I ordered for puma webester black and grey flipflops quantity of 2 but I received only one quantity.
I received invoice for 2 quantity and even I received mail saying that 2 quantity has been delivered
As the ordered quantity is 2 what I got is 1 quantity as amount has been paid before.If I opt for return then it's displayed as 2quantity so I need to return individual product but I received only one

Please do help me in getting one more item

      I had raised the refund claim for damaged product. But snapdeal are just said that we processed. But till now i haven't receive the refund.

      Product description: asha screen guard for desktop

      I have already got the query regarding my refund status by mails & calls from my bank, my atm debit card, and specially sbi main branch mumbai. They said to me on conversation that refund return is the responsibility of online shopping hub.

      And also sent the bank detail to snapdeal. But still no response.

      Payable amount rs. 399

      By snapdeal, "expect refund of rs 399 in your card 6220-xxxxxxxx-7098 under the name 'jasper infotech' or 'snapdeal'"

      Till now i haven't received the refund.

        Iam order battery operated kids car and i received damaged item so we r send return requist and he is send return form after am sending it manually by courier but the courier not receive the snapdeal costumer and it's replyed complaint closed. And he is wasting the time and snapdeal not receive the item and costumer support replyed item in return in transist near snapdeal gowdom present item in hyd courier office..

        I am purchased the kids ware car in snapdeal and i received damaged car after i'll required to return after i reviewed return from snapdeal and i courier through bluedart with my own money and it's reached that adress but they don't accept the courier present courier in hyderabad courier office. And they don't respond any msg and mails, cal's etc please follow up the my complaint..

              Its pick-up has done on nuruex courrier which has been arranged by 2nov2017.
              Than again on 3rd niv snap deal is asking for pick-up. When i had already said that pick-up is done than again asking for pick-up why there are not contact to nuruex courrier where is the product.
              I had written all these things but duffer snapdeal not understanding simple thing and always our team is working on. It and after two days than again saying ur pick-up is scheduleup again
              These are the execuse for not refunding my amount.
              They want that customer suffer.

                Bought adidas neo 2 shoes from snapdeal.
                It said adidas even on the package.
                Received fake first copy imitation low quality shoes. Placed my return the very next day. The pickupguy called me once and said it will get picked up soon. Still havent picked it up and now it seems that the 7 days stated in return policy is over.
                I contacted the customer care via mail. Still havent got any reply regarding my complaint

                    They told me due to internal problem we can't give refund/replacement neither my returned product.
                    When i asked them what is the internal problem they said we don't share this thin with our customer.

                        Hi snap deal team, i am rupesh keswani from nagpur today morning i received i call from a unknown number [protected] she told her name kajal gupta from snap deal. She said that they are doing promotion of snap deal and i have been selected for their bumper sure prize she said there are 4 item and you have to select among them and you have to buy any single and multiple thing minimum worth of 4000/- from snap deal and if you pay from paytm then i will get 10% discount too. And only one is validity till 4 pm i have to buy and i have to send them screen short of my purchase bill and i have to select assure gift among 4. I asked isnt cash on delivery available?
                        She said no cash on delivery not available. And she asked my email id and said she will send me mail for confirmation about everything she said in written. And again before half an hour i recd her call. I said there is not paytm discount given in any item and no any code is there mentioned. She said we are giving that because we are also promoting paytm.
                        So kindly solve this, and catch them if they are fraud that i am sure for.
                        And if snap deal you people have started any thing bumper prize like this and give me reply.

                          I am getting a message to update my NEFT details which I’m not able to do through the link sent as it says details cannot be changed during refund process.
                          I am fed up of this and there is no contact number to speak to an executive.

                                I order 2 items at same time but the box was totally empty i am very upset now they cancel my refund just by saying that u can not pass our internal checks when ever i send a mail to snapdeal they always said same to me they delivery team said me that the payment was fone by they side but snapdeal says that the refund can not be completed...                                   I bought a sennheiser cx 275s headset last year on july 2, 2016 through snapdeal. After using it for 1yr, now it got repaired. So i planned to send it to sennheiser, bangalore company as the product has 2yrs warranty. They are saying that the product was not a genuine one and it's a fake one. I tried calling snapdeal for further help. They don't even have a proper channel for warranty claiming issue. I don't have any idea what happened being purchased on original price for that product. I don't feel much frustrated but how can they lend customers a duplicate product being sold at product's original price. Is it trustworthy to buy products through online after being fooled like this. Kindly do me a favour asap in the name of refund for being cheated. I have attached my invoice bill within this

                                    I purchased syska x11 11000mah from snapdeal.com. First of all i received my order too late. For around 10 days late. The next thing is power bank is not at all working. It doesn't charge my phone. So requested to return my product. Cancel was processed as well.                                         I would like to bring your attention about order id: [protected] (Metro tan slip on genuine leather formal shoes), which had been returned on 14 july 2017 due to not a standard product was supplied, but the snapdeal is refusing to refund back the money.

                                        Please note that upon receiving the delivery on july 13th, 2017 (Metro tan slip on genuine leather formal shoes). And unpacking the shipment it was found that received item is of inferior quality and not of metro standard shoe. By the same time it was intimated to all concerned for picking up the received shipment back as duplicate / local item was delivered instead of metro tan slip on genuine leather formal shoes and same was picked up by assigned staff on 14 july 2017 after checking the supplied product.

                                        Reference to communication with snapdeal help center it came to know that they are not agree to refund my money back and i have to accept the duplicate product only which is not usable at my end.

                                        Please be informed that there are only concerned for refunding the paid amount back to my account, as the supplied product from Snapdeal was of inferior quality and not of Metro standard.

                                        Please note that as the supplied product to my address was duplicate and by the same time after opening the shipment it had been notified to all concerned to pickup the item back and the shipment was picked up by assigned person after checking the item.

                                        Reference to above i would like to inform you i am not liable for your returned product (Metro tan slip on genuine leather formal shoes).
