Fossil watch which is already used by somwone
Cheating and never expected from this compony and totally unfreah product recieved worth rupees 4995, though snapdeal provided discount on product but it was not mentioned anywhere that product will be unfresh or already used by. Someone... Advance payment was done by my debit card and never evr gonna purchase foe this cheat site

    I purchased philips she1455wt earphones on 30th nov. As i received duplicate product i made return request and estimated pick up was 09th dec. After that i dint get any updates on return, so i wrote complaint mail to snapdeal customare care. I get response saying it will be done within 2 days. They dint return the item till now. Now they stopped responding. Please take necessary actions against them as they are cheating customers. Never trust snapdeal. Worst online shopping site

    First of all thank you so much. After I did complaint, within 2 days Snapdeal mailed me and they initiated the return process. And within a week they did return of item and refunded my money. I was trying this from 1 month but I did get any response but because of consumer complaints my issue got resolved.

      I wish to submit my grievance with snapdeal. At the outset i am very dissatisfied with snapdeal.

      My issue has not been resolved as yet by snapdeal even after 15 days of making the complaint.

      Facts of the case:
      This refers to my snapdeal order - details given below.

      Because of an error by fedex or snapdeal (I don't know whose mistake it was), the courier person got a wrong parcel to me. I did not open the shipment and asked them to return it. Details of the wrong shipment that was got to me are below:

      I brought this to the notice of snapdeal and fedex. Fedex strangely showed the shipping as delivered on nov 27 when infact the wrong shipment came to me only on nov 30. After my complaint, fedex investigated and found that it was a case of shipment interchange and they assured that they will resolve it. Please see email below from fedex.

      There was not a single phone call from snapdeal customer care to try and understand my issue and speak to me. What is worse - snapdeal has no option to talk to a customer care person over phone. I am very dissatisfied with snapdeal.

      It is dec 20 today and i have not got refund.

      I want a refund for my order at the earliest.

          I wish to bring to your attention very disappointing responses from your customer service.

          My complaint, in short is as follows.

          1- i had ordered "brune boots" about a month and a half back.
          2- courier arrived in a couple of days.
          3- upon opening, i found that -
          — — the parcel contained pump shoes
          — — size was possibly double of my size - never saw such giant shoes
          — the shoes were used and damaged.
          4- i informed your customer service the same day of receipt.
          5- after a couple of days, a courier arrived to pick up, but refused to pack up stating that it failed quality check.
          6- i took up the matter once again, was informed that the shoe will be picked up, but no one turned up.
          7- this cycles of my taking up — message from your customer service that the shoe will be picked up — no one turning up — has repeated several times.

          I want to bring it to your attention the above situation as i think you would want to take corrective action.

          I should also point out to you that i am not the type to ignore such unscrupulous supplier, if no corrective action is taken is taken by you, not only to take the item back, but also block this supplier.

          I shall spend any amount on legal fees, although the boots may be worth just a few thousand, to bring such a supplier to books as i completely dislike the rot in our country.

          Please note, i am capable and determined to spend on legal fees if need be.

            I had ordered “cosmic eldorado 1.0l 21 speed mtb bicycle mattgold-premium edition” on 14th december – 2017, with order id: [protected]..
            All of sudden on 19th december – 2017 i received sms from snapdeal that my product is been delivered, which in real is never delivered to me, so immediately tried to call several times on snapdeal helpline numbers but was never able to connect to them.. “i. E[protected] & [protected] “ so complained online (Complain reference no:[protected].. Also have mailed to help center about the status (Query reference number –[protected] from where i get auto generated reply that (We are pleased to work on your concern and will reply to you within the next 24 hours.) & (. We are eager to resolve your concerns and will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours. We'll either call you from[protected]* or email you regarding your request.)
            And today again … i. E. On 20th december - 2017 receive auto generated email saying that (We are already working on your query. We assure you that we will respond to you within next 6 business days from the time of complaint raised.)
            So that is 2 days + 6 more working days just to respond? Then howmuch more to solve? How tolerable is this?
            Hope to get my issue sorted out as quick as possible.

            Do you know which courier?
            I had the same experience - infact same product Cosmic Eldorado and the courier was FedEx. Order date was Nov 22. They showed as delivered when I didn't get it.

