What the hell is going on? Is snapdeal an mnc or a road-side company. How many months do you need for processing refund. This is for the second time i am complaining here. You said i will get response in 24 hrs. But it's almost a week. Atleast this time i am expecting a honest reply. The following is the complaint i made.

I got fed up mailing [protected]@snapdeal. I cancelled my order for jbl c150 si earphones a month ago.. But till now i didnt get any refund.
Pls look into that. Every time you are asking to attach bank transaction copy. Even i am doing that. But there is no response. I even mailed [protected]@snapdeal.com also. Please work on this.

      I purchase a item from snapdeal, i receive bad quality that's why i request to reverse pickup for this item on next day of deliver,
      I request 5 times for the pickup but till time it's didn't pickup this item,
      And always send massage failed to pickup and did't give any positive response from snapdeal,
      I request to many and create the return request but you didn't take any necessary action from your side and do many time mail and i have proof and you can see in my account how much time i create request.

      And please tell me how many time i will create the request to return this item. Please find the attached attachment and see how much time i create return request. I send you screenshot

        I have ordered the above product but after some time i have received an email from snapdeal that " We are pleased to inform that a refund of Rs. 21, 420 initiated on 7/12/2017 will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days."

        but the refund is not reached till now ...we are very worried about our such a large amount.

          I had placed an order of the said product i. E, feroc multicolor shoes on 05-jul-2017. Later when i tried to exchange the shoes with a bigger size, i recieved the same again... I want help from you to exchange the product as soon as possible. The shoes we recieved beared size no. 5 and i exchanged it with the shoes of size 6 but recieved the same size again...             Now they are saying that they already cancelled the order and seller is going to deliver the product offline refuse to pay money.

              Pick has been done successfully bt they didnt told me how much time it will take to refund my money. Their process is very slow.                 Today is 14th till now nobody has come to collect my product.
                Why should we buy products from such sites if they block our money for so many days. And there is no proper response from customer care. All they reply is with a standard message saying request is under process and our team is working on the same. How much "team work" is required to process a return request. Close down your site if you cannot provide the services mentioned.

                  I have ordered the jack & jones multi round t-shirt (Size: l) from snap deal sun, 03 dec, 2017 with order id [protected] worth rs.749 but on 11 december 2017 when i got the product i found the product is missing i got empty packet full of papers which is no at all associated what i ordered i informed snap deal through email and responding like customer who believe in you has no value. I am facing many problems and mentally disturbed due to this, since i was purchase it. I want justice from this day light robbery it was already late mentioned promised time.

                        Hello sir, my name is Anita. Here I'm gonna tell you the whole story of fraud. Sir On 8 Dec. I ordered Nike air max blue colour shoe for my brother's birthday. But I got totally different shoes. It's colour is gray and also used and dirty shoe. And it's not at all Nike shoe. It's some kind of air shoe which Have worst qUality. I raised a request for return/replacement and one of the courier boy came to pick it up today 13 Dec. But he deny me to pick this one. And he told me that you should raise another complain. Tell me sir how many days I should wait? Please sir help me out for this issue and take a strict action against snapdeal. If such type of fraud doing with people then how can we trust On online shopping. And courier boy not allowing to open this package in the front of Him on delivery time. It means he was faulty and now I unable to raise a new request for pickup in snap deal app.

                        It's my biggest mistake when I trust u and ordered from u people. Sir today I have received email From snapdeal care And they mentioned in that we have picked up your item and it take another 7-8 days to reach our warehouse and then we'll go to quality checK then after they initiate refund. How long process. I wanna Ask question by snapdeal. ...why you people didn't check quality before sending. At least you should check weather you gonna Send same shoes or not.. Tell me one thing.. Will you people give me compensate of such type of mentally harassment. I can't wait anymore. I want my money within 24 hour. Oterwire I'll sue your company.

                          Snapdeal.com has not refunded my amount of rs. 359/- for order id: [protected], it has been more than 40 days now, since the refund date but till date i haven't received the refund amount on my bank account. Every time they telling me lie that they had refunded the amount, i have also registered the complaint with my bank for the refund transaction:- refund reference number (Arn) 75105177304000910801039, but after investigation, bank has confirmed that there is no transaction exists with the above arn no neither they have made any payment to my account.

                          I have already registered a complaint with "government of india, ministry of consumer affairs, food & public distribution
                          Department of consumer affairs". Very soon government will take care of you fraud, snapdeal.com.

                          It is clear that snapdeal.com is heavily indulged in committing fraud, they always send you cheap products and most of the time they advertise something and send something different, i am already tired of shopping with snapdeal.com that's why i didn't return my last product, instead i threw it away in the dustbin, but made i myself a promise that i won't even return to shop with snapdeal.com either.
                          It is almost 43 days now but no refund yet. Snapdeal.com has provided me with a fake refund reference number with an intention of fooling me that they have made a payment to my account which is completely fake in reality, my bank has confirmed it.
                          Snapdeal.com is a big fat liar, don't buy anything from them, full of cheap products, deliver different product everytime, don't refund the money to the consumers, fool them, waste their time and money.

