I wrote to snapdeal at writetous - but they refused to refund the fake tissot watch.
Please take up suitably.
The tissot watch is a fake - the warranty card is a fake. The vendor dwivedi associates is no longer on snapdeal now.
Attached the warranty card.

I purchased a tissot watch from snapdeal vide order id: [protected] (Sub order id: [protected]), dtd 3 oct 2017. I paid rs 16490/- by my credit card. The watch was delivered on dt 7 oct 2017.
However to my surprise, the watch was a first copy fake.
I am a regular customer of snapdeal and was holding snapdeal & kunal bahl in high regard. But this shattered all my image of snapdeal - it proved wrong with snapdeal resorting to fake suppliers & doing unethical business. So i registered a return request on the same day ie 7 oct 2017. But again to my surprise, the return request was rejected. This unethical way of doing business is a big negative for snapdeal - the biggest ecommerce platform!!
Request to please take up with snapdeal/ kunal behl and arrange refund of my hard earned money.

        And i recieved on 30 august, but there are size issue, i ordered shoes size 9 and i recieved size 10 so i return for refund, but snapdeal sent me back same size 10 on 6th september and there is no use for me, so i did not accept shipment and i return it, i email for refund reference number: 43562993, and reply is your return request remains closed, no shoes in my hand and refuse for refund.

          I have ordered on snapdeal on 13th oct and the order id is [protected].
          And they have sent me a message on 16th oct, that my order could not be delivered as customer requested to deliver it on 17th, oct. But, i haven't received any cal from them.
          I have informed the same to them and on 17th oct, i received a message that the products were delivered. But i haven't received any products.

          I have sent many emails to them on daily basis. But still i haven't received a single response from these cheaters team, the so called snapdeal.

          Looks like they are selling products, taking the money and not delivering the products and have introduced a new cheating technique.

          I would like to sue them for such acts.

          I received a message that you are not able to deliver the product that I ordered. So, it clearly states that you tried cheating me. And now I am receiving notification on my app that your browsed item Jiofi 3 is now available. you can purchase it..

          Oh man! I am absolutely not surprised as the way i am treated by Snapdeal cheaters yesterday! But to my surprise they are be fooling everyone with the same tactics (Internal quality checks) as they know India is populated country and they can always find a guinea pig for their use. Useless Bansals & Bhals are doing nothing but spoiling the name of the country, family and showing their true class by putting up such an open show for public entertainment when others are raising the bar by delivering the quality with a commitment!

          For any business to run nothing required but the truth. You speak truth and rest all will be taken care of by itself.

          I referred here my experience with the Order ID: [protected] for which they have taken the same excuse, failed our internal quality checks hence they cannot return in spite of delivering the wrong product!

          I have got required advice, hence waiting for Snapdeal grievance to revert as a last chance to them so i can go to the next action plan with the artifacts. Also, i got to know they are running this scam for past 1 year comfortably. In parallel I am also taking input from my lawyer friends and the media channels to expose them as earliest as possible. Meanwhile, I will update it at PMO handler as well for a quickest action for so called MAKE IN INDIA entrepreneurs.

            I have ordered Nike flipflop on 4th october and i even cancelled it.
            but it got deliverd on 7th october, my mom recieved a delivery by paying 1100. I immediatly returned the item and the snapdeal delivery boy took it and thats it . No more info regarding this, there is no correct customercare number to contact them .
            All i have to do is contact by email . today [18th oct] they are called me and said that the recieved item is wrong .
            Was it my mistake ??? and through email they saying that they are sending the product back
            I dont know what is happening with snapdeal .
            Please get my money back and i swear to God i'll never ever shop in Snapdeal

            They are not even caring about customers.
            I said to them that i have the pickup reciept and your delivery boy only verified and took the product.
            but they are sending a mail that it failed in Quality test

            i dont know what is happening here . Please do something and get my money back . you are the last hope for me.

            Snapdeal customer care contacted me yesterday...
            After a while they attempted a delivery.
            In the delivery there is a old vacuum cleaner.

            What are they saying, I ordered Nike flip-flop and in return they are giving me a vacuum cleaner as it failed in QUALITY TEST.
            Was it my problem??? They only verified and took it .
            And they are saying you booked this only.
            I slammed them and sent it back

            I said, I just need money back

            Hence I rejected a delivery and sent it back.

