Dear snap deal team

My order id: [protected] (1 item) after delivered i will raise a complaint to replace the item because of it is not working it is in dead condition i am raised complaint 2 hours after delivery, after that no information about it your team is said that you will visit a service center but please clarify me why i visit service center while the mobile is in dead condition since the item is in new condition and now your team is told me that your replacement time is expired ……what is the logic inside this i will not understand because i already pay the full amount of the item and i would raise the complaint within time period but your team is not respond …so please arrange a necessary action to replace the mobile as soon as possible

    Hi snapdeal,
    No delivery attempt for my product was made as it was the last day of the rescheduling time i think snapdeal is refunding the product but i don't have amy fault. The service is just too bad and i want to know 'why no delivery attempt was made???'

    Help please

    I need that product and as the product is not yet set for refundation. I request snapdeal not to refund the product and instead attempt a delivery tomorrow afternoon around 2p. M to 6p. M and i don't understand why no delivery attempt was made. Like i was waiting for the call for 4 hours and i ended up getting frustrated and now registering a complaint against snapdeal and snapdeal i tell u again not to refund the product and attempt a delivery tomorrow on 27th of october 2017 and if this complaint is neglected then i won't buy anything from u people and why the # you don't send your # clients to deliver my product? Why the hell it wasn't delivered to me?

      I bought one medicine packet and want to return now due to the number of incorrect quantity in the packet. But snap-deal executive is not ready to accept and he is just arguing with me that i will not be liable for the same because you have open the packet. How come i can check the quantity without opening the packet. This is not the way of answering to your customer so why are you making policies of no question then.

      I really appreciate your support and co-operation here and please return my product and initiate the fund against the same.

          Delivered half the ordered amount and no response; no refund of balance; no menu options on thair complaint form for this eventuality:

          1. I placed my order for 2box x 100 test strips of countour ts sugar test strips on 15/oct/2017.
          2. I received my parcel from snapdeal on 18/oct/2017 against order no: [protected].
          3. On opening the parcel, i found that instead of 2box x 100 test strips, there were only 2box x 50 test strips. Which means only half the ordered amount received.
          4. I advised them on the same day as per attached email.
          5. They replied as per their attached email.
          6. I sent them photographs as per my attached email.
          Photos re-attached.
          7. Subsequently they asked me to return the shipment and they would rfund only rs. 1590/- which again amounts to same ie i return what i got, and they return me half the amount of what i paid.

          (Your site does not allow attachments of pdf. Therefore unable to attach the eamil correspondence and actual online order.)

                  I referred here my experience with the order id: [protected], an expensive ray ban glasses for which they have delivered an absolutely wrong model / size on 21/10/2017 and for the same i reverted to them with the pictures and all the details, later they replied saying as per our internal quality check, we are not accepting any return request for you and since no return requests are entertained then we are not looking at the second issue of the wrong product delivery.

                  I asked him to clarify the quality checks which he didn't mention and when i asked why i was not informed before placing the order rather shown be trustpay 7 days promise then snapdeal support mentioned this is policy t& c and for which he will update in email. Later in the received email they didn't mention anything. He good part was that i recorded complete 30min conversation at my end for the corrective action.

                  Today before writing this complaint, i was really shocked to know as they are following the same tactic for more then a year and tons of customers are suffering all over the net with the same excuse "internal quality checks". Simply looting the country people.

                  Knowing the facts now, i have got required advice, hence waiting for snapdeal grievance to revert as a last chance to them so i can go to the next action plan with the artifacts.in parallel i am also taking legal advise from my lawyer friends and the media channels to expose them as earliest as possible. Meanwhile, i will update it at govt. Twitter handler as well for a quickest action for so called make in india entrepreneurs real faces.

                  I know no one is working on the issue and you are doing here your regular copy / paste job by addressing feeds! I also understand that there is no intention of taking any corrective actions at Snapdeal as per the guidelines given to support from the senior management!

