I ordered a NOKIA 3 which Order ID: [protected] and Reference no: 43984746 and price 6361 placed on mon, 25 sep 2017. 1st they took my order on 25 sep successfully. But today 28th sep they send me a mail which said that they unable to deliver it.
they send me a mail which is
""This is in reference to the cancellation of your Order number [protected]. We regret to inform you that we were unable to process your order as the item is out of stock. We tried to procure it from a different seller but were unsuccessful in doing so. As a result, we have no option but to cancel your order.We can not change the product price as the price prove by the sell.""

If the product is out of stock then why they take my order.i think that they cannot give me the phone at this price.if any one see on snapdeal nokia 3 is available til now.I attached the screenshot of the conformation mail. I want the mobile at this price which i order.

please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    A very bad service is being provided by the courier provider of snap deal. I am trying to refund one product but there is no pickup yet. Every time they are telling that there is insufficient address. The service provided is being very bad experience for me. Today the have sent a message that if tomorrow the attempt will be unsuccessful then they will cancel it. What is this. Tell the service provider to come on the given address. The address which is provided by me is sufficient and i have ordered many products on the same address. Solve this problem quickly...

The address i sent the given return address on the box snapdeal vendor address but snapdeal say that the items they did not reach them.         I ordered 4 items on snapdeal, total bill made is 2862/-. I got the items but those were defective, they were not as mentioned in the description. I asked for return, they approved and picked all the items from me. They said they will start refund but suddenly sent an email saying your account is suspended and we cannot refund you money. When i sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com they replied.
        It is snapdeal's policy where we cannot return you either money or items.

        All these items they picked the items and kept both money and items.
        I called many times customer care and sent a lot emails but same response i cannot do anything we cannot return you money.

        How can you expect things to be first time right which does not happen even if you go to any retail outlet in person?

        How can you block an account without prior intimation? Is there no governance observed?

        This is really disappointing. Is this not a cheating.

After talking with costumer care executive he offer me 500 rs cash back for battery missing.                   I have ordered nike air max shoes on snapdeal bearing order number [protected]. I found that the order had both the shoes of same leg left side. There is a genuine problem with the pair of shoes and also one of the shoes is defective as well. I had requested replacement of the same. Today i got the call from snapdeal customer care stating that i had high return ratio, they would not entertain the replacement of the nike shoes.

                  Kindly provide me the invoice of the shoes, with proper name, address, tin, gst number of the seller. I would like to approach the nike india customer care to identify why such shoe was delivered?

                                I bought a binocular from snapdeal worth rs 5199 on 9th sep. Which was delivered on 11th sep. I opened and found, its not a genuine product so i got it checked with olympus service center, they declared its a copied product. I raised a return request on 14th sep, on 16th they reverted back and asked for the picture of the product, i shared the same on 19th, since then i am following up with them by different sources of social medias and email as well. On 22nd sep, again i received an email that my courier will be picked up on 24th sep sunday, but no one came and now snapdeal is not giving and concrete answer on the same. They are cooking a different story all together. 2 weeks are more then enough time to get identify the actual issue.

                                  I ordered mi 5 on 25th august with order no.[protected], bt i received a mobile that had waranty issues, i replaced it which as usual cost me 10 days, now when i received the replaced product on 24th sept, I got coolpad charger instead of mi also warranty issue is not resolved yet
                                  I was supposed to get 6 months warranty as it was claimed on your snapdeal portal.Moreover i tried several times contacting you on your help line number [protected]... and your customer support representatives are unavailable...
                                  Either resolve my issues or stop selling unboxed mobiles on your portal...if you cannt provide valid warranty then no need to boost of it on your portal...I am feeling like cheated, I bought a premium mobile bt i didnot knew that you people are fraudsters...

                                    I have ordered apple earpods, but they have delivered me fake one, when i have initiated cancellation request they responded me back with saying that the returned item does not meet their quality check and now forcing me to have that earpods there response on mail is as follow : "as your item does not meet our quality check guidelines, we have shipped it back to your original delivery address. It will be delivered to you within next 7-8 days via vulcan_olp_rtv.
                                    Please note that in case you refuse to accept delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item. Your return request remains closed."

                                    What have they thought about customers thief, i am an employed guy working in it company and i do not accept this kind of fake and illegal way to ditch a common guy. You need to do the quality check prior to the delivery of product.
                                    As if now i just want my money back to be credited in my account.

                                      Snapdeal is the worst shopping site i have ever shopped on. This is for the second time snapdeal is doing this to me. I have purchased a product fro snapdeal bearing order number [protected]. I have placed a return request. I dnt knw what wrong has gone it came up with some problem. I tried calling snapdeal customer care but there is no such option of talking to their executive. I have sent many mails to snapdeal. Their is only one reponse provided to me that my return request is registered under ticket id 43919984 and i'll get a call from snapdeal within 24 hours. Its been 48 hours i haven't recieved any call. No call no pick up. This has been already done to me by snapdeal. Will never ever buy anything from snapdeal and will recommend you all not to buy anything from snapdeal. They are cheaters who cheat customers.

                                        Last time i brought flow company sound from snapdeal and its useless thats y i return to snapdeal for refund but after one month snapdeal team chet me...it is snapdeal company refund policy...i m trying too much time to contact snapdeal customer care but all time im fail ...Dont buy anything from Snapdeal its chet customers.
