Same day, i am charging the kemei px trimmers product and then try to use it but not working this product. This is a damage product — kemei px trimmers that product delivered me. Please request to snapdeal company that my product replacement, as soon as possible, or refund my money. Kindly action as soon.

        Hi consumer forum team

        This is sundara vinod kumar from kakinada. Please find below the details of product regarding which i'm going to register a complaint on snapdeal.

        Product name: motorola moto surround wireless bluetooth headsets with mic-black.
        Item code: dw1685743.
        Order no: [protected].
        Suborder no: [protected].
        Invoice date: 21/dec/2016.
        Invoice no: sbd08f/16-17/1209.

        On the invoice date of 21/dec/2016 i bought a product from snapdeal and it was in a good condition for about 3 to 4 months and there after it has got a problem, when i tried to register a complaint regarding the problem i faced, snapdeal team suggested me to visit the nearest motorola service center in kakinada and hyderabad. Then the drama started by both the snapdeal and motorola service centre. When i visited service centre they are saying that only mobiles will get repaired not the accessories. When i informed the same thing to snapdeal they are asking a written letter from the service centre by stating the reasons that why the complaint can't get rectified there. When we visited service centre, again the drama got started that they can't provide such written letters. Its been 4 months since i'm facing these problem and yet it wasn't got rectified by snapdeal or motorola service centre. Do the snapdeal people and motorola service centre people thinks that the customers were fools.? And if their answer is yes, i'll proceed further ones this problem was not got rectified soon. The warranty of the product is going to be over soon and i hope the problem will get rectified within a very short period. Snapdeal to provide a clear solution whether they will provide a new product or fix the problem of the currently using product or i need to proceed further with this complaint. Expecting a quick response from the snapdeal team.

        What was the thing your Snapdeal team has followed after the above reply to my complaint dated 06/Nov/2017. You guys are simply letting the time go and infact everything is recording and each and every proof is maintaining by me in face you can check the same very soon. If this is the situation I need to follow still, then I'll follow my own way. Today also I visited the Kakinada Motorola service centre and the answer from them is same as before and they suggested us to meet Rajahmundry branch and then we called to Rajahmundry branch they also said the same story that it can't be repaired there also. I have proof of everything I communicated with them and as well as with you. This is the last chance I'm giving you people and if still there won't be any reply from your side, I bet I can invest more than anything you can expect only regarding this Motorola moto surround headset.

          I have ordered a micromax canvas lite mobile phone from snapdeal on 20th oct 17. I received the package on 26th oct but there was no mobile phone inside the package. I tried to call snapdeal customer service but no human attended the call and i was frustrated. I also mailed them 5 to 6 times asking them to resolve the issue but neither they replied nor they called and resolved the issue. The company is a big fraud and now my rs 5100 is in jeopardy. I don't know what to do. Please help.

                    This is very very very bad service from snapdeal, i am realy very irrate with the service, i have placed a order on 09:48 am, 24 oct, 2017, instead of delivery this item, they have only the option to rescheduled the delivery date, till the date and time 3 time delivery date has been already rescheduled, today is my delivery date but not a single call i got from snap deal or their courier department, however remarks added (Our first attempt to deliver the order failed)... Realy pathetic service from snapdeal

                              Dear sir,
                              I had ordered a 1kg amway nutrilite all plant protein powder from snap deal which was delivered to me on 24th oct 17. The person who delivered just gave the box and left, the box was torn on top. When i opened the box the powder was all over the place on the box and the carton. The amway box inside was partially opened and maybe about 200 gms of powder has been removed. No bill on it. I have written to amway to replace the protein powder with a fresh one. They have sent their person to collect back the box but i had asked for a replacement which they did not do so. If i return it the payment made by me with a credit card will take a long time for a refund. That is the reason i asked for a fresh replacement by which i am able to use the powder.
                              Today i got a call fm amway call centre, the person at the other end was so rude as if he is doing me a favour. I asked when will yu replace it if i refund the powder he says that i don't know. I told send me an email that yu will collect the amway powder back and the replacement will be provided at the earliest which he refused bluntly. This is not the type of customer service i expect fm company as big as amway. Since the packet is opened no bill, powder removed fm it what is the guarantee it is not a expired product or some powder has been mixed.

                              The hp pen drive v228g, 32gb purchased from snap deal was delivered by one mr jayesh bamgude on 21.10.17. Since  i had gone out of station i just opened the pen drive and tried to use it yesterday  and found it was not working. On checking with several computer shops why it is not working they told it is a pirated one. I am attaching herewith the invoice. I did not expect a pirated/duplicate item from snap deal. I have asked them fr replacement but of no use. Please have it replaced since its a pirated or duplicate one which yu can yourself have it checked. I don't think snap deal should do this to their regular customer

                                The product delivery (Exide battery) was not accepted due to the damage i seen at the time of delivery and hence i returned back the product to the same delivery person.

                                The refund request (Reference number[protected] was raised on 21st oct 2017 and till date it has been been processed, even after several reminder via email to [protected]@snapdeal.com.

                                Please get this resolved at the earliest.

