Snap deal not willing to refund my money last month onwards they just giving me stupid answer instead of solution.
There is no direct contact number to discuss on this, i ask many times to share there direct contact number but they give me as usual stupid answer.
Customer needs immediate solution rather then false statement.

I had ordered a product, which was received not as per specification. It was returned and i demanded refund. They collected the product verified it. They asked for bank details for refund, which i gave them.. But after that, they are asking for bank details again and again, as if they have not received any bank details... When you call them they do not have option for talk to the customer care people for this problem. It seems they do not...

The product that i had rejected was hp genuine g6e88aa v104 laptop battery for hp pavilion, reason was that it was having warranty issue because the product is not genuine hp product, as per cencern the snapdeal generate token id for return but no further details not send for pickup as today the third day passed no call getting from snapdeal. I ordered a nike air max shoes on 18 nov.. I received a parcel on 30 nov... But parcel have no item... My product is missing... I do complain in mail and also application... I had orderered a pair of flip flops from snapdeal on 21st november, 2017. As soon as the product arrived the product looked fake. So i registered a return request on the site. Now since then i have been waiting for a phone call from their side, so that i can return the product successfully, but all efforts in vain. I purchase a item from snapdeal, i receive bad quality that's why i request to reverse pickup for this item on next day of deliver,
I request 5 times for the pickup but till time it's didn't pickup this item,
And always send massage failed to pickup and did't give any positive response from snapdeal,

I have ordered the above product but after some time i have received an email from snapdeal that " We are pleased to inform that a refund of Rs. 21, 420 initiated on 7/12/2017 will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days."

but the refund is not reached till now ...we are very worried about our such a large amount....

I had placed an order of the said product i. E, feroc multicolor shoes on 05-jul-2017. Later when i tried to exchange the shoes with a bigger size, i recieved the same again... Pick has been done successfully bt they didnt told me how much time it will take to refund my money. Their process is very slow.
