Now i am unable to return the product or replace the product because the coriuer partner has not updated the account for delivery also i am unable to connect the customer care number.

I am also sending the screenshot of the wrong item delivered.br...

Had bought quechua arpenaz 50 women's hiking trousers by decathlon on 30 mar, 2017 but did not got the size order hence returned the item for refund amount rs 774.00 however the amount is not refunded yet. All though delivery was too bad but after receiving i found that they were not fitting to my foot even i dont like the quality so i returned it successful but after waiting so long they called me we wont initiate the refund because they are used.
