I had placed an order for dune perfume by christian dior. I was sent an absolutely wrong perfume. I paid 4500 rs as online payment and they sent me some cheap perfume! Now there is no access to talk to these frauds and no one has even come for pickup. Looks like i wont get my refund either!!

This site should be banned and the owners should be put in jail for cheating clients like this! Why can we not talk to customer service? Every other online site has a credible customer service help!

I want my money back asap!

This is what these frauds do, they give computer generated messages and then NOTHING is done!
No call, no pickup and no refund!
I want my money back!!

    [protected] is the product i ordered but i want to return the product as the product is not liked by me but return is rejected by the team saying that i have ordered 11, products and returned 7 so i have to keep this product. I always prepaid the amount and being a online shopper if i don't like the product or find value for money, i can return the product but after mailing so many times in helps appeal.com and customer care, i'm not getting any reply.
    When the product is under return policy i can return the product or else snap deal should notify me the same before proceeding my order request that it is not returnable. However without any notification when a product is under return policy and its showing me, i can return the product.
    Please look into this matter as this wasn't expected from such snap deal users.

      I have ordered a product from snapdeal and received wrong size of it. I have opted for replacement for which i have returned the product. Instead of replacement they have asked me to provide the bank details for refunding. Though i have provided right information, i got the text message saying the details aren't correct.in that context i have mailed the respective website which said the concern will be solved in 24 hours, but in vain. And most importantly there is no facility of contacting snapdeal customer care through phone calls.

        I have ordered lenovo pa10400 mah power bank from snapdeal and i received message regarding cancellation but after 2 days i received courier from snapdeal only but it was not updated in application. Due to which i was unable to return the same. Now i am following up for the return but they are refusing that the seller has sent the courier directly. How come i get to know that seller has sent me directly?

            I have received fossil fs4159 men's watch on 27th nov, 2017. But it was in damaged condition. I didn't have any stopper at its crown and it was in on condition so that should not be case. As it was mention in product description that it will have stopper at its crown. But unfortunately snapdeal cheated me.
            I also sent them photo regarding product showing damage/colour damge. But still havn't get any reply.

            Please support for this.

                      I had ordered a cloth drying stand through the snapdeal portal on 07th nov 2017 (Order id - [protected]) and the product was delivered on 10th nov 2017. However, since the product was damaged, i had placed a replacement on the product (Ticket id:[protected] and the product was picked on 15th nov 2017 from my place. But when i checked on the app it displays as the product was picked up on 19th nov 2017. I have been trying to call snapdeal customer care on +[protected], but no one responds to the call as it is an ivr and when emailed them on [protected]@snapdeal.com on 21st nov 2017, i got a reply from them stating that the product has been picked up on 19th nov 2017 and will take a max of 7-8 days to reach the warehouse post that they would process it through the quality check and initiate refund/replacement. I have also been chasing up with them to this email since then, but do not find any response from them till date as it has been more than 10 days now. I would like to formally lodge a complaint against the organisation as this is not hte kind of customer service that is expected.

                        Hello,
                        I am a frequent snapdeal shopper. I have recently purchased a pair of shoes in 2 sizes since i wasnt sure which one would fit better. I recieved both the products and decided to keep the one that fit. I immediately raised a return request for the other one. To my surprise i get an email saying my return has been rejected. I am thoroughly disappointed. What do i do with the other pair which doesnt even fit. I feel absolutely fooled!!! Snapdeal is an absolute bogus company that doest even have a proper customer care. So we cannot even talk to any executive. I want to return the product and recieve my money back.

                          Product name was :-jmt multi runner single polyester and the return pick up was successfully on friday 28/11/2017 but till now i don't got my refund money i have return pickup successfully message and receipt i have attached below there is no proper response from your side and this will effect on customers. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Always i receive a message that asking to attach receipt i have been attached mare than 15 times but also same asking there is no any customer care to spoke. I hope i'll get a call or resolve my problem thanking you.

                          They are closed my case without refund and without notifying me.

                            I ordered a nike track pants @rs. 740 from snapdeal.
                            They delivered a fake local market pants which usually sell for rs. 150 in delhi markets.
                            I filed a complaint on same day of delivery, they took the package back and after some days i got an email saying return item didn't met their quality checks! (What kind of quality check is neeeded on a different fake product?!) and they sent back the product. Help please, i tried contacting them, they don't answer any mails and i can't even contact them directly due to their new phone cs.

                                  This is to inform you that the following communication is in the name of mr. Samir bhattacharya regarding order id: [protected] i. E aarav shoe outdoor black casual. I have placed an order of the above said product on 13th of september 2017. I have received the product within the estimated delivery time. The product was intact at the first until i use it and found out that the sole was damaged. I have filed a request of replacement/return of the said product via reference no. 43900608. The reply i got from one from you was that "your returned item does not meet our quality check guidelines." and "the item that you sent us is used and have different color which is different from the aarav shoe outdoor black casual shoes that was delivered to you". Now the question arises here is that the defect itself is pertaining to the sole of the shoe which can be perceived unless and until you wear or use the shoe. And this signifies that your rejection of replacement is regarding the change in colour is totally out of question. And the reply says that the refund cannot be initiated and it is shipped back to my original address. My primary demand is for the replacement of the shoe with a size of 9 rather than the refund.
                                  My submission is that the return/ replacement of the above said item is within the stipulated time of your '7 day easy return policy' and within the issue of replacement criteria which mentions 100% refund or replacement.
                                  The question is that my item is within your replacement policy :-
                                  1) item (Shoe) is internally defective i. E sole, which cannot be percieved without wearing the shoe.
                                  2) item is return within time i. E 7 days
                                  So on what grounds my claim regarding the replacement is being rejected. The change in colour as replied in your email is not my concern of problem.
                                  The consumer expects an hassle free support of returns/ replacement from a brand like yours. And this kind of policy not only affects the customer but also amounts to mental harrassment. And such kind of practise should be rectified as soon as possible without causing any problem to the customer who demands an effective approach of replacement/ returns from a brand like yours.

                                        Hi.. I have purchased borosil bowl from snapdeal and return it because it's too small. Their is not mention anywhere about the return exchange policy even it's written on site that if you are not satisfied with size you can easily return the product... But there's quality team team person name mr. Avinash (Who is saying he is the final decision maker) called me on 28th november 17 and said bcz capacity mention on the product description, we cannot refund you this is ridiculous because there is no quality issue i want my refund but they are sending me same product.. There help desk sending me mail that you refund request is close.. And customer care no. Also not responding... I want to complain about this site..

                                        Snapdeal person called me on Friday 1st Dec and said we deliver the return product to you ...but I didn't received any product bcz I just want refund not that product ...how can they deliver if I already told the courier delivery person I don't want this product and that day on 29th Dec nobody at my home...and Snapdeal hep desk also sending mail to me regarding this and from their end refund process is closed ...I think I have done big mistake by purchasing from Snapdeal. It's better to purchase from store where we can physically see the product and it's quality and not taking mental stress and wasting time in this kind of refund process ...
