    I registered a replacement request as i received a smaller size of the shoe i ordered but now i received an sms that "your item does not pass quality guidelines" i mean this is ridiculously i have worn the shoe only once just to check the size how could it possibly be "not fit" for replacement. If something happened to it while shipping then that's not my fault. I really trust snapdeal and have ordered frequently but this incident is
    Making me loose faith in the company. I have trip planned and i really look forward to wear shoes that fit. I don't need the money back i just want shoes that fit. I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and something will be done about this problem.

      I have ordered the product on 1st dec'2017, it was delivered on 8 the dec'17. But when i opened the box the product was defective and returned and item was picked up 19th dec'2017. Till now no refund has initiated and still shows your item will picked up on 28th dec'17. I have follow up customer care 2 times, there is no response. Please take action and refund my amount.

        Yesterday a currier boy came to my home to deliver the product, my mother gave him the money after taking money in his hand he ran like thief and deliver only one parcel in place of two... We try to catch him but he was gone.
        Now i decided to file a complain against the currier company and snapdeal also if they didn't refund my money.

          I had ordered nike 2018 kwazi green running shoes. Order no [protected]. What i received were a pair of totally substandard local make shoes. I had paid the cod amount of rs 2899. I immediately complained to snap deal with the invoice and the pics of the shoes. A reverse pick up was arranged for the same. Now i get a message saying delivery is arranged from a different supplier. The delivery was attempted today, but i refused to take delivery as i am yet to receive the refund of the same order. How can i pay twice for the same product about which i have serious concerns?

          Expect an immediate refund of my entire amount

            It is very shameful company like snapdeal have no any helpline number to talk with the customers care executive. I refund my product but after few days a message display showing that my bank account that i give for refund process is not correct. But when i try to contact customer care service their is no any helpline number to talk directly with the snapdeal member.

                I ordered a samsung headphone, and i received same but that was damaged and one side not working condition, i returned the same too the snapdeal person came and got the product, he given a slip for return item mentioned. After that i didn't received a refund to my account for my cash on delivery payment, but that snapdeal website and customer care not working properly, i sent a mail to snapdeal couple of days ones but no response from snapdeal team worst online. I will wait for couple of days other wise i will make a complaint at consumer court...

                  The sellers listed original picture of the shoe and delivered different shoe. The price is heavily discounted thus enticing customers to chose such a product. The price is the same as original but discounted almost 70 percent to make it a good buy. Snapdeal should ensure such scruples of a seller affects the snapdeal story for quick buck. The onus also lies on snapdeal to ensure products are original and hence the fault lies on the marketplace like snapdeal to ensure fake product sellers are delisted and heavily penalized

                      Snapdeal have no return policy they send me defective item i want to return or replace this but everytime they replied only go to service center and get it repair customer care also give automated reply that my mobile number that i give when i place the order is not registered with them so they can not talk to me snapdeal is a fraud company so avoid this

                            I am writing this message so that anybody who reads this understands how snapdeal is a worthless, cheating, fraud website.

                            On 13 dec 17 i ordered an item on snapdeal.com which i supposedly received on 15 dec 17. I paid the delivery courier cash on delivery. When i opened the item i realised i had been sent the wrong item, not what i ordered. I submitted a request on snapdeal’s website to have the item replaced with what i ordered.

                            On 18 dec 17 the same delivery boy who delivered the wrong item to me came to collect the item from me, ostensibly for replacement. He gave me a slip verifying that he had collected the item from me.

                            The same day, within an hour of the wrong item being collected from me i got an sms from snapdeal saying that they tried to collect the item from me but were unable to do so.

                            I called their customer help line only to be sent around in circles with an automated voice recording and no option to speak to a person.

                            I tried to use their website for customer service but, once again, there were only pre-selected ‘help’ options and no way of contacting any customer service people.

                            On tuesday, 19 dec 17 i received an sms from them asking me to give a missed call on one of three numbers depending on whether or not a pickup for the item was required or if the pickup was already done. I gave a missed call on the number that said that the pickup was already done.

                            On wed 20 dec 17, i received an sms saying that my case had been closed because they were unable to pickup the item from me and also tried multiple times to contact me but were unable to do so.

