    By searching for yonex string nanogy 99 i found it was available in my area with pin 764020, so i purchased it through cash on delivery. Also i have been delivered the product in time n i was happy with my purchase. I opened my product with happy eyes n again i got elated to find the product in good condition. But when i saw the price in the backside of the cover, i got shocked as i was cheated with rs.113.00 straight more than the mrp written i. E. Rs.770.00.
    So now i don't want to return my product as it is my necessity n i actually want it. But again i don't want to be cheated and the seller should return my money with justice to me which he has cheated to me. Also i want to register a complaint against the snapdeal officials, why they are displaying any amount more than the mrp.
    This type of misconduct should be punished... And i want my refund without any delay... Unless i will definintely go to consumer forum if not done so.

      We Have Placed Order for

      for Rs 800 and gave us some different thing and after that when we said them to refund they took it back and gave some code saying keep it,

      and now its been three months but nor recived the item nor the money

      I also droped a mail to the snapdeal in case to this order id only and the pick up was arranged to this order the reason was the ordered item was totally different from the received one

      and hence return pick was arranged to this order and the courier gave us a tracking id
      JVKSD[protected]

      and said you will be receiving a message or a call after 7 days now its been 3 months and nothing is been done my 800 RS gone

      now alt east give me that different item also even that but I have not received any thing where should I go now

        My skulcandy jib with mic earphones are not working. I bought it on april 17th this year. It had one year warranty. I don't know how to get it replaced. Please help. Order no. Is [protected].           Dear Team,

          I write this mail with utmost dissatisfaction that the order id:[protected] has not been fulfilled by Snapdeal. I ordered for a Micromax Canvas XP 4g on 3rd November 2017. A parcel was delivered on 7th November 2017 with the invoice number S9791F/1004360 mentioning the enclosed item.

          As the parcel was tampered, I had raised a complaint on the same day. On 8th November 2017, a representative visited and opened the box. To our surprise there was no product inside the box. The representative gave a report on the same and said snap deal would contact us. There has not been any communication from Snapdeal in this regard. Our attempts to reach Snap deal customer care over phone has been invain. Further more the return order has been marked as Closed.

          This is the first time I have shopped through snapdeal and my experience has been really bad and there is no update on what action is being taken or what steps need to be taken from our end. Snap deal has left us in the dark with such poor service. I would like to consider this as a formal complaint and process the refund of this request at the earliest.

            I had placed an order on 21 sept 2017 and because of bad quality issue i had made a return request within few days of delivery. I have mailed snapdeal about 10-15 times and my request keeps getting cancelled with false claim that i am no longer interested in returning. I have also received confirmation calls from snapdeal clearly stating my return request to be processed but they keep closing return requests. I has been so long. The shoes seem to be completely fake and many other reviews also state the same.

              In the process of refunding a product, a power bank which i wanted to replace the ifsc code is showing an error that it is invalid but i have checked it thoroughly and it turns out to be correct.

              Even the product seems to be very old and used and the product description was very wrong and different from the recieved product. Snap deal has given too much inconvenience in the process of returning the product and asking for a refund.

              The error shows that the ifsc code is invalid but it is the exact code for my bank account. I expect snap deal to rectify this and please help me.

                I had order daiwa tv on 24th sep 2017 to snapdeal.com
                I have received tv on 29th sep 2017. However, i came to know that tv is defective. When i called snapdeal customer care, they told me that their logistic partner can only deliver tv at customer residential address when you placed order.in case of return of product, customer has to bear the courier charges. Once snapdeal received product back then they will reimbursed the courier charges. I have recorded the customer care call for this communication. I have return the tv to snapdeal and got replaced product as well.
                I had sent number of mail communication to reimburse the courier charges on the below email ids

                However, i didn't receive any single reply from snapdeal.
                I have sent first mail on 11th oct 2017 and since then i am continuing follow up with snapdeal. No body from snapdeal is looking into my issue. I really doubt on professionalism of snapdeal team. They even don't have courtesy to contact customer. This is really frustrating experience with snapdeal.
                When i called customer care number[protected], it has prerecorded ivr. It would be impossible to talk to machine.
                Kindly resolve my issue asap.

