I have bought omron bp monitor upper arm (Hem-7112) from snapdeal with order no.[protected] and it is not showing accurate result. I placed the request to return the product on 06/12/2017 but till now there is no reposnse from snapdeal. I made the payment of rs1440 through credit card. I have tried calling there customer care number several times but i think it is impossible to talk to their executives as the computerised message they provide is pre recorded. I want you to please take this issue and help me returning the product or otherwise i would be forced to file chargeback. It was not expected from a e commerce giant like snapdeal.

      Hi,

      I ordered "max air pro 8858 alfa 2 black running shoes" order id-[protected]
      Placed on 22 nov, 2017.
      All though delivery was too bad but after receiving i found that they were not fitting to my foot even i dont like the quality so i returned it successful but after waiting so long they called me we wont initiate the refund because they are used. So i told them i just wore them to check the size like we do in any shoes shops but they are not ready to accept that they are saying shoes is very dirty and all but i returned it pretty much neat.

      So please i need my refund for that shoes because that pair is not fitting to my leg and i can't used that.

        They havnt sent anyone to pick up till. They keep extedenting the pick up schedule. They are not taking interest to resolve my problem. I want you to look in this matter.           I requested for returning my product on 13th November from next day onwards daily i gotta message from Snapdeal courier partner "ShadowFax" for picking product but no one contact me for picking up the product and I mailed many times about this issue to Snapdeal, then I contacted "ShadowFax" courier and made a complaint. After so long the product was picked on 2nd December by Ecom Express Snapdeal courier partner then few days later 10th December I got a message from Snapdeal that my return request was closed. I didn't get my refund from Snapdeal but I'm receiving message that my return request was closed.
          I emailed soo many times about this issue to Snapdeal but there is no action taken.

            I ordered sunglasses of FasTrack, and I received a wrong order of sunglasses named IDE. I rescheduled the return order for 3-4 times, but still I didn't receive the right product.               Dear sir/madam,
              This is the order id [protected] of the product what i bought from snapdeal and i didn't like the product and kept return request on the same day (I. E 7th dec at 4:38pm) but till now no one has came to collect the product and the return request reference no. Is 45030259. The cartoon box was fully damaged and the product is switched on when i open the box and it was having dust on it. Moreover there is no pouch and the instruction manual are fully spoiled as they were soaked in water. I am not satisfied with the product. So, i would like to return and there is easy 7day return policy for this product. I am attaching the pics of the box. Please see the attachment and help me by picking the product.

                  I received damaged product from snapdeal.
                  Then i applied for return request on same day of delivery.
                  Then some courier name shadofax picked up product from me arranged by snapdeal only.
                  I gave item to courier. And also received confirmation from courier that item recieved.
                  But next day i received email from snapdeal that they closed my return request saying that "i no longer want to return item" what rubishh!!
                  I am sending mail to snapdeal regarding refund status but no response.
                  And they did close request without any communication.
                  I already sent them photo of damaged portion and and also tried to communicate via mail and asked them to call me. But still there is response from snapdeal
                  So request you to help me open my return request again and process refund.

                    I had ordered indiweaves black woollen track pant on 1st december with orders id [protected].. I received a simple track instead of woollen track pant and product is not as per described and when i placed the return request after two days i got the mail that return request is been closed saying your account is having transaction issues.. If they have issues than why they are accepting order and processing them.. Why not rejecting the order.. Making fool to the customer on name of easy return and sending different product than described in description.. I want to return this and want my refund otherwise i will go to consumer court and file complaint on snapdeal as well as merchant.. Sending fake products taking high price and sending cheap material making fool to the customer and when asked for return, return request was closed.. And your 24*7 helpline number [protected] is another way of making fool to the customer as after repeated trial they doesn’t connect us to customer executive... Pathetic service.. Worst experience with snapdeal never shop and will never recommend to anyone..

                      So i ordered 1 pendrive fromantic snapdeal. And i got email that order has been changed to another seller as the last one is unavailable. I received courier of pendrive with cod and all my details mentioned as i gave it on snapdeal paid 350cod to the delivery man. Then i got after the email that the order has been cancelled we're not able to deliver as product is out of stock. I opened my parcel which i received there was a # card reader inside. Snapdeal sellers are doing fraud. First of all i need details of both of sellers - when i gave order and to which seller the order was transferred as the first one cancelled or was unavailable.                       The details like Amount was 350 and also Cash on delivery - My Address and Product name[moserbear 16GB 3.0 USB drive) was stolen by seller from snapdeal. And the fraudster used that as a bait and mentioned it on the package I received. I regret using snapdeal after a year . You can also check my account. Tried to mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com they don't even listen keep saying order was cancelled. I thinking about to raise a complaint regarding whoever ship that courier package.

