some more details:
Cracks are developed on the edges of kettle in the same manner as they are developed in some low quality stainless steel products which became very sharp pointed edges and caused harm to one of my friend.
I made plenty of calls with my numbers [protected] & [protected]
First I was asked to contact company for the issue as they said after period of 30 days no solution can be provided for the defects which arise.
When I contacted the company several times first they refused to listen anything after seeing my model they said its not from NOVA its fake and they cant say anything about it they also told me they have informed all the e-commerce sites about it, and may be the various e-commerce are going to refund for it.
Then again I contacted the snapdeal via their chargeable numbers and each time after the long wait the whole same story gets repeated they said that the snapdeal has liability only up-till 30 days or so no matter the warranty has left or not. Then my calls were not received, I made it with different numbers.
I am really very very disappointed because my whole effort seems going in vain, a large time is spent in putting my whole problem in the hands of authorities.
Snapdeal was just like a family shop for me, I also came to know that TATA and snapdeal is going to have some deal
I thought there is connection of reliability and faith commen in between the companies.
I still believe that there is no fault of snapdeal but the seller because of whom this whole incident happened it is not possible for such a large firm to put check on such a large inventory.
But after this incident its very difficult for me to put faith on e-commerce
