I have purchased a toshiba 2 tb hard disk @3499 on cod mode and they sent me a wallet and card holder in the packet.
When i complaint snap deal regarding this they said the seller does not shipped the item yet. On the other side i got a message from snap deal that the item is already shipped and will reach to you in 2 to 3 days.

I have taken the picture immediately and sent it to snap deal. I am attaching all the pictures of proof.

Snapdeal reference no : 44796941.

Either they have leaked my data or seller on snapdeal is running a scam and in both the cases snapdeal is responsible for this.

Snapdeal team called after raising a complain on different consumer forum including "consumercomplaints.in" and this time they listened to my issue and understand the gap. After doing some investigation they gave me a call back for returning my money back. And within 3 days I got it credited to my account.

I am not getting required support from snapdeal, this is how they are resolving my issue by clearing stating that snapdeal has nothing to do with this.

This is their actual response.

"Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that the images of invoice shared by you clearly shows that the product has been delivered to you directly by the seller and there is no role of Snapdeal in the same. In case of any issue with the product delivered we request you to kindly contact the seller."

    I have received my product from snapdeal on 17th nov, 2017 but it is not as expected. It’s quality is very cheap so it is not acceptable. It is not looking fresh product as well. Its cost is 2876. It is not worth. I have created return for this on 18th nov and my return request registered. I have sent mail to snapdeal with all details of my complaint with photos of sweater but i got response that my return request is cancelled. I don't know why snapdeal cancelled my return. I have tried customer care number may times but i am not able to talk customer care due to ivr options. I don't want this product because it is not acceptable. I want my refund.

    I got a call from snapdeal. They told me that my return has been declined. I don't know why it is declined. I have simply described that product quality is very poor. It is not worth of 2876/-. It is not acceptable and I want to return it. Thats it.
    They are saying you have returned 13 order out of 23 orders. So what?? It is not mentioned anywhere in terms and condition that how many orders can be return by a customer. I have rights to return every order if there is any problem. Please take it return otherwise i will go for FIR.

      I purchased a origional made in usa fleshlight and what i got was a fake made in china cheap product.
      Its still unopened and unused and i am following up with their customer care for return since last 20 days but no response.
      Both customer care will not respond to your queries.

      It was searched through snapdeal.com and redirected to sexcare.com eventually. Not sure why snapdeal did like this. I feel like a victim of online fraud.

          I had ordered a torch from snapdeal few days back of mrp rs.448 and the quality of the torch is very poor so when i filed the return of it they denied to pickup the order rather than they said me to courier them the package to their address and all couriers denied to deliver it to their address. I have mailed them regarding this and they are not replying back satisfactorily nor the ivr is allowing to talk to the customer care executive. The service is poor.

            SnapDeal customer care is pathetic. Items are not delivered and the status says delivered.there has been complaints raised 10 days back and we were promised call backs .Never received any call back.I have no update on the replacement status.There is no way to tell them that i hacent recieved my order and status shows delivered.               Yest i got a call saying congratulations i am the lucky winner for amongst 10000 and you can choose one item from 5 refrigerator, laptop, iphone 6s, sony led tv, and they told to buy something worth rs 5000 so i buyed a oven of 5600 and it dint even reflect on snapdeal page hence i called those number they neve responded then i got a call this morning saying ua item is ready for dispatch please pay 11, 999 as cgst and sgst tax and they are forcing me to pay and they dont even know english to speak what snapdeal is # # or wat when this much complaints are coming and they being quite who knows how much poor ppl have been scammed by this i want my money bck from snapdeal or else ill go till high court to stop snapdeal company itself

                I have brought a laptop charger for my acer laptop on 28 feb '17 from snapdeal with one year warranty as company has described this on its website and also on the
                Box but now company is not providing warranty as per their promise.

                I have tried many times to talk to them but they are not responding. Please help me to get warranty as per their promises.
                1 year warranty is already mentioned over the box. Requisite pictures are attached below. Their behaviour is totally unfavourable to me so please help me for its replacement. This charger is not working any more perhaps it has only 9 months of my purchase. I would like to get replacement for this defective product.

