Subject: no support & no service of mobile phone from company le eco india and snapdeal india, company shutdown & cheated to customer

Sir/madam,

I had purchased le eco mobile phone (X821) from snap deal which had delivered on 11th october 2016. I am facing lot of issues with this mobiles phone since purchased it from online company snap deal (https://www.snapdeal.com/). then i have contacted to seller snapdeal and manufacture company support care & service center but no support from snapdeal and le eco india (Dlf corporate park, tower 4b, 2nd floor, unit no. 201 – 204, gurgaon, india – 122002)

Manufacture company le eco is not providing any support to customer as company has stop providing support & it seems shutdown.

I am trying to get for service for long times and also visited several times to le eco service center in gurugram last couple of months but none of service centers are ready & active to provide service.

None of service & call center[protected] is providing service or support on this matter.

The le eco phone is under warranty still no support from manufacture company le eco india and seller snapdeal india.
This le eco x821 mobile phone having manufacture defect so it is not working properly
I have purchased this mobile phone online from snapdeal which had delivered on 11th october 2016.
I have called eco support call center number[protected] but no response from their end.
I have contacted to le eco service centre sahara mall gurgaon but no support
I have sent many emails & reminers ([protected]@le.com) to india support le eco company but no response or answer from company, trial emails are mentioned with this email chain.
It seems company has shutdown and stop provide support, no call centre number active, no email response, no website working.
This is very serious matter so kindly look in to this, as many customers are facing same issue.

As per my request kindly advise me for further action on this and also register a complaint against the 1st party (Le eco) and second party snapdeal india for fraud case, cheat activity and given mantle harassment to the customer.

I have tried to reach website of the company but no link active to work properly.

    This the the complain regarding the order no [protected] dated 20 july
    Hello
    On 20 july i have purchased online item (Triveni purple velvet saree) from snapdeal, i paid them cod. When i checked the item it was totally different fabric (Not velvet) so on the same day i gave request for return and refund
    My return item was picked up by them on 27th july. On 9th august i got message from snapdeal that as your item does not meet our quality check
    Guidelines they shipped it back to my original delivery address
    As soon as i got the message i called in snapdeal customer care to stop the shipment, than they told me to send an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com
    I did the same (Twice on 9th august) while in the same time item was delivered to my address and i cancelled it and returned
    Now on 30th august someone called from snapdeal ph no [protected] (I think who had no proper information about cancellation) that if i cancelled the item i will get refund and cancelled the item by himself.
    However more than two months over, now they are telling that my refund and replacement request has been cancelled. For last two months i had written more than 50 mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, regarding my order that if they are unable to provide refund than send the original item to my address inspite of my dislike i am ready to accept it.. Because no option was left for me other than to accept the item but still they refused to send it and accused the customer that as if once item was refused by customer they will do nothing and denying to send it although they have taken money from me, so many excuses provided from their side
    On the other hand sent repeated message that still i have refused to accept it and sent old awb number. Which is not true,
    I am still ready to accept it as i paid an amount 3660
    I have a question is it possible in india that someone paid an amount 3660 and nothing is provided on return. It is totally a cheating case
    I want my item back as i had paid for it.

    To get my product back I had re ordered it, which was undelivered because they demand COD again I mentioned at [protected]@snapdeal.com that why should I pay twice for the same product as it already paid by me on 24th july . The product still not received
    please solve the matter as soon as possible, i will not pay the amount to the courier boy again.it is your responsibility to send back it"s original delivery address because refund request has been cancelled from your side so I want my item back as I had paid an amount 3660

      I saw offer on snapdeal for memory card"Lexar 128GB UHS Class 3 Memory Card", i liked the deal and ordered it, but i received message that order is cancelled by sellor i didnt have any problem with cancellation but on second day i received message that it was technical error and order is dispatched and pay for it when it comes, order came i gave delivery boy money, open my order and what i saw it was fake Samsung 32 gb memory card which is not working at all, Snapdeal refuse to help as it is not their concern that thier sellor cheat people by collecting buyer data and misuse it, , , , , , then i mail sellor for all and they reply me that they will refund me after 2-3 days but they aren't even reply my email now..Even false order status is showing on snapdeal website ...I attached all screenshot

      PS- It was all snapdeal fault, as they allow this fraud sellor on their website and ruin their market value...

        Hello i have place an order for bingo m-2 fitness smart bands black (Order # [protected]) on 04-oct-2017, the product was delivered to me on 07-oct-2017. When i opened the product and tried to charge the smart band it was not charging. I made all attempts of charging the product with usb cable provided but was unsuccessful, then i raised a complaint on 09-oct-2017 over the snap deal website, got a response that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours, never received a call or a person till now and the issue is not resolved yet suddenly i get a mail stating the complaint is closed as i have requested not to send a service engineer where as in no one from your end called, messaged or visited my the portal and got a confirmation that the issue is closed. So kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible because i have not even used the product once.

          I placed an order for nike shoes and i received both bogus / fake items. Images were not matching with site images. After providing proofs of duplicate products to customer care, they denied taking them back. Per social media, found snapdeal is cheating many customers by giving wrong ads (Like 100% genuine products and easy return policy).in reality that's not true. What's an option available so i can get my money back. Also want to spread this so other customers will not get cheated.

