I ordered a dress and when i received it, it didn't fit me so very next day i raised a return request. Return was done after the guy checked the product. Later they sent an email stating that it doesn't meet quality check and it has many stains. When i returned it, it was in perfect condition. It didn't fit me or there was no chance of me staining it.

On 22 dec 2017 i placed order for tata ceramic pcs ceramic full plate. The one i recived was of a size of saucer thenwhen i returned the product they did the pickup and the pickup guy checked the product and then took it. I cancelled my order of 2 pair of shoes before shipment... I payed for order bye debit card... Snapdeal notified me as my money is refunded successfully but still i didn't get my money back in my debit card..