                  I have purchased led tv from snapdeal on 07.11.2017. But they delivered me low price different companies product on 15.11.2017 (Order number [protected]). I immediately go to snapdeal website and requested for replacement. After that i received email from [protected]@snapdeal.com that your problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hours. But after writing a lot of emails, sending 8 to 10 images 6to8 times through email, facebook, instagram they call me, and told me that your problem will be solved by our team within 24 to 48 hours. After that i received calls from unknown number that you have to send wrong product to (He sent me address through whatsapp) the said address. Please note one thing customer care said your problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hours after this immediately unknown phone call came to me and said that our courier only delivered the product to your location but don't pick up, so you go to any courier and send the wrong product to the address they sent me on whatsapp. Then send email to help snapdeal for verification of such address is right or wrong, if the address is wrong then i will go to police station to file fir. Till then upto date 20.11.2017 there is no contact between snapdeal customer care. I think this is the fraud chain, who is fooling a lot of people. Now tell me anybody, what i have to do next to solve my problem.

                  Yesterday I received email and message from Snapdeal customer care to pick up the wrong product Digismart TV but today i.e. on 25.11.2017 at 11.01 pm they call me you have to send product to Snapdeal through courier otherwise I am sorry to pick up product. Why Snapdeal changing their opinion time to time to pick up the wrong product. I think something happened wrong with me.

But I told them you have to pick up wrong product from my house. If you have no pickup service then why you deliver wrong product to my place. Then they told me they can't do anything.

                  Snapdeal doesn't pick up wrong product from my location and not sending my ordrderd product till today i.e. upto 14th of January 2018. My request to snapdeal is if your pick up service is not available to my location, you have to send me my product Activa ACT 32 Smart TV and at the same time you have to pick up wrong product from my location. But they are not ready. They are liars.
                  My complaint not resolved till today i.e. on 14th of January 2018. Snapdeal doesn't redy to pick up wrong product from my location.

                          The walker has already been picked up but snapdeal claims pickup failed and more over i have all the proofs of the product pickup and how can snapdeal say pickup not done snapdeal cheated me with its fake promised i am so stressed and more over there is no proper response from their end i have been posting many emails in a day how can they ignore my request no one called me from snapdeal regarding my problem resolution

                            Hello, i have ordered an adidas white sneakers from snapdeal which has been delivered to me on 6 nov 17. But due to size issue i wanted to return it. And when i called the customer care they said that the product has already been cancelled from the seller side (Which is not at all my concern). The product has reached me, and i also tried to contact the seller but he is not receiving the call. I have been writing to snapdeal at [protected]@snapdeal.com. They asked me for the product details with images, i have sent it immediately. They told me they will work on the issue and resolve the problem within 48hrs. But it’s been 1 week they are not at all responding to my mail. I can’t even call the customer care executive through my no. It says there is no order placed from this no. And then it disconnects. This is very unexpected and very much disappointing from such a esteemed ecommerce organisation. You are requested to take this as granted and fix the issue as soon as possible.

                              Sir, i ordered bed and they have delivered it, however i did not like the product and on the same day i initiated a return, snapdeal sent me a msg stating they will come and pick the beds, however till date they have not come to pickup the same, one day a courier came and said he came in a bike so he will comeback to pick up the bed with a van, however he did not come, now snapdeal has sent a msg stating after several attempt they could not pick up and i have to pay the amount now, they are not responding in email nor on a call, plz help

                                  What was the thing your snapdeal team has followed after the above reply to my complaint dated 06/nov/2017. You guys are simply letting the time go and infact everything is recording and each and every proof is maintaining by me infact you can check the same very soon. If this is the situation i need to follow still, then i'll follow my own way. Today also i visited the kakinada motorola service centre and the answer from them is same as before and they suggested us to meet rajahmundry branch and then we called to rajahmundry branch they also said the same story that it can't be repaired there also. I have proof of everything i communicated with them and as well as with you. This is the last chance i'm giving you people and if still there won't be any reply from your side, i bet i can invest more than anything you can expect only regarding this motorola moto surround headset.
