I purchased a tissot watch from snapdeal vide order id: [protected] (Sub order id: [protected]), dtd 3 oct 2017. I paid rs 16490/- by my credit card. The watch was delivered on dt 7 oct 2017.
However to my surprise, the watch was a first copy fake.
I am a regular customer of snapdeal and was holding snapdeal & kunal bahl in high regard. But this shattered all my image of snapdeal - it proved wrong with snapdeal resorting to fake suppliers & doing unethical business. So i registered a return request on the same day ie 7 oct 2017. But again to my surprise, the return request was rejected. This unethical way of doing business is a big negative for snapdeal - the biggest ecommerce platform!!
Request to please take up with snapdeal/ kunal behl and arrange refund of my hard earned money.

Now the website Snapdeal has changed the seller from Dwivedi Associates to Mahalaxmi Traders!! Seems to act fast & smart. But the Reviews and Q & A remain the same.
Fooling & cheating innocent buyers - playing with the faith of customers for unethical profits!! Wake up Kunal Bahl/ Rohit Bansal and learn to earn by ethical business model..

Thank you for your response. Please collect the watch sent by you and refund my hard earned money. If the seller Dwivedi Associates is not YOU, then take it up with the seller strongly to desist from selling fakes on Snapdeal. This will protect/ enhance reputation of Snapdeal/ Kunal Bahl. Flipkart/ Bansals are very very stringent about Fake products & that is why enjoy impeccable reputation. Customers prefer Flipkart as we can buy blindly from Flipkart - there are no issues of Refund/ Fakes. Flipkart sells Only GENIUNE products - backed by the impeccable image the Bansals carry for ethical business practices.

        I am blogger and working/prompting snapdeal products in my website but they are not giving my money.

        Earned commission - rs 2565 in one year but not got a single money from it.
        I mail them twicely week regarding same but they reply automate reply that we will look in this issue after no responses i beg them to give my affiliate money. They are not reply from 7 months.
        They have no contact no for affiliate promoters
        No reply from email.

        I already updated my bank info and perse info.

        They are fraud they harrased me.
        As i am student i worked for snapdeal affiliate and give the company rs 26700 revenue sale but they have not given a single money or warm thank reply.
        They loot money i request you to not to join snapdeal affiliate
        .
        Join amazon affiliate, flipkart affiliate and earn they are real affiliate marketer they keep good care of promotera.
        Now my target to campign on social media and i will give lose to snapdeal as they are fraud they loot my money and wasted my 1 year labour.

          I purchased a casio watch worth 10, 525 from snapdeal on 30 september. When i ordered it there was 7 days easy return policy on the product. I got my order on 5th october at evening i opened the box but i was not satisfied with the product so i requested for return within half an hour. But i got a mail from snapdeal that your order is not available for return policy. They refused to refund my money. Their customer care executive behaved so redely n refused for refund. They said to accept whatever i got. So kindly help me to get my money back.

            This company sent me a incomplete order with break item in the box
            When i put a return request their executive person come and check the product after his verification he take an item and go for replacement the item but now the company say i give a incomplete item. Why i give you incomplete order if it's breakable but now my total money is waste also this company give me a breakable item instead of money. I am so worried about my money please do something

                        Hi,
                        I have ordered a micromax led tv in snapdeal. The product has been delivered to the specified address. But the tv was not working when the installation team came to home and installed. I reported the same in snapdeal website and requested for return and replacement. This guys are able to deliver to the addresses. But not able to pick it back from there. So we manually couriered the product to the seller address given by them. But it is a fake address. When the courier service has checked the address, they confirmed that there is no address like the one given. Again sent a mail to help snapdeal mail id and they have given one more address. So for the second time again i am sending the product to the seller address.

                        Now it is different story. They have returned the product with the statement that the replacement order has been closed and they can take that product.

                        Who will buy a tv for 15000 which is not at all working.
                        Am i fool...

                        First time: Snap deal has given the wrong seller address so the sent product has been returned to me. Spent rs: 250

                        Second Time: Raised a concern with Snap deal & they have given the address: So I sent the product to the seller by spending RS : 300 rupees again

                        Third Time: Now the seller is refused to take the product. WHY . The product came to my place and when the installation team came in they told that the product is not working so raise with Snapdeal for REPLACEMENT.
                        On that time itself the product is in transit only.

                        WILL YOU ACCEPT THE PRODUCT OR NOT. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT, YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT WORKING.

                        I WILL NOT ACCEPT AND I WANT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT SOON.

                        i didnt get the refund for 300 ruppes which i spent last time, since the product is not accepted by the seller, the product is now with the ST courier service and AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO SELLER.

                                This is my order id: [protected] (Build skill 13mm 650w drill machine kit with reversible and impact function + 101 accessories (6 months brand warranty). I had received this delivery on 2-sept-2017, after open this item i come to know that item is not according to specification its 350w drill machine and around 50 to 55 accessories in kit. On same day i had cancel this item. According to schedule snap deal pickup my items from address. What ever i had received i given to him.
                                After cheesing from customer care (Very expensive), i come to know that my refund request decline i don't why.

                                  Rs. 475 for royal crepe.. Had not refunded to my bank account.. The company had messaged me before two days that i got my money in my bank account after two hours which will confirm to me by an e-mail but till now i didn't get any message or email and i am unable to know that whether the money had been deposited to my account or not... So i request you to please pay attention to my complaint and solve my problem within a day as quicker as possible..

                                    This is Krishnateja Reddy. I ordered prestige gas stove two weeks back. I got product two days back . When opened product it is totally damaged. Product quantity too worst. I want refund . They are not responding to calls. Too reckless .this is second time they send damaged product

                                        I ordered a philips qt4009/15 trimmer of rs.749 from snapdeal and i received wrong product of nova nv-3957 trimmer which is a cheap product and price about 300-400. I called snapdeal and they said they had cancelled and it was not delivered from snapdeal. They don't even want to share seller's contact details. There was no contact details of the seller on the invoice no option for return. I want replacement or refund.
