Company has 7 days return policy and as per policy they are not returning my product back within period i ordered siddeshwary fab beige velvet a-line semi stitched lehenga on 12th nov under order id: [protected] and requested on 17th for return as it was short size for me and it has one side short than other in width so stitching is not possible. Now they are not accepting the request of return.

        I buy the pen drive hp 64 gb and 2 pieces i had buy, they are come before the date of delivery and i pay that 600+600=1200₹ price of that pen drive after delivery, but i check that parcel then i see that on that box written as hp 64gb pen drive but under that box no any 64gb pen there is only 32 gb pen drive, and that pen drives are not work and already the seal of that pen drive is broken. I am wait wheter the option of return is come but there is not displaying that the order is to be delivered then i call that delivery biy he says that the delivery option is view after one day then i wait, now after twi days the snapdeal send mi this msg"order update: harshad pahune we have cancelled your order for hp x750w 64 gb pen drives fancy pendrive in the unlikely case that seller attempts delivery" then same time i received the call from snapdeal i told all this problem then she said i will call u after some time but no call is come. And now return my money fast otherwise i take public support..
        I also put the court case on the snapdeal... I have evidence also..

        I attched some pictures that u can see on that box written that hp 64gb pen drive but under the box there are different and crash seal items are delivery,, and after two days of cash on delivery snapdeal call me and tell that that was fraud... Then i want my money back...

        Snapdeal cant read my complaint... i order two pen drive of 64 GB price of 600₹ and 600₹, snapdeal send me email of only one pen drive, i also send Images of that two pen drive and have two different order no. Also... so i will give 600+600=1200₹ refund and snapdeal send email of only 600₹ refund mail, , , so please read my complaint which is of two pen drive of 600₹ each...

        Snapdeal is totally froud dont buy any product from snapdeal, it send froud product and faulty product and dont refund over money back, , so my suggestions please dont buy any product from Snapdeal... snapdeal ask for bank detail but only tell that your complaint is in process but not refund...
        So dont buy any product from snapdeal...

          Feeling very disheartened to inform you that i ordered
          (Craze n demand black embroidered faux georgette semi-stitched anarkali dress material) having order id [protected]. Expected delivery date was 22.11.17 but i got a call that my packet was near to my house on 20th of november. I went to receive the order and paid him rs 599. This is the same amount of which i ordered my product. Unfortunately i got a very low quality another product far different from my ordered product. I tried to cancel my product but it is still showing under shipping. Some third party has got my address from your website and shipped another thing to the same address that i saved in my snapdeal account. The shipment was of same amount thats why i paid him without hesitation. My information has been leaked from you guys. What's next. I am ruined. Snapdeal was the most trustable site to the best of my knowledge. This is very worst experience. I urge you to help me as soon as possible.

                  Fake/duplicate nikon battery - service center denies the service warranty because it's a fake product. They mentioned, product is not made by nikon.
                  The battery packing, bar code & the hologram sticker looks like same original. They even mentioned on the snapdeal website that, this is a genuine product from nikon. The nikon service people itself got surprised by the fake duplicate quality & bar code.
                  The issue started when the battery backup is very bad & it got swollen after 2nd time recharge. The battery was stuck in my camera due to swelling of the battery. It's a bad experience for me.

                      Hi kunal,

                      It is with great regret and with absolute loss of trust and loyalty towards snapdeal that i am penning down this email.

                      I have contacted snapdeal through email for about 6 times (See attached emails) regarding this issue, i have also called couple of times, yet the customer for no fault of his has been treated very badly and snapdeal has been unresponsive to my issue.

