    Ths is regarding the product carpet with id [protected] delivered on 8th october. The size of carpet received is small and not the size which i ordered for. I request you to kindly replace it. I already lodged a complaint over the phone. I could not place the return request in the stapulated time as both me and my husband were down with severe viral infection and high fever. I request you to consider my request seeing my previous record and i being a very regular customer.

        I ordered nike slippers few days ago on snapdeal bt they sent me different and used product. But when i emailed them to return the product, they try to game with me of pick up. There is no pick up happened till now. I had mailed them several times bt they replied to apologise bt not taking some necessary action. I am not happy with their services. I want a satisfactory solotion. If they dont have solution then refund my money. I dont want to trade with them again. They kept playing of pick up game. I want urgent solution. They big fraud and cheaters. Their easy return policy is just a part of game. There is no easy return police, that is easy do the fraud scheme of them

        Today snapdeal sent to pick up my return order and made an excuse that they cant take it. Some other will come to pick up. Some time later snapdeal mailed me that their pick up was not successful they will picked up later. But the person who came did not take pick up and i snapped the pick up receipt. They did not want to refund my money. They kept mentally harassing me with this pick up game. I want you guys to take some necessary steps to resolve my problem. This is high time for my patience.

        Today they call me ti pick up bt no one came to pick up. This are playing a dirty pick up. They donot want to refund my money. This company is fraud. From dy one they dont sent nyone to pick up just a call came from their side. They are harrasing me with their dirty trick. They cheat me by sending different and used product and now by pick up game. I want you to take in ths matter seriously. I want asatisfactory solution. They are not going to do good example.

          Hi i ordered a more then 5 step aliminium ladder and i got 4 step aliminium ladder.
          So i requested return of item which was accepted by snapdeal.
          But no one came to pickup item and i got several messages every morning and night as follows:

          1. Hi! We will pick up your order (S) [protected] from snapdeal today. Please keep the item (S) ready. You may call us at +91 [protected] (Koushik das.). Feel free to call us at shadowfax customer support: [protected]
          2. Your order from snapdeal [protected] could not be attempted by us today. We will attempt the same order tomorrow. We regret any inconvenience caused.in case of any queries please contact [protected]
          3. Pickup today: navodit hyanki, your door swing aluminium... Will be picked up today by nuvoex. Please keep your item ready with all original packing, invoice, mrp sticker and tags. Track your return request on the snapdeal app -
          4. Pickup update: navodit hyanki, we tried to pick up your door swing aluminium more than 5 step ladder on thu, nov 16, 2017 but were unsuccessful. Please set a convenient date/time for pickup at the snapdeal app - http://snpdl.in/ in case we do not receive a response from you within next 48 hours, we will close your return request.
          I again sent mail to snapdeal that noone came to or called for pickingup return item.
          I even called pickup agrncey guy but he said that his agency is new so they dont have 4wheelr to carry the ladder,

          Then on 29th nov17 i got mail that my return request is closed.
          I again responded with email but no resolvance of complaint.

            Hello, i ordered a dermaroller on nov 24th nd the delivery guy tried to call me and due to some work i could not attempt the call. As he called only once (Atleast he should call me after some time). I called him later and his answer is very irrresponsible like i am taking the product for free. He said your order is cancelled. But later i got an email to update about the reschdule. I reschduled it on dec 1st but still i didnt get any update about the product. I am totally disappintment with the service of shapdeal.                 I received substandard corner shelves, immediately returned all th three but i got refund for one eventhough i returned all the three. Still rs.998 is pending since more than a month. Repeatedly i am mailing but negative attitude. Even i gave pickup boy's number to contact as a proof but the company is so irresponsible that never tried to solve the issue. Few days back i got a message you didnt return the items so we are closing the issue. Those who are all reading this kindly be away from this fraud company. There are amazon and flipkart very honest and professional company. Kindly spread this to all, its a lesson for many people, can be cautious. What i had undergone others shouldnt. I still didnt get refund. So you people dont be prey to snapdeal. Spread this to as many people as possible. Peoole only should teach them the lesson..

                  I received the call from this number: +91 [protected] regarding my order id: [protected], placed on 01 dec 2017. So today snapdeal has cancelled my order without my permission. They didn't intimate me before cancelling the order. I complain to snapdeal today morning. I receive the call now and the agent hung up my call without giving any solution. This is how you will treat your valuable customer. I need the proper solution for this order and call me to solve this issue with a proper solution.

                    A highly unanticipated incident has occurred wherein i, the consumer, had ordered a micromax bharat 1 phone from snapdeal.com on the 9th of november 2017 vide order number [protected].

