, this is prasanna from delhi. This regarding return and refund aginst the order id [protected] which is ordered from snap deal. I had kept for return and refund option. But they are not accepting. I got the lookalike product, it is fake.
I have following few points for your consideration:-

(I) the instructions booklet which came along with the watch is not of the model which i have ordered i. E the rectangular dial but is of different model which is round in shape and has date and time.

(Ii) the watch container box is of different company and is not of fossil.

(Iii) the watch has scratches and stains over the chain. Further the chain is of very cheap quality and is not of fossil standard which is confirmed by fossil authorized showroom.

(Iv) every fossil watch chain contains its brand patent name along with a code, which is missing from the piece which i have got from you.

(V) the company has conveyed that model fs4156 has been out of production from the last three years. And also told that snap deal is not the authorised dealer of fossil. And confirmed that it is not the fossil original branded one it is lookalike product.

From the above, it is evident that the watch i have received is of spurious/fake. Take back the watch and refund the money.

It is shocking to read their replies to my complaint. Sending repeatedly the same messages with the same reference no... Repeatedly they are telling that my account has been reviewed and some thing doesn't pass your checks... Blah blah blah. I don't understand the guys are hell bent on telling me something which i am not party to. If their company policy is so, they could have mentioned about it when i had ordered the watch. Now they are trying to thrust upon a fake item over me. This is totally against a fair transaction.
Please i need justice from snapdeal. When they mentioned on the website that they have easy return policy why they are doing all these dramas. So i request them take back their fake product and refund my money.

    I had order the following product and it got delivered but my mobile is showing that it is still being shipped and i can't return the product also please refund it and take my product back you'll first told the order was unsuccessful actually i had not ordered only the product i had ordered it from other account for rs 415 but i don't know from whose permission ull send the order for 448. Even your customer care i called to return the product they are saying that there is no order registered with the no and ur order is still being shipped please take back the order and return my money and don't repeat the same message that ull have told every body please write us to... Kindly take the order back as soon as possible. My product is of 415 as i had added a promo code but still ull gave me its actual price i[censored]ll don't take the order back before two days then i'm going to give less money the extra money which you've taken from me for whichever order i order please take the order back and after adding the cash to my account don't tell that you can use the money only above certain price

      Dear friends,
      I want to share a incidence which proves snapdeal.com is worst website to sell products. We recently listed our products on snapdeal.com.
      After listing 5000+ inventories we started receiving orders. Few orders received and smoothly shipped via e-com couirer (Snapdeal courier partner).. We receive 2 orders during diwali holidays. (19-21 oct). We marked them ready to ship on 20th oct. 21st was again a holiday but we left packet with our security staff. Next day sunday, again a holiday. On monday we wait for collection guy to collect shipment (Vulcan courier). No one came we thought may be due to diwali holiday back-lock they did not came to collect shipment on 23, we then report this issue to snapdeal team on 24th afternoon, by raising tickect we inform them no one came to collect parcel. Their staff replied with drafted format of email, order will be cancelled and you will be charged 250% of marketing fee penalties because you have not raise dispute within 2 days of "marked ready to ship". I explain them i am a new seller do not know about this step and on top of everything your (Snap deal) courier company did not came to collect shipment the shipment which was ready and laying at our office to dispatch since 20 oct. But they behave like lootaras they started giving excuses that i have to raise dispute as per policy after 7 pm to 11:59 pm within 2 days bla bla bla and its our policy we cut 250% of marketing fee. Bla bla...
      And again this week on 30.10.17 monday we scheduled 2 parcels for pick up for fortunately no one came to collect the shipment which proves how in-capable snap-deal team is in managing pick-up. Now who is going to pay a penalty of 2500% to us as per our company business policy when an e-com operator failed to collect shipment they have to pay this penalty immediately by bank transfer. When i wrote this email to them whole team members of snapdeal are not in the position to answer a single word. How the hell they can charge a samll seller 250% penalty?
      Chu.. A... Samjha hai kya seller ko? Vulcan courier company belongs to snap-deal and if they did not came to collect the parcel it is their mistake it is not seller's mistake. Seller is not responsible to monitor and report after 7:30 or 8 pm that pick-up was not done by your team it is not sellers responsibiltiy to raise dispute after business hours (10:00am to 6:00pm) for non pick up of shipment. For what 30% commission is charged by snap-deal? Its snap deal moral duty to follow up courier and collect shipment from vendor's place. Why the hell vendor will inform them after office hours or business hours? Your website do not allow to raise dispute before 8:30 and you guys lie that seller can raise dispute at 7:pm.
      Stop this non-sense. No one will pay 250% of marketing fee snap deal.
      Beware sellers they can charge you too for the same...
      These kind of wrong business policies will not let snapdeal.com in business for more years. They will be wipe out of market very soon.

        Hello... Recently i'd ordered nike slipper the following points were very disappointed.
        1. The product was different as shown in the photo.
        2. Size was small... I need size 9 and was ordered size 9 only... But still it was small.
        3. The most important point... The product is duplicate... Coz in just a month the sole has started tearing... Plz refund my money by cash or else change the product and deliver original one.

An sms was sent to my registered mobile no.[protected] on 30.10.17 stating that my parcel has reached my home town. But when i went to collect it it was on the rt list.           I regret to state that such an esteemed company of yours would give an access to all the transaction details to the third party or know about a customer's transaction. My parcel yu yunicorn 32gb was never delivered to me citing some technical problems. The trouble did not stop there my account was hacked and a certain thousands of rupees was debited to an unknown source or account. It seems that some of your employees in your company are into this racket otherwise how would i get a call from someone posing as a refund manager and initiate a refund hacking all the details from me. This is a serious case of cyber crime and your reputed company is at a high risk of facing a legal suit. It seems all the transactions are not full proof. My order id-[protected]. I doubt whether my money will be refunded. Miserabe.

