I purchased a casio watch worth 10, 525 from snapdeal on 30 september. When i ordered it there was 7 days easy return policy on the product. I got my order on 5th october at evening i opened the box but i was not satisfied with the product so i requested for return within half an hour. But i got a mail from snapdeal that your order is not available for return policy. They refused to refund my money. Their customer care executive behaved so redely n refused for refund. They said to accept whatever i got. So kindly help me to get my money back.

    I have order 32 gb micro memory card @ 599 rupees from snapdeal site but when my parcel is delivered at my place i have realized that i have received fake order at my place. I have got a parcel from ” takenick innovation ” his number is [protected] and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Its been four days on 06/10/2017 but still they are saying they will sent a boy to replace that parcel but still no one call or came at my place to replace or refund my money or order.

      Snapdeal sent me the item jbl c100si with an order id: [protected]. When i opened the parsal i found that seal of the box was opened and there was no warranty, no extra buds available in the box as well as dirt in the earphones. I sent back the item to snapdeal and now they are making stories that it could not clear our quality check and forcefully sending back the item. Which law tells that if the seal is opened you can accept that item?

        Bought a sofa (Couch) from snapdeal and it is damaged, they did delivery freely without any issue and they had able to deliver it freely (Serviceable). Now, i did want to return and refund my product. So, went ahead requested for the return and refund. Initially they wanted us to compensate with 1000/- and i didn't agree because the product was too smelly and damaged one. Now, i've received email saying that our location is does not come within serviceable area please return the item. Which is awful, in my city no one wants to delivery with any costs. I'm unsure why snapdeal isn't dealing good with customers. Such a huge loss for customers like us.

          Dear sir., at first i introduce my self, i'm p. Michael from trichy... At recent before 3 weeks, i had visited your careers site and applied for a job role (Delivery boys supervisor)... And later, i got a mail from your company recuirement i'd ([protected]@snapdealcareers.in)... The received mail was... They asked to send my (Resume)... And by next day i got an another mail... The hr asked my certificates details of scan copy for certificate verification... I had maild the scaned copy of my certificates and photo including address proof... At next day i got a phone interview call from the mentioned number (+91 [protected])
          They interviewed me by calling...3days later i got a mail that i have selected for a applied role... And they mentioned in that mail to pay (1650rps) for hr account... And they explained that after paying (1650rps) mail the scaned copy of payed receipt, and you get a courrier packages includes (T-shirt with company logo, and my joining details), i had payed the sum off amount and maild the scaned copy of payment receipt, by today evening i got the call from above mentioned land-line number... Again they are asking to pay (6000rps) for medic claim policy and salary account opening process by tomorrow between 2pm... My question was... I need to know whether it's was an trusted company call... Or fake call... I had attached the screen shot a mail clarification i had done between them... Pls do refer it... Im waiting for your reply mail as soon as possible

            On 20th sept under their sale, i order a wireless bluetooth headset. It was displayed as syl ascend huawei bluetooth headset and faithfully thinking it as a genuine product i ordered and received. But when i received it was of local quality. I ordered it thinking it would be of brand huawei as it has very nice products.
            Now when i activated the return policy, they took the handset back but after a week i got a call that the order i placed was genuine and there is no fault of theirs. Snapdeal's claim was that the product ordered is correct and the same has been dispatched. I argued with their so-called obnoxious representative named mohit (Name is not correct for sure as he was telling) that why did they use the brand name huawei in their product desciption when the proudct is not at all related with the huawei and is a local brand. I shouted at them that not to misguide consumers with highlighting the brand names and selling the local products under brand names.
            In return they forcefully imposed the product on us and are returning it to us giving the stupid reason that the product is correct.
            Please lodge a complain and take a strict action against snapdeal and their ill-mannered employees.
            To add more i am a very old online customer and have ordered so many things in the past with flipkart and amazon and never experienced such kind of things but with snapdeal this is the workst experience i am facing.
            Please look into the matter and hope to take the disciplinary actions.

                    I am blogger and working/prompting snapdeal products in my website but they are not giving my money.

                    Earned commission - rs 4, 593.44 in the year but not got a single money from it.
                    I mail them twicely week regarding same but they reply automate reply that we will look in this issue after no responses i beg them to give my affiliate money. They are not reply. Its almost 1 year now.
                    They have no contact no for affiliate promoters
                    No reply from email.

                    I already updated my bank info and perse info.

                    They are fraud they harrased me.

                    Please sir i want my money back. Otherwise i will complaint at police station of this fraud. I have also proof

                        Please do not buy any stuff from snapdeal. They are expert in duping the customer. Recently i bought carpet which was slightly smaller in width. It did not look fit under my table. When opted for return they said that this was the size already mentioned in site. Come on do you expect me to take scale and measure in milli meters. Pathetic service rendered by snapdeal. I have asked my uncle and aunt-10 people not to order from this fool making site. They have also uninstalled the app and spreading the word o[censored]nreliable service given by this company

                        I have flooded your inbox with complain mails and still no response. Don't give false replies. Ah yes why should not you. You have fooled me 2 time. Hopeless and pathetic service. I'm wonder that this is the reason that snapdeal will be collapsing very soon as they lose customer trust. I'm switching to amazon whose service is awesome

                              I have made order for hp pen drive of 128gb. On 3rd of oct i got message that the order got cancelled. On very next day i got another message stating,
                              "dear buyer,
                              You receive cancellation message by technical issue. Your order dispatched and you will receive it by 3-5 day.
                              Kindly accept the parcel.

                              Today i got the parcel but when the parcel opened i found that it's not a pen drive. The actual item receives is otg connector. The this useless connector vendor charged me rs.999/- which ia paid in cash.
                              I have never expected such a pathetic service from snapdeal. I want the correct product to be delivered to me.

                                Please note i have ordered some items, which was delivered to me on 21st sept, again i have cancelled the same, and courier has already reversed picked up on 25th september of all the materials, but my issue is one parcel with above mentioned complaint number is still showing "to be picked up" as i wish to inform you that no parcel is lying with me at this moment and moreover the parcels which has already been picked up, no refund is received by me till date, please look to the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

Yesterday i talked ur representative he said me madam u send me the wrong product so that we send the product back to u. Today i received the product the cheap red colour clothes which i never send to u. And it's proove now. Because today i received the three packet and one red cheap clothes and that product is not mine. I received nishant kumar reverse pick up product. I send u all the image. All the mistake done by ur side. And please arrange the cal again so that i explain u well.

                                        The snapdeal are just a cheater.
                                        They are not returning my product. I have done follow up since 5 days and they end up saying ' i apologize' we can't return or replace the product.
                                        Snapdeal just tell me aren't you for better customer satisfaction, i'm very much disappointed with such kind of response..
                                        What i wanted just wanted to return the product coz it's damaged & you advisor just don't understand what i'm trying to say.
                                        If you don't want to return i want compensation on the damaged product otherwise create a return & take your product back.
                                        I want a quick reply in this case.
