I referred here my experience with the order id: [protected], an expensive ray ban glasses for which they have delivered an absolutely wrong model / size on 21/10/2017 and for the same i reverted to them with the pictures and all the details, later they replied saying as per our internal quality check, we are not accepting any return request for you and since no return requests are entertained then we are not looking at the second issue of the wrong product delivery.
I asked him to clarify the quality checks which he didn't mention and when i asked why i was not informed before placing the order rather shown be trustpay 7 days promise then snapdeal support mentioned this is policy t& c and for which he will update in email. Later in the received email they didn't mention anything. He good part was that i recorded complete 30min conversation at my end for the corrective action.
Today before writing this complaint, i was really shocked to know as they are following the same tactic for more then a year and tons of customers are suffering all over the net with the same excuse "internal quality checks". Simply looting the country people.
Knowing the facts now, i have got required advice, hence waiting for snapdeal grievance to revert as a last chance to them so i can go to the next action plan with the artifacts.in parallel i am also taking legal advise from my lawyer friends and the media channels to expose them as earliest as possible. Meanwhile, i will update it at govt. Twitter handler as well for a quickest action for so called make in india entrepreneurs real faces.

Updated by ashish_rinku123 I know no one is working on the issue and you are doing here your regular copy / paste job by addressing feeds! I also understand that there is no intention of taking any corrective actions at Snapdeal as per the guidelines given to support from the senior management!
What I have reported here, people have been reporting the same concern since last year, so nothing new for you. Unethical business practice doesn't last long and you should not be surprised if tomorrow media is going to cover your scam in prime time! As far as my issue reported here, I am not rushing and can be patience enough to see if can prove me wrong before pasting your next update in this space!

Updated by ashish_rinku123 I think they are be fooling you by telling that Snapdeal Team is working on this case and the same you are communicating here. Let me open your eyes for the last time, no one is working on it as i already confirmed the Modus Operand of Snapdeal to cheat customers in my previous message and the same is being followed here. If you wish to be educated, follow my previous message and move on else you can continue remain in fools paradise.
Still if you have guts to reply here, i dare you to reply with the final resolution and let the world know the Snapdeal standards otherwise save everyone's time and don't fill this space by copy - paste regular job.