          I already provided all details, I escalated this issue, provided all proofs however Snapdeal escalation team rejected taking fake products and didn't give any reason. Products are unused and I requested within 7 days, however your team denied. It was chear cheating case. You were doing marketing that 100% genuine products and 7 days easy return...you didn't follow any of these steps.
          Kindly do needful ASAP and take return fake products and return my money ASAP. Order ID [protected]

            I booked product from snapdeal order id is :- [protected] they delivered wrong product. When i raise a complaint at [protected]@snapdeal.com they provide me reference no; 43945061 and ensure the resolved my issue. And they automatically cancelled my order and product was taken away by snapdeal delivered person ensure that amount will refund in account. When i gain raise my concern on snapdeal they replied me that product was delivered directly from sellar so we are responsible for refund. When try to call sellar they not peaking my phone.
            Please help me
            Why the product was deliver with snapdeal permiision as i booked on snapdeal

              I ordered a kiara stood from snapdeal worth rs 1180 bt when the product reached me it was entirely different from the description in the website. It looked absolutely cheap and inexpensive!!! Acc to the policy if the product is different from the description then it is easily returnable. Snapdeal is not taking back the product now strict action should be taken against snapdeal for cheating their customers. I alert every1 not to buy from this site as it is a fraudulent site

                    I ordered a michael kors watch which when i compare it with the one my friend got from amazon the same watch it looks duplicate and the dial has some kind of scratch on it too. Wanna return it though now i am ok with replacement too seeing that even after 10 mails and calls no call from there side plus everytime they write it does not pass there internal checks which should have been told to me previously while placing the order rather than now.

                          I had purchased a product "solid wood dressing mirror with shelf" on 13th aug 2017,
                          Order id: [protected], placed on 13 aug, 2017
                          After escalating the late delivery (Further to my complaint no. Snapdeal.com complaint status update [id: 1687813]) the product got delivered in 1st week of sep'17.
                          I am extremely disappointed that after approx one month of delivery of product nobody approached to install the same.
                          I tried calling customer care but i couldn't find agent option on the so called customer care.
                          I just got a call on last 10th sep'17 that somebody will come for installation in 2-3 days.
                          But no call there after. What was the fun of product delivery if installation takes so many days.
                          And your helpline is really pathetic, i dont know how a person can reach your customer care without hassle free ivr.
                          Can somebody do something for installation at earliest.
                          Have sent an email to snapdeal on 19th sep'17 but nobody contacted me there was only one system generated reply to my email.
                          Now again i had sent a reminder email today on 10th oct'17...

                                I ordered for fastrack's men wrist watch but when I opened the box I was shocked to see a TITAN LADIES WATCH watch and in fastrack's packaging box and with bill of the product that I ordered. I need my money Rs 2229 to get refunded into my account as soon as possible.

                                  I had been ordered 3 sets of curtain and another one set of curtain. But received item was not the same product which i ordered. So i sent it back for replace (Ref. No.4398941) with the ordered one. The items which i sent back was two bundles, including three sets of curtain in one bundle and one set of curtain in another bundle. But now i received only one bundle including only one set of curtain. Where is my another three sets of curtain.???.

                                  I am too fed up with this irresponsible dealing with snap deal as i am a snap deal customer. I did't expect like this stupid things from snap deal.
                                  Please replace my complete ordered product or refund the complete cash rs.1197 and rs.695.

                                    Problem : the product seems to be fake. I have come to the conclusion as
                                    1. After using it my hair completely frizzed up even though i just straightened my hair about two weeks prior.
                                    2. The shampoo had a very chemical smell, not like the original
                                    3. The container is normally white with blue but the bottle is cream in colour.
                                    Please revert and forward this complaint to l'oreal too.

                                    Waiting anxiously for a reply.

                                      I order my product of value rs. 1479/- vide order id: [protected] on 2nd october on cod mode. I received a courier parcel of rs. 1500/-. When i opened the parcel i got a product other then i ordered of rs. 120/- mrp value. On the other side on snapdeal site it showing that the product is still to be dispatched. I dont know how any other person got my information from the snapdeal and cheated me in the name of snapdeal. Photos of invoice i got and product i received are attached. When i called on the mob number [protected] given on the invoice, the person who picked phone immediately cut the line and thereafter blocked me.
                                      It is matter of investigation that how the information regarding my order was passed to unauthorised person who cheated me.

                                      The name of firm shown on invoice is gktraders and gst no. Shown is 37alapg6571fiza

                                        Hello. I have ordered 1 product on 19 sep. With order id [protected]. The product is delivered on 26th september. On the same day, i have done return request. Bcoz, item not delivered as specified and description. 28th september item given courier. Reached to snapdeal hub also. But still, till today (9th october) amount has not been refunded.. Back to me. Kindly take necessary steps to solve this issue, as soon as possible.

                                        After four days I have received just acknowledgement for my complaint. Still my problem has not been solved, in this digitally transforming India...
                                        Still there is no reply from the e-commerce gaunt, Snapdeal.. worst customer support. Worst product selling, worst dealers..
