Dear sir/madam,
I had order daiwa tv on 24th sep 2017 to snapdeal.com
I have received tv on 29th sep 2017. However, i came to know that tv is defective. When i called snapdeal customer care, they told me that their logistic partner can only deliver tv at customer residential address when you placed order.in case of return of product, customer has to bear the courier charges. Once snapdeal received product back then they will reimbursed the courier charges. I have recorded the customer care call for this communication. I have return the tv to snapdeal and got replaced product as well.
I had sent number of mail communication to reimburse the courier charges on the below email ids

However, i didn't receive any single reply from snapdeal.
I have sent first mail on 11th oct 2017 and since then i am continuing follow up with snapdeal. No body from snapdeal is looking into my issue. I really doubt on professionalism of snapdeal team. They even don't have courtesy to contact customer. This is really frustrating experience with snapdeal.
When i called customer care number[protected], it has prerecorded ivr. It would be impossible to talk to machine.
Kindly resolve my issue asap.