                          I have already registered a complaint with "government of india, ministry of consumer affairs, food & public distribution
                          Department of consumer affairs". Very soon government will take care of your fraud snapdeal.com.

                            With reference to my order no. [protected], i have ordered a geyser (Activa) on 25th oct from snapdeal, within a month of installation it started leaking. I have tried to reach snapdeal many times but call was not going through. I have tried reaching activa customer service but no body respond, even dropped mail to them but didnt get revert. I am fed off now.
                            Pls take the product back and refund the amount. Snapdeal pls stand up for your customers, dont associate yourself with cheap brands.

                            I had ordered three set of Lamar of famous brand. Unfortunately it is fake. I had the old one with me n when I compared it was fake.. I trued contacting the customer service but unable to talk to them.

                                I bought the NOVA NKT 272 kettle(1.5L) from snapdeal and I was delivered NOVA NKT 2729(1.2L) I don't had problem with that until defects started to develop in the kettle that its steel started breaking from mouth. When I asked for warranty the snapdeal said that warranty is an issue of company and owner But the company said that the product is fake and is from grey market and their models don't start with NKT series. I tried several times and sent plenty of email but there was no reply instead they send the invoice. I am not be able to understand how can a renowned ecommerce site can do this.

                                Most of the details I have already provided.
                                some more details:
                                Cracks are developed on the edges of kettle in the same manner as they are developed in some low quality stainless steel products which became very sharp pointed edges and caused harm to one of my friend.

                                I made plenty of calls with my numbers [protected] & [protected]
                                First I was asked to contact company for the issue as they said after period of 30 days no solution can be provided for the defects which arise.
                                When I contacted the company several times first they refused to listen anything after seeing my model they said its not from NOVA its fake and they cant say anything about it they also told me they have informed all the e-commerce sites about it, and may be the various e-commerce are going to refund for it.

                                Then again I contacted the snapdeal via their chargeable numbers and each time after the long wait the whole same story gets repeated they said that the snapdeal has liability only up-till 30 days or so no matter the warranty has left or not. Then my calls were not received, I made it with different numbers.

                                I am really very very disappointed because my whole effort seems going in vain, a large time is spent in putting my whole problem in the hands of authorities.
                                Snapdeal was just like a family shop for me, I also came to know that TATA and snapdeal is going to have some deal
                                I thought there is connection of reliability and faith commen in between the companies.
                                I still believe that there is no fault of snapdeal but the seller because of whom this whole incident happened it is not possible for such a large firm to put check on such a large inventory.
                                But after this incident its very difficult for me to put faith on e-commerce

                                  When i open the box it was a watch but not exactly what i had ordered... I had ordered a timex chronograph watch but while receiving i saw it was a sonata grey colour white dial watch and strange thing is their is no tag

                                  I had sent all my photos and videos while unboxing to [protected]@snapdeal.com but till now no reply came... They had given me the time of 48 hours... Feeling hopeless... It's really a fraud company playing with the money of customer... No one there to receive a single call.. Worst service... I had ordered timex watch cost 5996 but received a sonata watch... What the # is... Later when i registered a complain no single reply came neither a phn calls... They told me that they will look into the matter but it's already 48 hours completed... Till now no update... My oder number is [protected]
                                  I had also recorded a video while unboxing... I had already sent a link via mail to snapdeal which i had uploaded on youtube... My final step is a raise a complain on consumer court and i m going to do this right now... I saw that lots of people are suffering same things and they will also support me... Shame on you snapdeal and ceo of snapdeal...

                                    I had ordered a saree worth rs. 1399 from snapdeal with order id [protected] and sub order no. [protected]. The saree material was of extremely cheap quality and was the fake replica of the product i ordered. The return pick up initiated on 25th nov and i had completed all process of refund with me filling account details online. Now after almost 12 days on 8th dec 2017 i received message that my account details were incorrect, which is not possible as i double checked them before sumitting. I want snapdeal to resend me the link for sumitting bank details and return my money.

                                      I ordered a philips qt4006/15 on 03.12.2017 order id [protected], the details were shared to a third party (I am sure as i changed my mobile number before order), a fake product of nova was shipped via book my packet wrapped in snapdeal cover which was accepted from the courier by my parents by paying rs 1499 (Cod). On opening it was found that instead of philips a product of nova was there. On comparing it is found that it contains different order id and tracking id.
                                      Now the fact is that how the third party got the exact details even cod amount and recently changed mobile no? Its sure it was leaked from snapdeal.
                                      I have mailed them too but no reply.

                                        I got fed up mailing [protected]@snapdeal. I cancelled my order for jbl c150 si earphones a month ago.. But till now i didnt get any refund.
                                        Pls look into that. Every time you are asking to attach bank transaction copy. Even i am doing that. But there is no response. I even mailed [protected]@snapdeal.com also. Please work on this.