                                  , this is prasanna from delhi. This regarding return and refund aginst the order id [protected] which is ordered from snap deal. I had kept for return and refund option. But they are not accepting. I got the lookalike product, it is fake.
                                  I have following few points for your consideration:-

                                  (I) the instructions booklet which came along with the watch is not of the model which i have ordered i. E the rectangular dial but is of different model which is round in shape and has date and time.

                                  (Ii) the watch container box is of different company and is not of fossil.

                                  (Iii) the watch has scratches and stains over the chain. Further the chain is of very cheap quality and is not of fossil standard which is confirmed by fossil authorized showroom.

                                  (Iv) every fossil watch chain contains its brand patent name along with a code, which is missing from the piece which i have got from you.

                                  (V) the company has conveyed that model fs4156 has been out of production from the last three years. And also told that snap deal is not the authorised dealer of fossil. And confirmed that it is not the fossil original branded one it is lookalike product.

                                  From the above, it is evident that the watch i have received is of spurious/fake. Take back the watch and refund the money.

                                  It is shocking to read their replies to my complaint. Sending repeatedly the same messages with the same reference no... Repeatedly they are telling that my account has been reviewed and some thing doesn't pass your checks... Blah blah blah. I don't understand the guys are hell bent on telling me something which i am not party to. If their company policy is so, they could have mentioned about it when i had ordered the watch. Now they are trying to thrust upon a fake item over me. This is totally against a fair transaction.
                                  Please i need justice from snapdeal. When they mentioned on the website that they have easy return policy why they are doing all these dramas. So i request them take back their fake product and refund my money.

                                    I had order the following product and it got delivered but my mobile is showing that it is still being shipped and i can't return the product also please refund it and take my product back you'll first told the order was unsuccessful actually i had not ordered only the product i had ordered it from other account for rs 415 but i don't know from whose permission ull send the order for 448. Even your customer care i called to return the product they are saying that there is no order registered with the no and ur order is still being shipped please take back the order and return my money and don't repeat the same message that ull have told every body please write us to... Kindly take the order back as soon as possible. My product is of 415 as i had added a promo code but still ull gave me its actual price i[censored]ll don't take the order back before two days then i'm going to give less money the extra money which you've taken from me for whichever order i order please take the order back and after adding the cash to my account don't tell that you can use the money only above certain price

                                      Dear friends,
                                      I want to share a incidence which proves snapdeal.com is worst website to sell products. We recently listed our products on snapdeal.com.
                                      After listing 5000+ inventories we started receiving orders. Few orders received and smoothly shipped via e-com couirer (Snapdeal courier partner).. We receive 2 orders during diwali holidays. (19-21 oct). We marked them ready to ship on 20th oct. 21st was again a holiday but we left packet with our security staff. Next day sunday, again a holiday. On monday we wait for collection guy to collect shipment (Vulcan courier). No one came we thought may be due to diwali holiday back-lock they did not came to collect shipment on 23, we then report this issue to snapdeal team on 24th afternoon, by raising tickect we inform them no one came to collect parcel. Their staff replied with drafted format of email, order will be cancelled and you will be charged 250% of marketing fee penalties because you have not raise dispute within 2 days of "marked ready to ship". I explain them i am a new seller do not know about this step and on top of everything your (Snap deal) courier company did not came to collect shipment the shipment which was ready and laying at our office to dispatch since 20 oct. But they behave like lootaras they started giving excuses that i have to raise dispute as per policy after 7 pm to 11:59 pm within 2 days bla bla bla and its our policy we cut 250% of marketing fee. Bla bla...
                                      And again this week on 30.10.17 monday we scheduled 2 parcels for pick up for fortunately no one came to collect the shipment which proves how in-capable snap-deal team is in managing pick-up. Now who is going to pay a penalty of 2500% to us as per our company business policy when an e-com operator failed to collect shipment they have to pay this penalty immediately by bank transfer. When i wrote this email to them whole team members of snapdeal are not in the position to answer a single word. How the hell they can charge a samll seller 250% penalty?
                                      Chu.. A... Samjha hai kya seller ko? Vulcan courier company belongs to snap-deal and if they did not came to collect the parcel it is their mistake it is not seller's mistake. Seller is not responsible to monitor and report after 7:30 or 8 pm that pick-up was not done by your team it is not sellers responsibiltiy to raise dispute after business hours (10:00am to 6:00pm) for non pick up of shipment. For what 30% commission is charged by snap-deal? Its snap deal moral duty to follow up courier and collect shipment from vendor's place. Why the hell vendor will inform them after office hours or business hours? Your website do not allow to raise dispute before 8:30 and you guys lie that seller can raise dispute at 7:pm.
                                      Stop this non-sense. No one will pay 250% of marketing fee snap deal.
                                      Beware sellers they can charge you too for the same...
                                      These kind of wrong business policies will not let snapdeal.com in business for more years. They will be wipe out of market very soon.

                                        Hello... Recently i'd ordered nike slipper the following points were very disappointed.
                                        1. The product was different as shown in the photo.
                                        2. Size was small... I need size 9 and was ordered size 9 only... But still it was small.
                                        3. The most important point... The product is duplicate... Coz in just a month the sole has started tearing... Plz refund my money by cash or else change the product and deliver original one.
