to snap deal, but customer care ivr don't have option to connect, sent several mails, but no single reply,
Today i got mail, written that your refund will be cancelled if you don't share courier receipt,
How can i spend huge amount in courier without any confirmation of reimbursement.
I have marked mail to kunal bahal and rohit bansal.
I am frustrated and harassed by snapdeal worst service.
Please help me with resolution and refund.
