Sir, i ordered bed and they have delivered it, however i did not like the product and on the same day i initiated a return, snapdeal sent me a msg stating they will come and pick the beds, however till date they have not come to pickup the same, one day a courier came and said he came in a bike so he will comeback to pick up the bed with a van, however he did not come, now snapdeal has sent a msg stating after several attempt they could not pick up and i have to pay the amount now, they are not responding in email nor on a call, plz help