          Almost 12 days have passed by but till date I have not had any intimation or updates regarding my refund.Please do the needful and live up to your standards of customer satisfaction.As informed earlier my transaction was known to the third party resulting in the hacking of my account and how it was done is still a mystery.I just want the money back in my account, else I would have no choice of moving the court.

            Through my post i want to expose one of the scam scheme of snapdeal known as snapdeal promo code redeemed against my credit card expenses reward scheme (Credit card reward points)

            Snapdeal is a big fraud company, don't buy anything from snapdeal. Recently, they have looted my rs.1500/- with their fraudulent activity. Few days back i redeemed my credit card rewards points against a snapdeal coupon code worth rs. 1500/-, which i could have redeemed against any gift card or cash card for retails outlets but i thought i should spend it with snapdeal, so, i redeemed it with snapdeal (It is one of my biggest mistake). At that time, i had no idea that i am getting into a snapdeal's scam trap. I bought a slim jeans worth rs. 1859 for with i spent my rs. 1500/- snapdeal coupon and rest i paid through debit card. But when i received my order, i found it was different jeans, i had ordered slim, low rise jeans but i recieved regular fit loose, high rise jeans which is completely different. So, i had to return the order as the product was completely different, but now they have forfeited my rs. 1500 snapdeal coupon amount as a discount and claiming that once a promo code is used then it gets expired. What a lame excuse from a fraud company. Did i receive this coupon from snapdeal for free? I spent my hard earned credit card reward points against snapdeal coupon which i could have easily redeemed against cash card or gift cards of retail outlets but i myself made the biggest mistake by taking fraud snapdeal's coupon. I am sure i am not the first victim of snapdeal in such cases. At first they encourage peoples/credit card companies to take their coupons/cards and then they forfeit their money with their fraudenlty activities.
            I my case snapdeal committed the fraud intentionally since the beginning. At first they sent me wrong product as they knew that i would return it and then they would easily forfeit my coupon code worth rs. 1500/- with their lame policy that once a promo code is used it gets expired, as they did exactly with me by fraudulently forfeiting my coupon.

            My question is what did i get against that rs.1500 snapdeal coupon? Nothing - 0
            It was snapdeal who cheated with me by sending different product and now they have forfeited my money rs.1500/- coupon as a discount, as it was nothing. Can you belive that rs 1500/-

            I am totally disappointed with this fraud company snapdeal, they wasted my time and money. I should had better taken a retail outlet cash card against this fraud snapdeal coupon code scheme. I should had spent rs. 1500 on some real physical products in retail market against this virtual online fraud company.

            Don't buy anything from snapdeal, they are a big fraud company. Don't redeem your credit card points or buy snapdeal coupon codes or snapdeal gift cards or you will face same harrassment as me.

            From now onwards neither i would buy anything from snapdeal nor would recommend to others about this fraud online scam company. Shame on you snapdeal, you just lost a buyer (Future seller as well), my family members and my friends.

            I have started awareness among my friends and family against snapdeal's fraudulent activities.

              On 10th october have ordered samsung galaxy s7 edge (Black onyx, 32gb) paid through credit card, on 21st october i received wrong item... On dipatch note the product details are correct but when i unbox the item i found a samsung s7 edge black pearl 128 gb box and my order is samsug galaxy s7 edge 32gb onyx colour.
              Every time i call they lodge the complain and send email but he told not replace and not given refund.. That product is not 500 rs is 51000 value of product..

                  Dear all, please note that i have booked crash guard for royal enfield on 17 th october. But i have not yet receive the prodect. I unable to contact their customer care. I sent many mail to snap deal but they are not provide reason on delay. I need to know why they are make delay on delivery. Delivery boy met me for delivery but then he forgot to bring the product.                           My name is vikash prasad.
                          My complain is against snapdeal company. I think snapdeal people have started cheating their client this is not for the first time i am facing this problem
                          I made three different order through snapdeal
                          My 1st order is [protected]

                          I order for black nike flip flop which was having dark orange color nike sign on top of the slipper.
                          I have not received that product which i actually ordered for i have received one black nike slipper which was having red color nike sign n it was not given to me on nike box. Then how can i trust that this is a original nike product. I would like nike as brand to see into this matter so that there customer dont get cheated by such fraud company
                          It was looking like dublicate one i wanted to return that product but they are not ready to return it nor they want to refund it. I dont understand when i am paying original product why i am not getting the original product

                          2. My second order is [protected] it was for nike brown slipper isntead of brown color i have received some neon color slipper which was of sub standard qulaity. I have been using nike slipper from long time n i no that nike doesnot give such poor qulaity product and the nike box which i hvae received with that box nothing was written in it apart from nike logo.in nike box everything is written like size n price but in this box nothing was written. The seller name is cra traders and retailers

My third order id is [protected] one black nike track pant in this order i was facing size issue but they said they wont take it back nor they will return the money inspit of that it is written in their return policy that it can be written within 7days without any hassel. I would like nike and consumer forum to take strict action against this company so that they dont cheat there customer and they dont go against their return policy

                          Kindly help me to get my money back.

                              I had bought nike air max running shoes invoice number :secbcf/1000462 and order no.: [protected] which got torn in less than 3
                              Months. When i contacted nike care, & they are saying that the product is
                              Not original.
                              When i contacted with snapdeal they refuse to return my money and did not take any action against the seller.
                              They are not even taking my complain seriously. They refused by saying that they have 7 days return policy but they are not thinking that these shoes are duplicate.
                              They are asking for the written statement for the rejection of the shoes but nike care is not providing any kind of denial document.
                              They said that they have no power to provide such kind of statement in written.