            I have neither got the product, nor refund after nearly one month. Snapdeal is very unprofessional, not at all customer friendly- infact I think it's a fraud company.

            I have complained on https://www.complaintboard.in. The complaint will be posted after approval. i will share the link with you.

              I placed an order_id [protected] for pack of 10 lister 15w led bulbs but snapdeal sent me faulty mg_gold pack of 10 bulbs instead of lister then i replaced with snapdeal and they again sent me that mg_gold. So, i requested to return their faulty and bogus product. They kept the package but my money isn't refunded by the fraud s snapdeal. And their customer care service number [protected] is always giving ivr menus. Still i'm waiting for my money which is to be in my bank account.

                How does snapdeal provide duplicate products.
                If this is coming from third party then snapdeal must block third party duplicate sender & refund my amount.

                On sending a detailed complain to snapdeal we receive a reply saying
                "as your item is not eligible for return as per our return policy, we are unable to accept your request. To know if return is applicable on an item, go to its page and refer to the 'item details' section."

                      I had ordered a product, which was received not as per specification. It was returned and i demanded refund. They collected the product verified it. They asked for bank details for refund, which i gave them.. But after that, they are asking for bank details again and again, as if they have not received any bank details... When you call them they do not have option for talk to the customer care people for this problem. It seems they do not have any intention for refund of product.

                        I made a order on snapdeal on 10 november 2017 with order no. [protected]. They delivered me very cheap and different product. I immediately filed return and refund request. After my continue emails finally they reverse picked up the product on 20th november after 5 days. But till date i have not received any refund. They are saying that they have made a neft on 28th november. But when i contacted my bank they told me neft was returned due to extreme late arrival on same date. From that date i have sent more than 50 emails to snapdeal. But every time they were demanding my account statement. I sent them 20 times. But everytime after receiving my mail they were again demanding my account statement which was given by me for refund. Finally on 7th december they agreed that they are wrong. They will investigate with bank within 72 hours and refund my amount. But they did not respond me even after five days. Then i again sent them emails. Finally on 14th them told me that they will refund the amount. But when i did not get anything i once again sent them email. Once again they told me they have sent the neft on 28th november. So i reached once again on the starting point.
                        Snapdeal has no continue email followup. Everytime they start from starting point. They kept no record of previous follow ups. I have fed up with snapdeal. I have sent them 50 emails 20 times account statement. Now 38 days have been passed. But still i have not any refund.

                        I am sending my account statement and snapsdeal promise made on 14 december of refund.

                          Complaints to this useless company is waste of time repeatedly complaining about delay in delivery time not even single step is taken for the problem ordered the product more then 15 days now, still not received the product lost all interest in online shopping bcz of this 3rd class snapdeal online shopping this will be the last complaint I will be writing and don't knw they solve the problem or not but highly disappointed by snapdeal team

                            The product that i had rejected was hp genuine g6e88aa v104 laptop battery for hp pavilion, reason was that it was having warranty issue because the product is not genuine hp product, as per cencern the snapdeal generate token id for return but no further details not send for pickup as today the third day passed no call getting from snapdeal. The photos were sent to the snapdeal immediately, as this is had safety concerns i had rejected this product. I have shared my account no and other details and through their snapdeal system and i have shared the snapshot to them. I am really frustrated to follow up with them, as they are giving false information stating that the refund team will revert back and the customer care is not giving any commitment. As a customer i cannot go into the each and every department and process of snapdeal company for collecting my money. Please help me to collect the money, from snapdeal.

                                  I had orderered a pair of flip flops from snapdeal on 21st november, 2017. As soon as the product arrived the product looked fake. So i registered a return request on the site. Now since then i have been waiting for a phone call from their side, so that i can return the product successfully, but all efforts in vain. Moreover they mail me every damn time that the product was undelivered because i wasn't available. I try to contact the customer care but they respond by saying that the no. That i input as my registered mobile no. Has not been registered with them which is false. I have mailed them regarding my problem like 6-7 times and there's nothing they can do about it. It's been almost a month now and my product still remains un-returned. I feel like i am cornered and my hands are tied. There's nothing i can do now. I have totally lost hope that my 1100rs be refunded to me on time.