                            Not only had they already collected the item from me, i had confirmed this via missed call, and i had not received any other calls or messages from them. They were blatantly lying about having tried to contact me, after denying that they made the pickup for the wrong item they sent me.

                            I emailed them on 20 dec 17 at [protected]@snapdeal.com, the only method i have found of contacting them. I told them everything that had happened, that i had already given the wrong item to the courier who came to collect it from me and that they had wrongly said they couldn’t collect the item from me. I also explained that they had taken my money and neither sent me what i ordered or refunded my purchase cost to me.

                            Having not heard back from them 48 hours later, i sent them a reminder email, once again clearly stating the facts. Despite this they have sent me another automated email saying that my case has been closed because there has been no response from me and it seems i no longer want to return the item.

                            This is what snapdeal does. They take your money, send you some rubbish you didn’t order, then collect the item from you, deny that they ever collected it, ignore all attempts by you to contact them and then finally close your case while pretending that they have tried so hard to help. They keep your money and the item they wrongly sent you and then took back.

                            What is the best way to get this fraud company and it’s blatantly fraudulent practises to task?

                            Please spread this message far and wide so that nobody you know ever makes the mistake of ever dealing with them.

I have sent you he details of the courier collection of my item on 18.12 17 along with snapshot of the courier receipt. Despite this today, 26.12.17 you have sent me SMS and email to say hat you will reschedule the pickup of my item for Thursday 28.12.17.

                            What are you going to pick up when the item was already taken from me on 18.12.17 and I have given you the proof of this?

                            Furthermore you have repeatedly claimed to be unable to reach me on my mobile number. I have received many phone calls since this morning on my number from various people, only Snapdeal is unable to reach me it seems. How strange that is.

                            All that is left is for you to refund the money you have taken from me for delivering the wrong item to me and taking that wrong item back already. There is nothing else to be done. Refund my money immediately.

                                I have ordered this item on 24nov, they have delivered on 30th nov 2017. After received the item, we have checked the item, it was broken with same day i have raised the returned request, they didn't pick up my item till now. They sent the sms that we could not reach your place, please send it to mentioned address, when i tried to send the item, they didn't receive my item.

                                Still, i m sending email to customer care, no response from them.

                                Last one month I am waiting on returning my item, may it will take another year to pick up my item, very worst service from snapdeal team, hereafter I never buy any items from snapdeal.

                                  Fossil watch which is already used by somwone
                                  Cheating and never expected from this compony and totally unfreah product recieved worth rupees 4995, though snapdeal provided discount on product but it was not mentioned anywhere that product will be unfresh or already used by. Someone... Advance payment was done by my debit card and never evr gonna purchase foe this cheat site

                                    I purchased philips she1455wt earphones on 30th nov. As i received duplicate product i made return request and estimated pick up was 09th dec. After that i dint get any updates on return, so i wrote complaint mail to snapdeal customare care. I get response saying it will be done within 2 days. They dint return the item till now. Now they stopped responding. Please take necessary actions against them as they are cheating customers. Never trust snapdeal. Worst online shopping site

                                    First of all thank you so much. After I did complaint, within 2 days Snapdeal mailed me and they initiated the return process. And within a week they did return of item and refunded my money. I was trying this from 1 month but I did get any response but because of consumer complaints my issue got resolved.

                                      I wish to submit my grievance with snapdeal. At the outset i am very dissatisfied with snapdeal.

                                      My issue has not been resolved as yet by snapdeal even after 15 days of making the complaint.

                                      Facts of the case:
                                      This refers to my snapdeal order - details given below.

                                      Because of an error by fedex or snapdeal (I don't know whose mistake it was), the courier person got a wrong parcel to me. I did not open the shipment and asked them to return it. Details of the wrong shipment that was got to me are below:

                                      I brought this to the notice of snapdeal and fedex. Fedex strangely showed the shipping as delivered on nov 27 when infact the wrong shipment came to me only on nov 30. After my complaint, fedex investigated and found that it was a case of shipment interchange and they assured that they will resolve it. Please see email below from fedex.

                                      There was not a single phone call from snapdeal customer care to try and understand my issue and speak to me. What is worse - snapdeal has no option to talk to a customer care person over phone. I am very dissatisfied with snapdeal.

                                      It is dec 20 today and i have not got refund.

                                      I want a refund for my order at the earliest.
