Ordered :vlcc herbal henna 100g." as per snapdeal description.
So assuming it is mehendi powder one buys it. There is no list of ingredients or picture of the other sides of the packaging, for the consumer to check before buying.

On arrival, ingredients on package, list a lot of additives, including chemicals: parabenes. Parabenes cause cancer.
Product is still sealed in original packing.

Emailed snapdeal helpdesk.
Snapdeal email reply, item not refundable.
Misselling and consumer misuse.

    Imei: [protected] on dated 8 july 2017 / invoice date 10 july 2017..
    Problem is that, this mobile is out of order due to some technical problem i went to micromax service centre ghaziabad but they told me that your mobile is fake, from where you purchase this item... So please check it, it is warrenty issue (This set is without warrenty) or it is a fraud product.. And give me solution for that..
    If you did not give warrenty then give the warreny of this product otherwise if it is fake and if you have no solution then return my full money asap.

      Hi,
      My order id is [protected] and for the suborder id [protected] i. E. Khadim's lazard brown daily, placed and dispatched on 17th november. I had ordered two products in which i received only one and when inquired about the other product (Order id mentioned above) to the courier person, i was told that the product was not presently available with him. But after few hours, i got a message telling both the products were delivered. Snap deal site also showed the status as delivered for the one which i have not received.
      Please look into this issue on priority.

        I have placed an order of hp 64 gb pen drive with an order id - [protected] on 22nd nov 2017 through snapdeal. Snapdeal cancelled my order on 23 nov 2017. After cancel the order they have delievered a fake sandisk 32 gb memory card product in place of hp 64 gb pendrive on 25 nov 2017. I was not at home at the time of delivery, my mother has received the product and paid 650 rs as cod. On the box an invoice is pasted on which hp 64 gb pendrive is written but when we open that parcel a fake sandisk memory card was found. There is no any invoice exist inside the courier packet delivered by you. I have not open the sandisk memory card packing.

        I have called more than 50 times but no respond from the snapdeal care no. Also send email to the snapdeal, they said there is no our role in this matter. They said contact to the seller. How i will contact to the seller i have no any info about the seller, i placed the order on the snapdeal not to the seller directly. It is the snapdeal responsibility to contact his seller. I got very disappointed after seeing this type of fraud from snapdeal.
        Replace my product or refund my money. Please help me in this concern.

          My order id and reference no. Are [protected] and 44169210 respectively.
          I ordered a garment on snapdeal and requested to return it within 7 days. It's been more than two months and even after contacting snapdeal for so many times, my issue has not been resolved. I can't contact directly but when a call comes from snapdeal, they always ask me to wait for 2-3 days and they never call back. Also, when i call on the costumer care number, it says that my product has been successfully returned. This is the worst online shopping network. I just want my money back. Kindly help.

            Snapdeal send me fake adidas sneaker with wrong size and when i return them back they denied to take back and the service is so poor and when you received the product they will not take back and will say there is some internal fault in your account and we cannot tell you the fault due to some security reason and due to which return is not accepted i have duped my 3000rs in snapdeal as i got fake adidas sneaker and of wrong size.             Only one earpiece of earphone is working.

            I got delivered with the faulty product, looks like the used one. And the price of the product is lower than what they have mentioned in their site.
            Don't ever trust snapdeal and their items.

                I place an order [order id: [protected] ]. I got it on 23/10/2017. I checked the product is wrong. So, i request for return. After 28 days product picked pick up
                But not gived to snapdeal... Courier boy does, nt updated to snapdeal after giving courier boy number and confirmation snapdeal received product on[protected]
                ...
                First thing they sent wrong product...
                2ndly they delayed in service...
                Then snapdeal pick service not updated that the product picked up...
                Now the product was return but my refund not initiated... This is very ridiculous... I never ever buy from snapdeal... I, ll share with everyone whenever asked related to snapdeal... I dont know who is responsible... Either snapdeal want to do ungenuine thing or courier boy or it, s a seller... I know only thing that snapdeal taken my product and money both... You can call me on [protected]... I don, t know still my money will get back or not..

                I, m a Onine customer who purchased a product from your snapdeal...but did, nt satisfeid with the products...because I received different from Brand...so I returned it but your Quality team is saying WE DO NOT GET BARCODE THAT, S WHY WE DID, nt GIVE YOU REFUND

                I replied several times that...just because of barcode you can, t eat my 2800 rs aprox...but the return request is being closed...In between this I ordered a Item from snapdeal...but I, m scared of your services that, s why canceed...I, m a common men who can, t take serious legal action...

                Hope this will resolve soon...if problem still not resolved by mailing you then I think there is no 1 in snapdeal to help customer ...& i, ll never suggest my friends and relatives...to buy from snapdeal...

                  I didn't receive any product that i ordered but i received an sms to my registered mobile stating that my order is delivered last night at 10.58pm 26-nov-2017, and an email to my mail id. I tried to contact snapdeal customer care number but it is fully automated.

                        I ordered 3 sweater on snapdeal through order id [protected] through [protected]@yahoo.com. Id on 3 nov 2017. I recieved packet on 10 nov 2017 and paid money through debit card. But as soon as i opened packet i got 2 sweater only. As soon as i understood i was cheated i file a return request and clearily mentioned that i got only 2 sweater. And also mailed to [protected]@snapdeal.com about this problem. After 20 days i didnt recieved any call or mail regarding this. Kindly refund my money and take our product back.

                          I ordered a nike navy polyester track pants from snapdeal on 17th october, 2017, from 25th october 2017 the status of the order show that the order has been cancelled.                             I bought a watch from snapdeal last weak.I am not satisfied with the watvch even if watch is in good condition.But according to snapdeal trustpay and return policy I should be eligible for that order.I checked the product details and i found that my product is eligible for return.I appplied for a return request and after 7days it still showing return order in progress.I contacted to snapdeal thaey gave me three different reasons when i mailed them 3 mails about y complaint.
                            the resond they have gave are
                            1)order delivered in good condition so not eligible for return but according to their policy customer can return product if he is not satisfied with
                            2)they said return request should put in 7 days after delivery but though i applied for return in 2 days after delivery although they are refusing my return request.
                            3)they are saying that your product is not eligible for delivery but that product is eligible for delivery.

                              I have bought multiple products from snapdeal in the past but never faced such issue. Moreover, there is no option in your ivr to talk to customer care executive.

                              Due to utmost disappointment from snapdeal service because of no reply to any of my emails, i was enforced me to launch a complaint against snapdeal in consumer forum as i have neither received the response to my complaints, nor replacement or refund of amount for the product.

Next day call ayi or btataya apne jo gst pay ki h wo reflection mode me chali gyi company na to ise dabit kr paygi or na credit. Apko fir se pay karni hogi. Maine fir se 6839 ki gst pay kar di. Or uske baad phone aaya or btataya aap jo tax pay kr rhe h wo technical problems ki wajah se ni ho pa rha h. Ab apko debit card se karna hoga. Or card ki details le li. Maine mna kiya tha per unhone vishwas dilaya ki darne ki koi bat nhi h company k dwara ap transaction kar rhe h. And call k dauraan mere account se 25000 rupees nikal liye gye.
