Dear sir,

1. I ordered for nike air max shoes 2017 as i saw a very good price.
2. 3. I recieved my order i realised it was fake and counterfeit... I been using nike for a long time.
4. Now i am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy.
5. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake shoes on their site, they even refuse to collect my shoes back.
6 can snapdeal do what they want and not be held accountable.

Appreciate a prompt action in this regard as i see a lot of people being duped on snapdeal

    Suborder no: [protected]) the warranty of memory card was 10 year but both memory card damaged after few months and i called to snapdeal customer care and he told me you can go samsung service and change your cards. I gone to dehli nehru place 5 days ago samsung service and and he told me your memory card are not original both memory card are duplicate so he didn't change memory cards... I think snapdeal cheater and fraud company... I will go to consumers court because your memory cards was duplicate...

      I have placed an order from snapdeal on 4 december, 2017 and i have made the payment rs 1680 for the same product... But till date i have no update of my product and i have email them to cancel my order because it's too many days and i don't need the product now. They canceled my order and when am asking for the refund balance they are not giving me any reply about my refund balance... Snapdeal is totally fraud company and it is always cheating with their client. When i tried to. Email them they are sending again and again same email which i have added with this complain. Please do some needful

        - i ordered noora black leather jacket from snapdeal. Transaction was successful and money deducted from my account. (Canara bank throught net banking)
        But snapdeal says my order is not completed, and any money taken from my account will be refunded within 48 hours, now it's been 48 hours and i dont think they are considering about it.
        One more thing when i try to contact snapdeal customer number it says - we didn't have any order from this number, yet i've used exact the same number to register on snapdeal, and they are still sending me offers on that number.
        So please help me to refund my money.

        Still no money credited in my account.
        I request this forum officer to push the Snapdeal company more..
        Or after 2 or 3 days later i will report on the police station for a fraud case..

            I cancelled my order of 2 pair of shoes before shipment... I payed for order bye debit card... Snapdeal notified me as my money is refunded successfully but still i didn't get my money back in my debit card.. There is notification showing refund is initiated and refunded successfully on 1 january 2018 but i didn't get any money..

              I had ordered sony mdr xb 55ap earphone at rs 1085 (Mrp rs2490).. And i was so excited to get it. When i got delivered this product and open the box i found a duplicate cheap earphone of rs 50 having a fake packaging of sony.. I gave a request of return and refund.. But snapdea customers are too slow.. They didnt response my emails.. Kindly take a strict action against that selller.. Also refund my money as soon as possible

                I placed an prepaid order on 21/12/2017 for a motorola charger, i got messages from snapdeal that courier boy is not able to locate my address but i haven't received any call from any courier and suddenly on 29/12/2017 the status of my order shows "delivered". I have written to [protected]@snapdeal.com and in auto-response it says that i'll be contacted in next 24hrs. But i haven't received a single from there end. Customer care [protected] is having only ivr. This is a cheat either from snapdeal or from there courier. I need my money back. My registered mobile number-[protected].

                  I ordered for a micromax mobile. At the time of delivery i found it was defective. When i raised a return process for the same the customer care mailed me that the product is not defective, and i cannot return the same. I dont understand how can they know about the condition before its delivery. If this is the process of their checking the product before shipping, then why there is an option for the return/replace. I dont understand why these type of companies still existing in the market who do not know how to resolve the customer complaints. And in a busy schedule of work we go for online shopping which is easy for everyone. But these type of companies making the process very hectic and irritating.

                    I have returned a product named as "orpat hand blender hhb-157e wob colour - voilet" cost rs. 1000rs.. Snapdeal asked me that they do not have any pickup facility from your location so please sent the product by choosing your own carrier and we will reimburse courier charges as well. Then i sent the product by paying to the courier. The product has been received by them and still they are not refunding my amount.                       All other online markets provides the feature of accounts update ...like flipkart amazon etc..but snapdeal can't change the mobile number ..which is very necessary option..I am very anger to see this inconvenience... Snapdeal have to add this option it is very compulsory...

                            Sent more than 30 emails no reply or no contact from snapdeal.
                            I initiated return no response just text or email no call or no pick up person???/whom should i return???//

                            I got a call second time, i just inform that i need return return!!! She told me taht she will arrange pick up!!! No pick up arrange!!! My return was closed simply!!!
                            Snapdeal is cheater!!

                            I want them to take this and give my complete refund!!!

                            I returned product on 23/12/17. Snapdeal says they will initiate refund in 7 days BT its more than that my ticket I'd is 45205592 anyways by rti I am going to file an FIR IN CIVIL COURT AND WILL DEMAND 300TIMES MORE THAN ACTUAL PRICE. THAT WOULD BE 18LAKHS.

                              I have earned (?) around rs. 36000/- as affiliate commission for the month of october 2015.

                              Still i am awaiting the payment for this.

                              Till today, i have taken followups with more than 50 email reminders and same number of calls.
                              Every time i have received new date mentioning some problems with pending payments but no actual payment. Now i am really fed up doing followup with snapdeal affiliate support.

                              Now i have observed that the person with whom i was interacting for this issue has left the organization.
                              Surprisingly, when i called to affiliate support number, came to know that reception does not know the extension number for the concern persons.

                              Not sure how to proceed for this issue.

                              See the same question from you on August 09 2017. I have given you seller ID that time itself but no resolution. Except response with some mail ID which did not help. No one is responding with that mail IDs.

                                I had ordered the boat bassheads 200 extrabass in ear earphones my orderid is [protected]. I received earphones from snapdeal and as soon as i unpacked the received package, i saw a box which was itself not packed and was torn off, the label on box was also torn but then i tried earphones and came to know that the earphones are defective and one of its side doesn't work. I was very disappointed. So, then i requested for replacement and they picked it up the very next day and it's been 6-7 days since the product has been picked up and i haven't got my replacement. The track my order option is also not working and there are no any updates regarding my replacement. Very disappointed with snapdeal.

                                  As i had ordered a nike jacket in an offer.. When i received it i found it duplicate and different from the description given for the product. And it's material is very low quality.in description they have given it as a dipatchable hood but the one i received is non dispatchable hood. And the jackets stiching threads is not strong. As i have paid rupees 1799 but the jacket i received is worth rupees 500. So i have requested to return but the receiver have not arrived to pick it up but status is that they will pick it up within 3 days. But it's already 5 days but they have not picked it. And i'm still waiting for refund

                                      I have sent item return request from past 10 days.
                                      No one came or pick up after so many follow up
                                      They rejected request once.
                                      I mailed, they responded after 3 days.
                                      Item picked up.

                                      Ridiculous.
                                      Who take 30 day to complete order.