                      I ordered a jeans on 10 october which was issued to me on 18 october. I returned that product within the date pf return policy via dtdc. But it was returned to me because of some problem. Again i sent it via india post and it has been delivered successfully. Now i wasted my money 2 times on courier and speed post. Now i sent the details so many times but there was no response. U just have no care about your customers. U have to learn from amazon representatives. [protected] is my product id.

                      Shame on your service. Not able to talk to executives. Both warehouse team and snapdeal are cheaters. Evertime the same problem that the product has not been reached to warehouse but it has been shown clearly while tracking that product has been reached successfully.
                      Just shame on u, wosrst service i ever seen

                          I shravan kumar. I am a snapdeal user. I brought one sony laptop battery from snapdeal. The battery will be deliver in 2 days after that i check that battery. That battery is dead. I put that battery on 2 hours charging that battery is still in 0%. So i give the refund request to the snapdeal. After that one massage came to me that "your item will be pickup today" but know one came to me to pick my item. After that the same massage will came somany times but know one came to pick.in that massage no contact no. So i can contact that person who pick my item.

                            Zaveri pearls temple carved golden necklace set and
                            Apara exquisite golden antique choker necklace set with austrian diamond the products were defected and not exactly what i thought so i returned both products... I returned it to snapdeal not to zaveri or apara.. I don't know how both sets inter change to each othe may be the mistake of courier man or by snapdeal... They called me and said we are trying to solve this problem... But still i don't have sets nor refunded money... I am really very disappointed. It was first bad experience with snap deal...                               I applied a job in snapdeal via quicker job. After applying i have receive a email regarding the requirement and then i fill the form and send my details.
                              After 2 days i have a receive a conformation regarding the selection and they call me and said pay the amount of rupees 1650 (Uniform fees).
                              After paying the amount, for opening salary account and mediclaim they told me to pay the amount of rupees 4990.
                              They said that the amount 4990 is refundable after opening the account.

                                  I ordered nike air max shoes. I got shoes on very high discount during diwali. On seeing first i noticed that something is wrong with shoes. Shoes was worth rs 15000 and from snapdeal got at 4k. After wearing twice the nike name on rubbed off and shoes also not comfortable while wearing.

                                  I will request for change of shoes as its fake nike show. I have nike shoes and it clearly shows that this one is fake. I don't feel wearing it. I would request a change of shoes or refund.

                                  I had a conversation with Snapdeal support team. They informed they will give me some voucher or exchange code which i need to show to Nike outlet and they will exchange and give new shoes. I am still waiting for those voucher. Also in initial conversation they said they can't exchange as its 7 days policy.

                                  Just want to raise how would i get to know in 7 days that the shoes i ordered is fake after wearing twice i got to know that its fake product. Till that time it was 15 days. Now support team said that to go to outlet with that voucher if they replace good otherwise they will see how can they help.

                                  I am still waiting for voucher or any kind of message which i can shows to nike outlet. Otherwise they will directly say me you haven't purchased from us they why we would exchange. So message from Snapdeal will help.

                                      I have not received the refund amount from snapdeal since 1st week of december, 2016. I purchased one garment from snapdeal vide order id [protected], dated[protected] and paid through debit card. I received a different item and the same was returned on[protected] with a request to refund the amount (Rs. 971/-) to my bank a/c. I got in touch with their customer care[protected] repeatedly and informed them that the refund had not been credited to my bank a/c and mailed scan copy of my sb a/c passbook, atm mini statement on[protected] &[protected] respectively to their mail-id. As per their telephonic request i made contact to my bank’s home branch and bank’s customer care and shared their refund reference number[protected] but in vain. I repeatedly lodged complaint for the same and they also repeatedly sent a stereotype message over telephone/e-mail that they had already issued a refund to my bank account on 3/12/2016 with rrn[protected]. It is a question of transparency for the said refund as initially they informed two different rrn on different dates (Rrn given [protected] on[protected] and rrn given [protected] on[protected] to my registered mobile through sms.

                                      Snapdeal representative after submitting this complaints requested me again to contact to my bank’s home branch and bank’s customer care and shared their refund reference number[protected] but in vain again.

                                      The said representative did not answer why two different RRN was given from Snapdeal on different dates . Hence, transparency about the said refund still continues.
                                      I have not received the refund amount from Snapdeal till today.
                                      I have not received the refund amount from Snapdeal till today the 27th November, 2017.
