I wish to bring to your attention very disappointing responses from your customer service.
My complaint, in short is as follows.
1- i had ordered "brune boots" about a month and a half back.
2- courier arrived in a couple of days.
3- upon opening, i found that -
— — the parcel contained pump shoes
— — size was possibly double of my size - never saw such giant shoes
— the shoes were used and damaged.
4- i informed your customer service the same day of receipt.
5- after a couple of days, a courier arrived to pick up, but refused to pack up stating that it failed quality check.
6- i took up the matter once again, was informed that the shoe will be picked up, but no one turned up.
7- this cycles of my taking up — message from your customer service that the shoe will be picked up — no one turning up — has repeated several times.
I want to bring it to your attention the above situation as i think you would want to take corrective action.
I should also point out to you that i am not the type to ignore such unscrupulous supplier, if no corrective action is taken is taken by you, not only to take the item back, but also block this supplier.
I shall spend any amount on legal fees, although the boots may be worth just a few thousand, to bring such a supplier to books as i completely dislike the rot in our country.
Please note, i am capable and determined to spend on legal fees if need be.

I had the same experience - infact same product Cosmic Eldorado and the courier was FedEx. Order date was Nov 22. They showed as delivered when I didn't get it.
I have neither got the product, nor refund after nearly one month. Snapdeal is very unprofessional, not at all customer friendly- infact I think it's a fraud company.