                  What I have reported here, people have been reporting the same concern since last year, so nothing new for you. Unethical business practice doesn't last long and you should not be surprised if tomorrow media is going to cover your scam in prime time! As far as my issue reported here, I am not rushing and can be patience enough to see if can prove me wrong before pasting your next update in this space!

                  I think they are be fooling you by telling that Snapdeal Team is working on this case and the same you are communicating here. Let me open your eyes for the last time, no one is working on it as i already confirmed the Modus Operand of Snapdeal to cheat customers in my previous message and the same is being followed here. If you wish to be educated, follow my previous message and move on else you can continue remain in fools paradise.

                  Still if you have guts to reply here, i dare you to reply with the final resolution and let the world know the Snapdeal standards otherwise save everyone's time and don't fill this space by copy - paste regular job.

                    I have received my said parcel on 23rd october/17, but i am not satisfied. Because it is a brand labelling old & ordinary shirt made on june/2015.                           I purchased a tv from snapdeal.com that was promptly delivered on 18 oct 2017. I received a message asking me to give a missed call on a number [protected] (247around.com) whenever item was received to facilitate installation. I got messages from 247around.com severy day scheduling installation between 4pm and 7pm. No call or installation happened every day since 19 oct till date. I have been following up every day with snapdeal.com who promised every day to do the installation on that day. Today is the 25 oct and installation has not happened. Strangely i got an sms asking me to give missed call to some number if i was happy with the installation service. (???)

                          Snapdeal got in touch with me and asked me to get the TV installed through a local technician for which they were willing to pay upto Rs 500. This was a welcome step in a positive direction.

                          The local technician unpacked and installed the TV but could not make it work.
                          This was reported to Snapdeal who asked me to contact the Daiwa service centre (manufacturer of the TV) on the number[protected].
                          They directed me to register complaint at another number[protected] of VideoTex International ( their dealer)
                          I logged the complaint at that number yesterday Saturday the 28 Oct 2017
                          The service centre technician Mr Farooq visited my home today Sunday the 29 Oct 2017 at approx 1200h.
                          He unpacked, inspected and tested the TV and declared the TV as faulty and suggested that I should request Snapdeal for a replacement. I have sent email and am awaiting their response.

                          Today is the 7th Nov and the defective TV has not yet been picked up.

                          On 4th Nov, the courier person came to pick up the article and was surprised that he was to take back a TV. He had thought that it was a shoe (!!). Since he had brought a motor cycle, he could not pick up the article.

                          Since then nobody has turned up to pick up the TV.

                          I have received mails and calls from Snapdeal re-scheduling the pick up again and again, but the pick up has still not happened. Waiting ...

                              I received faulty compbook i360 2-in-1 laptop from snapdeal. I initiated return on same day itself. However first they told that service engineer will visit to check the production in 24 hours, however after 2 days they told no service engineer will come and i need t go service center and repair or take letter from them. But in portal they clearly mentioned that within 7 days i can request for written and also when i booked the product they asked pin code of my location and that time they not suggested that if i received faulty product then no service engineer will visit and i need to go service center.
                              The service center which they suggest is 41 km away from my home.
                              I sent many mails to snapdeal as they dont have vocal call center but no appropriate reply from snapdeal help center. One of the worst experience with online shopping with snapdeal.

                                We ordered sony led full hd smart tv from snapdeal by paying full amount on 7th october 2017. Even before they could deliver the product i sniffed something fishy and send them mail asking it it was original sony tv or not... Snapdeal never bothered to reply. Instead they courier the tv on 18th october after following up with them. Within in 2 minutes of opening the shabbily packed box, we realised it is a bogus tv from a dealer in dehradun... Within 5 minutes on 18th october itself we submitted return and refund ticket.
                                It is 24th october and till now they have not refunded my money... If i can pay full money before receiving tv, they should refund my full money first when they are capable of sending a bogus tv...

                                snapdeal and its dealer has packed bogus "SMART" brand TV in a sony bravia box and sent to us a day before diwali... these cheaters have spoiled our family diwali festivity and also our LED happiness...

