The product just after first time use has torn very badly from two places. I contacted customer care for the same but the executive very rudely talked to me and said she cant do anything. I have to keep the product and disconnected my call. Such a bad customer support snapdeal provides. I do not want the refund but atleast any exchange or something can be done as the product has come out disaster. I could not even use it once, my complete money has been wasted.

      I have bought a sennheiser ear phones from snapdeal and in two months one of the ear phones stopped working. As warranty on it is 2 years i have sent that to sennheiser service center bangalore. To my surprise they call me and said they are fake ear phone and they have also sen mt a copy stating that they are fake. I called snapdeal and explained them about it. They said they will initiate reverse pick up and refund my amount. Its been a month but still they haven't send any courier guy for pick up. Please help me on this.

After purchase they come up with their new policies and do not fell the need to inform d customer before accepting the order... They refuse to accept d return of jeans which dose not fit...           I ordered philips RQ1250 shaver from snapdeal which was later sent by one fraud seller UD Fashion, customer care number mention in box [protected]
          I receive packet which is mentioned my address and my mobile number which is same as given details by me to snapdeal and Product inside was nova nhc 3758 which is not ordered and worth less than 300rs.
          When i tried for return than i saw that my order shows cancelled.in snapdeal and i cannot return it.
          I saw other complaints are also there for same seller on snapdeal. Then why they dont remove this seller??
          Dont know if this fraud is done by snapdeal or this seller or both are involved. if snapdeal is not involved please give me full detail of sellers who is making a fraud through snapdeal I think snapdeal take full detail of sellers before registered the seller
          I want my money back and snapdeal take action against seller

                Return of order id: [protected] - wishpool plastic heat sealer

                This product is fake. Shame on snapdeal to show some product and deliver some product. I had received totally different product which dint match to the image shown at all. And on top of that its not working.

                Snapdeal refuses to even take it back and are giving silly reasons for not taking it back stating return ratio is high and all.

                They claim that all products go under quality check but i have personally experienced it and i would strongly advice people beware of such fake company and products.

                Im a reputed customer of almost all online website voonik, flipkart, jabong, ebay, amazon, myntra, aliexpress etc. You can check if you wish too never i faced such issue which im facing with snapdeal.

                They show something and send something and that too not in working condition.

                They are not taking it back.

                They are repeatedly sending common reply on email.

                We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.

                And they are sending me any details of the priducts that i have returned and which dint match their quality check, i am repeatedly asking proof but they fail to provide.

                Thanks to Consumer complaint forum as after i posted my complain here snapdeal took initiative to call me and then they did reverse pickup of the product and refunded me the amount.

                But snapdeal i wont be comfortable to do any purchases with you in future with such bad experience.

                  I got delivered my nike shoes on 12th july 2017 costing rs 3295. Withing 2 nd half month it gets torn from both shoe from same side nd from d same spot. I visited nike showroom they told me nike has 3 months of warranty but snapdeal denying to help it out. Snapdeal serving a cheap duplicate products in name of brands this is purely a fraud. I want a total refund for this product. Please help as soon as possible.

                    I purchased a samsung monitor on 11th may 2015 from snapdeal.com. Now it is not functioning. It is within warranty period. On being complaint online to samsung service centre, the technician from samsung service centre in ranchi visited my home but, refused to repair it because this model number of monitor does not cover warranty in india as it belongs to other country.in such circumstances, your help is needed.

                      I ordered an iphone from snapdeal and paid the full amount in advance.

                      My order id is: [protected]

                      My delivery address is my office address which is at 10th floor of a well-known building in gurugram. I received a call from courier guy on 4th october that he will not come to the office at 10th floor and instead i have to come outside building to receive the courier.

                      When i denied this as i was in a meeting, he just hung up on me and now i can see in my tracking that delivery was attempted but was failed.

                      This is such a disgusting example of the unprofessional attitude of courier persons employed by snapdeal. This shows how companies like snapdeal takes their customer for granted.

                      I have paid the full amount and now i am at the mercy of a courier guy to get my order who just doesn't want to come to the address mentioned in order details.

                        The product is tampered and duplicate. It is in a pathetic condition. It's horrible they are thugging people by sending these products. We need a police complain in this matter as this quality will cause illness. Immediate inquiry is required for these fake sellers. Fake sellers are cheating people snap deal is allowing it.                               The courier boy contacted me on 29th september through mobile and i told him that i m out of station and will be available on 3rd october, 2017 for delivery. Same status was updated on the site of snapdeal. But he never come to me again or contacted again for delivery. Now, i m surprised to see that he shows that he attempted two times to deliver the item to me which is wrong. He never contacted me again. Further, it is also to mention that the courier boy who contacted me on 29th september also behaved rudely with me which is never expected from the company like snapdeal.

                              I therefore, request you kindly to refund my amount to my credit card and if same person is delivering my other orders, my other orders pending for delivery may also be cancelled.

                                    I placed an order for laptop on snapdeal on 22nd of september 2017. The product got delivered on 25th september. However, after thorough checking, it was found to be defective since the headphone jack was damaged and the speakers sound was cracking. Snapdeal told me to get the confirmation from the confirmation from the dell service centre and they acknowledged the same. I placed a replacement request on 27th september.
                                    I received an email saying the pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days. I have been following for 7 days and still, they have been saying the same thing i. E. To wait.
                                    It has been 2 weeks since i ordered the product. At times they do not even care to speak to the customer properly.
                                    I need my product money back which they are not providing. I am already at a huge loss after purchasing from snapdeal.

                                    The only thing which they are good at is sending emails on emails. My job is at stake because of snapdeal. Those people do not realise my situation. My work is totally hampered because of this delay. I did not expect this from snapdeal. I have been a loyal customer of snapdeal for the past 5 years. I regret purchasing this product which costs around Rs31, 600 from snapdeal.
                                    Whoever reading this post, please please stay away from snapdeal unless you care for your hard earned money and time.

                                    Snapdeal, just stop this response of getting us an update. I have sent you numerous emails and have called you many times but snapdeal is one such company that does not even care to listen to their customers concern. You took away all my money of 31.6k and the product as well.
                                    I do not have any news of my product getti g delivered or no.
                                    You have already cheated me.
                                    I am also attaching the proof which dell service center provided of co firming that the product was actually defective.

                                    Even after showing this proof that the product is actually defective there isnt an i ch of progress in getting a refund or replacement.

                                    I sinxerely request others think 10 times before purchasing anything from snapdeal. It will leave you frustated.

                                      I purchased a phone fron snapdeal (Which i still dont know why i made that decision) it was intex phone. For the starters delivery was late and then when finally it reached the phone was already used it had photos of the previous user. Then i wanted a return or refund which they did not provide, i wad tired of negotiating with the stupid snapdeal and then i thought o[censored]sing the phone anyways (I have a very busy schedule i cant afford to call customer care daily wait for the phone to connect after 1 hour and then talk to customer care, which they hardly understand and then they tell me same stupid thing again and again, which makes no sense) i gave the phone to my brother to use and then after 6 months phone started acting weird, now its shut down and i am stuck with a stupid, disgusting phone which snap deal gave me. It was a pathetic phone, which is nothing but a disappointment to me now. It was a stupid mistake which i made to order phone from snapdeal. My experience with snapdeal is very very bad. Now they dont even have a proper arrangement to find the invoice of the order. Very frustrating indeed. #worstcompany
