not refunding

I had ordered a product, which was received not as per specification. It was returned and i demanded refund. They collected the product verified it. They asked for bank details for refund, which i gave them.. But after that, they are asking for bank details again and again, as if they have not received any bank details... When you call them they do not have option for talk to the customer care people for this problem. It seems they do not...