                      Got an email from snapdeal today requesting to send photo of delivered package and product. sent them the imagesame on email. Waiting for reply. Now I've thrown away the packaging . Also It was a Stupid Card reader Inside. The one looks like SanDisk cruzer blaze but actually a card reader. These are the only images left. thrown away the packaging and the ### Cardreader.

                      Okay so I emailed them multiple times also got response from snapdeal. Also got phone calls regarding the issue. Most of times I was not able to pickup the call but did respond through emails. Finally Snapdeal agreed to refund me the amount which I lost. I have sent them my NEFT details in email. They promised to refund in account within 4 to 7 working days. Asking me to give customer rating will do after u receive my refund.

                        I have placed an order for walnut. Which say 400 gm packs of 2 for 624.

                        I received item which is 200gm pack of 2.

                        I have no option to return. I tried to reach them to talk but not able to talk on given number. It is hassful services to deal with it.

                        I have an email that saying on 2 pack of 400 gm.

                        On them website now it showing 200 gm pack of 2.

                        Please help me out to return product and intiate the refund for same.

                        They are cheating to the customer.

                          Am a regular customer of snapdeal.I bought a mac book charger from your website which cost me Rs.5800 and my order id was [protected] .According to seller, this is the original apple mac book charger and it comes under apple warranty if there is any problem with the charger.After use of less than 2 months, it stopped working an i went to the apple authorised store, they said this is not original charger.I got fraudulent by your website and seller.Please refund my money or give me another original charger of mac book for which i already paid to you.Otherwise i am going to approach consumer forum for justice, i have your invoice where you clearly mentioned that this apple's product.This is my hard earned money to which you cant loot by selling fake products.So now choice is yours.I am amazed that you are degrading your services day by day as i got mac book laptop from your website which gave me the trust level on you.Give me solution as soon as possible.Otherwise we can proceed with legal way.

                                  Hi purchased micromax bharat 1 mobile from snapdeal on 14 the november in box there is no bsnl sim card of 97 rs offered and they are not receiving mobile return
                                  Because of i have purchased in snapdeal advertised bsnl 97 offers with micrmax barat 1 phone but they are not sent any sim card with the bundle. And i went purchase sim seperetly in bsnl office for this offer they said sim cannot be issued for this and also contacted micromax office they are saying sim should be given from e merchant

Respected sir, this is to inform you that i purchased a cloth through snapdeal order id: and the product was different so for i lodge a request for return and refund, its pickup by snapdeal by 30/11/2017 but still now my refund was not progressed. I tried to contact customer care as well, from there i didnt get any response...
                                    I recieved a msg that the amount would be refunded by 02/12/2017... Till now i didnt receive my money from your side. Please verify with this matter and kindly process my refund urgently. Really its very complicated issue to refund the amount from snapdeal.

                                      I have bought a elica chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st nov 2017. After this i contacted to elica for installation support but no one came to installed neither any confirmation call so initiated return within 7 days period. But till date nither snapdel return item not called to resolve issue.in snapdeal anyone can not talk to directly customer care executive. One month passed, snapdeal is not returned item. Very worst ever experience for online purchase in snapdeal. Kindly take back your item and return my money.

                                      Yesterday snapdeal is called and clearly denied to return product while return initiated in given time frame.
                                      Kindly suggest how can i take legal action such type fraudster company.
                                      I am very helpless there is no direct root to take action against them.
                                      Govt should make rule to control such third class companies who doing business with very wrong ethics. There whole business is depend on how to make people fool and grab there money.

                                      Nothing is doing your team.If they do something why month have passed you did not returned product while I requested return with in 7 days.I have already discussed in phone with snapdeal, they refused to take back product.

                                        I ordered samsung headphone from snapdeal and when product stopped working i visited samsung store to claim warranty then samsung rejected claiming product serial number is invalid and i can't claim warranty and ask me to contact dealer, when i contacted snapdeal they want written proof and samsung says they don't provide any such finally i got some email conversation between samsung that says which are product they sell and there serial number and same thing i provided to snapdeal and now i'm receiving emails stating your request has been closed. I don't now whom to raise this concern they cheated me last time also when i order skull candy i need justice here.
