i ordered a phone on december 12, 2017
Order id: [protected], placed on dec 12, 2017

Which was received on december 14, 2017. Missing from inside the phone box at the time of receipt i requested the return which has not yet been disposed of. Therefore, my company is requested to give me money or replacement, otherwise the company will have to go to court.

2399 rupye ke liyein company ne mere saath fraud kiya hai na hi mail or phone ka koi jwab dete hain sidha kehte hain hum aaapki koi sahayta nahi kar sakte...

Which was received on december 14, 2017. Missing from inside the phone box at the time of receipt i requested the return which has not yet been disposed of. Therefore, my company is requested to give me money or replacement, otherwise the company will have to go to court.

    It with great disappointment that i'm writing this mail to you. The subject order was delivered to me on nov 25th. On seeing the pack it was clearly evident that the product delivered to me was fake. I immediately alerted snap deal help centre and also raised a return request on nov 27th.

    However there was no response and product was not picked or a confirmation given to that effect until 1st week of january. After repeated and failed attempts to reach your customer care (No option to speak to a human) i again wrote back to help centre. They finally confirmed pick up and then the game started. Every time the pick up is scheduled i wait for someone to pick it up. Surprisingly every time the pick up got cancelled stating that there was no response on phone. I checked my phone and alternate number to find that there was no missed/incoming call. This has happened thrice and now i'm frustrated seeing the way snap deal is trying to find a reason to cancel my return request which i will never accept. I thought of writing to you before i make a complaint with the customer court and claim my dues. This is really poor service sir.in this competitive market how do you expect people to order from snap deal when they trick customers to forcefully accept whatever they deliver. I'm looking forward to a quick action on this.

      This is regarding my citibank cashback that i am supposed to get on my order (Order id: [protected] for "blue star premium e series table top water dispenser").
      I was supposed to receive 15% cashback on this in december month but i have not received that yet. I dropped a mail to snapdeal customer support regarding this but haven't heard back anything from them. Request your help in this.

        I have sent 5 emails so far to the customer care, there is no single response from the customer desk, i don't know whether customer care really exists in snap deal. There is no escalation matrix provided and we can't reach the customer care to discuss our problem.

        I have returned this order due to the wrong description provided on the website and it has been returned along with the other bag 10 days ago.

        Hope through this compliant snap deal will wake-up to solve the issue.

          I have placed 2 orders against which cashback offer was applied but i have not received against any order. Total amount of cashback is 150. On first order cashback of rs. 100 was applied. The amount should be received in form of snapdeal cash. That was normal cashback. On 2nd order cashback of 5% (Rs. 50) was available on hdfc debit card but i have not received in my bank account.

              I have raised a return request, but nobody came up or called me. I got message stating i was unavailable to pickup the item and rescheduled it again. Initially it was updated that it will be picked up on 10th. Now i got a message stating my item will be picked up today. i am currently out of my place.

                  I had ordered phone kichoda66 wroth rs.1000... But when i recieved the parcel the item was completely missing... Nothing at all... Just a piece of marble in the box.. Hw can they do this to their regular costomer... And its not just ist time this had happened to me in 2016 also.... I have been cheated online... This is shameful act... I am disappointed... Now i want my money refunded as soon as possible... I tried refund option in the app... But its not accepting my ifsc code... May b some technical problem... Now i dont knw what to do...                     I ordered a dress and when i received it, it didn't fit me so very next day i raised a return request. Return was done after the guy checked the product. Later they sent an email stating that it doesn't meet quality check and it has many stains. When i returned it, it was in perfect condition. It didn't fit me or there was no chance of me staining it.

                    Now, after writing to them and speaking to them, they just have a simple reply that they won't accept the return and give my money back.

                    It's a horror shopping with snapdeal. Without any mistake from my side i'm being refused my money back.

                    Kindly help me.

                      On 22 dec 2017 i placed order for tata ceramic pcs ceramic full plate. The one i recived was of a size of saucer thenwhen i returned the product they did the pickup and the pickup guy checked the product and then took it. Now today i recived a message claiming that the product failed qualitycheck & they are sending it bak to does that mean they sent bad quality product to me & now not even ready to return it.                       Its has been more than 12 days I got no response now I have to face a loss I have no response and my money is gone . Its wrong to not return my product & now they have the product and money so they don't want to bother about my loss & money .                         Return request placed on 21dec 17 and item still not collected nor refund received. I have tried calling customer care but through ivr system i am getting reply that your request is under process and will be solved shortly. How long i have to wait i have already purchased the item from local market. Soon i will be shifting from this place. Please help me in resolving the issue.

                          I had ordered a owncraft muli casuals regular fit shirt, suborder no. [protected]. The recieved product was used and size was too big. I applied for refund. Delivery boy denied pick up as there were no tags and stickers with the product and this is the same reason for which i am claiming that the product is a used product. Several times i told them that i had received the item with same condition, no tags were there, a used product. But every time they excuse that my product has not pass through the quality check in as there were no tags and stickers with it while picking up. But what is the guarantee that the product has passed through quality checkin while delivered. If so i want to see the pics of the product at every process involved from packing to delivery. They should know my money is not free and i m not also a fraud like their company. I want refund at any cost. If my problem is not sorted within a week i will lodge complain against their company in consumer court. My name is debanjan mondal. I m a 3rd year law student at iit kharagpur. Please do the needful otherwise i have to think about it.

                            I did order one shoe rack of woth around 1400 rs and snapeal sent different shoe rack of worth 600 rs around.
                            So i requested to replace the item on 14th dec but still i have not got my replacement.
                            Whenever i try to call customer care, they have settled the recorded audio and i am unable to switch to customer executive to talk.

                            Kindly help me on this and get my product replaced.

                              I received product faulty, i requested for refund, snapdeal sent mail to courier the product by my own,
                              Courier cost is same as product cost, i tried to connect to snap deal, but customer care ivr don't have option to connect, sent several mails, but no single reply,
                              Today i got mail, written that your refund will be cancelled if you don't share courier receipt,
                              How can i spend huge amount in courier without any confirmation of reimbursement.
                              I have marked mail to kunal bahal and rohit bansal.
                              I am frustrated and harassed by snapdeal worst service.
                              Please help me with resolution and refund.

                                    I had ordered inline blue skate with price of 2299/- but quality of product is not good so i put up return request with same day online after 4 to 5 days snapdeal courier boy was came at home and picked up the inline blue skate as same condition as they parcel it. But till date i. E. 05.01.2018 i dont received my payment. Snapdeal have 7 days easy return or replacement policy and also courier boy of snapdeal which was collect my product told me that are you getting your money within 04 to 05 working days i returned my product on 25 dec 2017 but till date as mentioned above i dont received my payment. So i could not purchase other product from snapdeal. Because my money is stopped by seller. It is my request to you kindly returned my money back as soon as possible.
