Westido 5 seater sofa set in maroon upholstery with cushions

Problem: - 1 8 plastic leg delivered instead of 12.
2 two cushions delivered instead of 4.
3 single seater sofas are damaged and plywood damaged by termites.
I requested for return under their policy but they change my request return to replacement, and tell me courier us manually, this is not mention at the time of purchased they mention easy rerun and 100% payment protection.
*see on ebay, amazon and flipkart if they have no courier partner for return and replacement, they mention it.
If, snapdeal have no courier partner for pickup than how they delivered product to me by gati courier, i inquired with gati delivery boy. He says snapdeal cheating with you we have business deal if we deliver we can also take reverse pick up.
Snapdeal offer me compensation of 1500 rs, i inquired with local carpenter they said repair cost up to 6500 rs. So, i not agree with offer.
They said send it manually, also am not agree but they generate manually return form and give me 5 day. I denied.
On 15000 product who will pay[protected] as courier charges.
They insist regularly for manually pick up this is policy violation. Since, manually pick up not mention at time of purchase, i have a proof as picture and screen recorded window.

NOW, you telling me request is closed.
instead of looting money from customer, start a business of prostitution, you and your team can make more money.
For any business to run nothing required but the truth. You speak truth and rest all will be taken care of by itself.
I referred here my experience with the Order ID: [protected] for which they have taken the same excuse, failed our internal quality checks hence they cannot return in spite of delivering the wrong product!
I have got required advice, hence waiting for Snapdeal grievance to revert as a last chance to them so i can go to the next action plan with the artifacts. Also, i got to know they are running this scam for past 1 year comfortably. In parallel I am also taking input from my lawyer friends and the media channels to expose them as earliest as possible. Meanwhile, I will update it at PMO handler as well for a quickest action for so called MAKE IN INDIA entrepreneurs.