            I donno when this gonna solve.
            I'm loosing all hopes on snapdeal

            I'll never buy a product on snapdeal again

              Some people : rizwan khan, anu gupta (If their names are real) and others, called me saying they are giving promotional offers for snapdeal.com. They said they are from the new delhi divison!

              I believed them because i received their mail from snapdeal.com!

              They called me from two numbers : [protected] (Main number) and
              [protected] (Product dispatch number).

              I bought a product worth rs 3999 /- using my atm cardand otp, and in return they were supposed to give me a dell laptop!

              Later on, they said i needed to pay gst!

              I have been robbed! I have paid a total of 16, 195/- thinking i would get a dell laptop in return!

              Please arrest these people!

                I have raised a return request for the same order but the courier agent denied of taking the return of this particular product.. Because of plastic wrapper of snapdeal not being ready with me.
                I have made a complaint against the same 3 days back to snapdeal and then i got a call from snapdeal that it will be picked up without the plastic wrapper as we have convey the matter to ecom courier agnet but still the courier agent denied of taking it as they said we have not received any such confirmation of picking it up without snapdeal confirmations..

                So kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and send the confirmation regarding this issue to ecom to pick up the product without the plastic wrapper or change the courier agent for pick up.

                  On 15/10/2017 i have received one new handset micromax mt 500 of rs 3510.00 but handset not open. Then i have complain to snapdeal for replacement the product but they send me near service centre for detection problem. Then next day 17/10/2017 i have gone service centre then they told me that imei no in tax invoice is [protected] but in handset imei no is[protected] so they could not any service provide for me and not any complain mail to micromax company. Then till today 18/10/2017 i have try my level best to connect snapdeal customar care but they not any reply to me.

                      I have received the duplicate nike free og navy blue training shoes and also product (Color) is not as per the description. I placed the return request and i got a mail from snapdeal saying that "while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request". I don't know the exact reason behind this. Please investigate the issue and let me know the status of it. I had already sent the mail to snapdeal but still dint get any reply. Please refer the below details and do the needful action.

                        Actually, i bought a samsung galaxy j7 nxt by snapdeal. I bought it because i fall in love with the look of the phone. I got thag look from your snapdeal. But when it reached me i got shocked. The product's look was completly different comparing to your provided image. The product i got was j7 nxt but the provided image was of galaxy j7 pro.                             I have returned the item myself via Bluedart. I have received the amount that I paid for purchasing the item.
                            BUT the amount I paid to courier the item i.e. Rs. 360 has not been refunded. I had mentioned the amount in a form on Snapdeal while uploading the receipt which I got from Bluedart.

                                Problem: - 1 8 plastic leg delivered instead of 12.
                                2 two cushions delivered instead of 4.
                                3 single seater sofas are damaged and plywood damaged by termites.

                                I requested for return under their policy but they change my request return to replacement, and tell me courier us manually, this is not mention at the time of purchased they mention easy rerun and 100% payment protection.

                                If, snapdeal have no courier partner for pickup than how they delivered product to me by gati courier, i inquired with gati delivery boy. He says snapdeal cheating with you we have business deal if we deliver we can also take reverse pick up.

                                Snapdeal offer me compensation of 1500 rs, i inquired with local carpenter they said repair cost up to 6500 rs. So, i not agree with offer.
                                They said send it manually, also am not agree but they generate manually return form and give me 5 day. I denied.

                                On 15000 product who will pay[protected] as courier charges.

                                They insist regularly for manually pick up this is policy violation. Since, manually pick up not mention at time of purchase, i have a proof as picture and screen recorded window.

                                      I have booked 1 pc. Usha 1.7 ltr ek 3217 electric kettle black online on snapdeal on 30.09.2017. I opted payment from debit card. Accordingly at 8.03 am i paid rs. 1565.00 to snapdeal from my debit card no. 5264xxxxxxxx0784.in my bank statement this shows in favour of medr/jasper infot/492505. I have neither received the message of order number on my mobile ([protected]) or mail information on my e-mail id.
                                      I have not received this package yet (Up to 16.10.2016 afternoon).
                                      It is also to mention that on 30.09.2017 i have booked two more items i. E orpat blender for rs. 829.00 and orbit vegetable chopper for rs. 525.00 on same mode, i. E through same debit card payment. These items have already been delivered to me. I have also received message and e-mail of this booking after payment. All the message till delivery and post delivery i received for these products, but not for usha electric kettle.
                                      It is therefore requested to do needful in arranging delivery at the same address. My address is also appended below-