                      I am trying to return my product as it was a wrong product that was sent to me. This was suppose to go out as a gift to my dada. I see that only automated replies hit my email. I even pleaded for someone to contact me in this regard. I see that there is no escalation matrix for your service. The service seems to be unilateral and only through email and there is no personal response, only automated emails. The only reason i bought a watch through online shopping was because the website said "easy returns". Your policy states that i can return the product even if i don't like it but in my case, the wrong model was delivered, the case was damaged and the dial seems too big. This seems to be a dumping technique on the customer. I don't appreciate this at all

                      I requested for a refund within 9 mins from delivery (Please see my tracking log)

                      You can even quality inspect the product and then give refund. The watch seems to be in good condition. Like i have mentioned in my trail mail, what was sent to me was the wrong model. I am also writing to the consumer forum so that action is taken from your end.

                      With this kind of service, switching to other online service providers is such a easy thing and people will lose their confidence in snapdeal. You know better than me as to what will happen to your reputation.

                      I have lost my trust in the way you guys operate and the sense o[censored]rgency you have shown.

                      Rs 9995 is a big amount for me. I have been saving up to gift dada. So please don't ill treat a genuine customer. This comes as my request.

                      All that i am asking for is please initiate return. Please understand and initiate the same. Hoping for some empathy towards the customer.

                        I placed an order (Order id: [protected]) on snapdeal on 23rd sept’17. All the products were supposed to be stitched as per each product detail given. However i received all unstitched products. I raised a return request for all these products within time and i got a response from snapdeal saying that return cannot be processed. I have been following up from last two months, raising multiple complains on emails and phone however not receiving any positive response. I have huge money at stake. I am extremely worried and also disappointed as i am not receiving my money in spite of no mistake from my side. All the products delivered to me are not as what they mentioned on their site. Appreciate if someone please help to get me my money.

                          I had ordered a versace pour homme 100 ml men edt from snapdeal.com on 20 nov 2017. I received the order on 22 nov 2017. On opening the bottle the emblem of versace was falling apart. The smell of the perfume was different than the original perfume. It was a duplicate product supplied by snapdeal. On complaining to the snapdeal helpdesk, they replied that the item is not eligible for return as per our return policy. This is not acceptable from snapdeal. They have to provide a replacement with an original perfume that i have ordered.

                            Hi, my name is sandip sain. I placed an order on snapdeal for casio ed401 edifice watch for rs. 7315/- vide order id [protected] on 16 nov.2017. Estimated delivery within 23-24 nov.2017. However, till date 23 nov.2017, the item is not yet despatched. Status last updated on 16 nov 2017, 9:37 am for the first & last time. I tried to contact customer care, but failed. It is only computer recording interface. I have written several mails helpdesk, but nobody bothers to respond. It seems snapdeal has no control on their sellers neither the online shopping portal is properly managed. A big risk is also involved to receive fake casio watch from this kind o[censored]nreliable seller.
                            While i wanted to cancel my order, my cancellation request is also not getting processed and waiting for approval. No response, mail/sms confirmation on my order cancellation request, neither order status is updated in order tracking. I am really scared whether i will get my refund from snapdeal. Please help.

                                    I have purchased combo pack of samsung 16gb memory card from you on26th feb 2016. I used one of it. Reccently i try to get second one for in use i found it is stappled while packing and memory card totally damaged both cartoons were kept safe by me carefully.
                                    I found such damaged too late. I purchased many items from you. But in above case will you help me.

                                      I have purchased puma multicolour backpack and puma tote combo for rs.899 from snapdeal on 21.09.2017 and the product was delivered to me. Since i did not like the quality of the bag i wanted to return the same. And raised a request for it. It was picked up from my end and after the quality check from snapdeal i was informed that the quality was good and it was informed that the bags would be returned to me. I received only one bag and did not get other bag - puma tote handbag. After multiple follow ups with snapdeal i was informed that a compensation of rs.449 would be credited to my account and investigation would be carried out for the lost bag. Now snapdeal has said that the money was only for the compensation and the bag is lost. They had not informed when i have asked them about the investigation. Its been 2 months and after i followed up so much they are telling this. I really dont understand how they can decide the quality, its purely my satisfaction and snapdeal is highly irresponsible toward my request