                    On the 17th of november, the package was delivered. Upon opening the same, the content did not match the description. A different model of micromax phone had been delivered instead of the bharat 1 phone. This unintended incident of incorrect product delivery was soon intimated to snapdeal in writing, to which they responded accordingly. A couple of days later, reverse pickup was arranged by vulcan logistics.

                    On the 22nd of november, the product was picked up by vulcan logistics against a receipt signed by the field executive. Snapdeal updated the pickup status as successful.

                    On the 29th of november, an email has been sent to snapdeal inquiring about the refund status to which they responded that the product was yet to reach them and also sent a text message intimating that the refund would be credited in 12-16 days.

                    Again on the 1st of december, the refund status was inquired which remained unanswered.

                    Since the 2nd of december, snapdeal has been sending emails mentioning that the returned product did not meet their quality guidelines. Reaching out to their helpline number [protected] did not yield any response from any human operator.

                    On the 5th of december, i received a call from snapdeal in which the operator blatantly accused me of sending incorrect product and rather claimed that they had delivered the correct product.
                    This raises a couple of questions. First, how can someone accuse a consumer of sending wrong product inspite of the verified inspection of the field executive during pickup? Second, had the correct product been delivered, why should i raise the return request at all?

                    None of these questions have been answered by the in-call operator from snapdeal. Rather, an impolite voice blasted claiming the "correct" product sent out was not received.

                    This raises suspicions against the portal snapdeal and their methods of doing ecommerce business. Also, this highlights the insensitive and callous attitude towards their customers as well as the products being delivered. To crown all, snapdeal initially apologised for sending incorrect product but later denied the return request entirely.

                    This is my message towards their entire team and management that they owe an apology for misbehaving with me over the phone and false accusation. Also, i would like to inform that till date i neither received a proper replacement nor refund against the aforementioned order.

                      I have send so mails @snapdealhelp.com but its worthless always getting the same response that we are looking into it from the last 16 days. How many days is required for looking this. I have returned the product you can see in the image i have send then why are you not refunding my money. Look at flipkart and Amazon they solve the problem of customer so quickly they use to call us but your customer care they really don't care about the customer they just know how to make people fool.                         I am again filing complaint against same product and same issue. I got a call from snapdeal. They told me that my return has been declined. I don't know why it is declined. I have simply described that product quality is very poor. It is not worth of 2876/-. It is not acceptable and i want to return it. Thats it.
                        They are saying you have returned 13 order out of 23 orders. So what?? It is not mentioned anywhere in terms and condition that how many orders can be return by a customer. I have rights to return every order if there is any problem. Please take it return otherwise i will go for fir.

                        I have received my product from snapdeal on 17th nov, 2017 but it is not as expected. It’s quality is very cheap so it is not acceptable. It is not looking fresh product as well. Its cost is 2876. It is not worth. I have created return for this on 18th nov and my return request registered. I have sent mail to snapdeal with all details of my complaint with photos of sweater on same day.

                        Please don't update me on phone call. Update everything in written. I want to show full matter in my fir.

                          Just now we received call from snapdeal they ask for certificate from brand that this is not genuine product. I ask snapdeal to write about the product which you send is a 100% genuine. They told we cannot do that.
                          He told me also for camera accessories there is no return policy that means if you order something they send anything and you need to accept.
                          I really hopeless to see such kind of online shopping site.
                          Beware of Snapdeal...

                            I have purchased a set wet mischief, swag, charm, and cool avatar deodorant spray perfume - set of 4 (Size: 150ml) on 24 november which was delivered yesterday now i want to return it because i am not satisfied with the product.
                            I want my refunded amount in a different bank account other than the account which is linked with the debit card that i use to purchase the item, due to my personal issue.
                            The containers of all four deodorants have many dents, scratches, dirt and looking used...
                            They all have two different stickers in which their price, manufacture date, expiry date are different.
                            For example on the container the printed details are mrp : 190, manufacture date : aug 2016 and expiry date : june 2018
                            But on the bottom of container the printed details are mrp : 199, manufacture date : june 2017 and expiry date : aug 2020

                                  I had placed an order for dune perfume by christian dior. I was sent an absolutely wrong perfume. I paid 4500 rs as online payment and they sent me some cheap perfume! Now there is no access to talk to these frauds and no one has even come for pickup. Looks like i wont get my refund either!!

                                  This site should be banned and the owners should be put in jail for cheating clients like this! Why can we not talk to customer service? Every other online site has a credible customer service help!

Instead of replacement they have asked me to provide the bank details for refunding.