                                to do away with insults to snapdeal, they SHOULD FIRST REFUND 24905rs and then pickup the crap to prove their credibility... because we as believing customers pay them in full and they wait for courier excitedly for 12-15 days and worst is then see their cheating...these guys should learn to believe customers now... let them believe me and first pay back our full money and then pick up the bogus product... we do not need it anyways...
                                these cheaters are unable to even give invoice once they have been caught red handed...see added image...

                                My login page is not allowing us to update the pickup schedule... Whereas you keep sending sms about pickup everyday. Rather you can credit 24905 into our account to prove your credibility and then pick then pickup the product...

                                REMEMBER WE PAID YOU FULL MONEY OF 24905 THROUGH OUR CREDIT CARD BELIEVING JUST FOR YOUR NAME - SNAPDEAL - EVEN BEFORE GETTING THE PRODUCT. YOU DELIVERED THE PRODUCT 12 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING OUR MONEY...

                                COME ON SNAPDEAL PROVE YOUR credibility... if you want your credibility and trustpay promise to be written positively in bold and big in your reviews sites...

                                ok nice to see snapdeal upadating on my complaint, though it the same mail id to which we have sent umpteen mails for refund ...hope to get back our full money...and prove snapdeal's credibility and trustpay promise...

                                Finished returning the fake tv to Snapdeal by snapdeal's courier person on 4th november 2017. Now snapdeal for your action to refund my money paid to you...it is 10th november now...

                                snapdeal the worst ecom company ever that we have shopped. it took horrible 2 months - 60 days to return and receive hour refund that too FOR FAKE TV that THESE WICKED SNAPDEAL SENT US. DOWN WITH SNAPDEAL!

                                  I placed an order at snapdeal for a timex black analog watch on 19 oct 2017 and paid by card. On 24 oct order status is showing delivered but i have not received my order till date. I contacted snapdeal via email on 24 oct but no response. Also tried to contact via telephone but no option to talk to executive.

                                      I have recived a call from snapdeal on[protected]Mr. Anil) that my name selected one asssured gift.
                                      1. Dell inspirion laptop15.6 inch
                                      2. Sony bravia led smart tv 40 inch
                                      3 lg refrigertator double door 308 ltr
                                      4 appile iphone 6s
                                      5blue star ac 1.6 ton.

                                      For this he said that m select any product from snapdeal between rs. 4000 to rs. 5000. M select a mobile lava aa 97 (Rs. 4799) and call him. He said that transfer my call to a/c section there a female she said to me that paid though paytm but paytm option not on site so that she give a mobile number and ask to transfer amt this number. M transferred she asked transction no. M give her. Then said a order no. Come on my mobile before 5 pm. But no order no. Come m call back then they give me a order no. Which is sdl[protected] and curier name dtdc. More detail give later when my order shipped. After that next day in the morning m call about my order he said order reach before 1 pm. When order not cokme m call again he said some curier prob. Tommorow moring sure come.in between (Same day i. E. 10.10.2017) a call come from me from dispatch dept. Mr. Rajesh. He said m paid 9999 for my free gift as gst which is refundable. And asked my debit or credit card details. M not give. Then mr. Rajesh transfeerd amount in a bank account and give detail by sms. But in this 3-4 hours he wait. At final mr. Rajesh give a mobile no. And said to me transfer money at this no. Through paytm. M transfered half half in two installment. Till 10 oct. To till date m daily call on both numbers (Anil and rajesh) but they always said wait today they call me back about my order status. And not both phone are not avilable (Switch off) m want my total mony refund. Pls help. Me.

                                        I have ordered 2 saree but the material was not good so i requested for returning the order. The returning request was taken 2 3 days back but no one came to take the product back. Even i am trying to call customer care from last 2 3 days but noone is receiving the call. Snapdeal service is very bad. Now i request to kindly take the product back by today and refund my money back.
