    I have requested for return of my product order id: [protected] as it is not as per size requirement and i am not satisfied.

    Now they write email mentioning that it will not be returned as per snapdeal policy.. How many policy the company follows one on website which clearly mention that you can return if the customer is not satisfied and it is not under negative list of easy return policy

    Then on what ground they can deny that it is not returnable. I need this product returned and returned the amount immediately.

      I reveived a call from [protected] pretending to be calling for some snapdeal promotional event. They told me that i've been selected from top 5 lucky customers. And they offered me the gift of my choice from the 5 options they gave me and i stupidly got in the trap and paid 4000 in their paytm wallet which also showed snapdeals account while i was transferring the amount. Next day they called me up and said we have paid for your gift but u need to pay the gst in order to complete the procedure and after paying 4000₹ already i paid 8900₹ as gst again to the same wallet. Now it's too late to realise that i've been scammed in snapdeals name. I even got a confirmation mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com i don't know how these scammers can do such stuffs in snapdeals name. Now i'm stuck and 13000₹ down too. No one around to help.

        Its needless to mention that our family is a regulsr costumer of snapdeal. Today a delivery man by the name dheerajpal ([protected]) came to deliver bollywood accessories prepaid order. He demanded to show my pan/aadhar card. I had no such experience before as delivery person generally used to ask to sign. He become so furious and offended and left. Immediately afterwards i telephoned him four times but got no response. My strong advise to snapdeal:
        1. Arrange to deliver my prepaid order fast.
        2. Such delivery persons must be tought to be polite.
        3.in case you change your policies of customers showing their strong identities/ identity numbers, it should all be mentioned while we book the orders

              The shoe are damage a first day... But the customer care..& delivery boy... Is not a good response.., output & not return a product... Then help another option to u know.. Ph-[protected]

              The product return policy are 30 days that show in page but the delivery boy are ask the product is not return in first day then the remaining day are left 29 days.. So the snapdeal customer care are... Call me previous days that do not output after the call..

                I had been called from kolkata saying that they i had won a lucky draw and won a iphone+ and had to purchase products worth 3999/- and now when i have purchased goods then phone is switched off and snapdeal is providing our data to these fake companies. I have made a mail to snapdeal and no response from thier side.. Snapdeal is our fraud company and do not trust them

                  I ordered casio edifice men silver analogue watches (Ed437) ef-558d-2avdf rs. 10881on 18.09.2017 at 12 am.

                  And i got a sms on 21.09.2017 at 3 pm with fake update of delivery boy returned due to i did not receive the call... But there is no call i got.. Then i changed address on my home address on 22.09.2012 but on 23.09.2017 i got another fake update like delivery boy returned from door step... Worst servise in bangalore... Worst courier service selected by snapdeal...

                  After register a complaint on 22 sep 2017 they called on 23 sep 2017 and they(snapdeal) asked about my problem ..then they asured me they will delivery on next day and delivered me on 24 sep 2017...i got call from this no +911244156000... But from snapdeal side they are active on twitter...and they also sloving query..i also twitted and they ask me my order id and contact no... Thank god...Finaly i got my watch after 5 days...but i supposed to get after 2 day...

                          I have returned a doyours toothbrush stand as it doesn't meet my requirement as it is too small in size (Item size was not given in product description). After receiving the item by snapdeal one of their executive called me and asked for the reason for return and i said because of the size i am returning it back and i will order another item with bigger size. But
                          Now snapdeal is returning back the item saying.. As your item does not meet our quality check guidelines. We have shipped it back to your original delivery address. And also quote following message..

                          Please note that in case you refuse to accept delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item. Your return request remains closed. This kind of behaviour of online shopping app is un acceptable as now a days online shopping become very essential in our busy life.

                            I hv ordered for suffari bag on snapdeal which order no is [protected]. Bt i got a very ordinary bag.. When i complained with snapdeal they told we cnt arrange reverse pickup so u vl hv to send it at ourwarehouse in sadhrana village, once i send it by blue dirt... Bt they returned stating they dnt hv their service der.. Item came back to me... Second i sent it by india post.. On 18th sep 2017.. On very next day on 19th sep it got deluvered to snapdeal... As its showing on india post sites... Now snapdeal refusing that they didnt got the item so they cnt refund..

                              I have ordered a paco rabanne perfume and i received a copy duplicate one. So i have raised a return, they picked up the product but did not refund for the product now they are saying return declined and also not sending the product. I tried to call their customer care many times but i think they have blocked my number.

                                Order id: [protected]. I ordered a led tv from snapdeal when i received the product it turned out to be a used product missing accessories i. E wall mount and base stand also when i tried powering on the product the product was not turning on. When i registered a return request i was told to courier this product myself. I contacted all popular courier namely bluedart, fedex, aramex, dtdc, india post and gati courier but they are saying cant take this product as its electronic product. I request snapdeal to arrange for pickup and refund the amount

                                  I had placed an order for 6 pairs of bonjour diabetic socks at the snap deal site vide order id [protected] dated 25/8/17 by making full payment through my hdfc bank credit card. I recd the consignment on 4/9/17 with two tax invoices of bonjour retail 1) 08025 dated 29/8/17 for 2 pair of diabetic socks 2) 08030 dated 29/8/17 for 3 pair of diabetic socks. When i raised a complaint on 5/9/17 attaching the 2 invoices of bonjour retail for the short supply of 1 pair of socks valued at rs 269/ they sent a message for pick up of 1 pair of socks. I wrote back to them that there is no pickup & it is only a short supply. I have been writing & calling up snap deal for more then 2 weeks now and have been getting only false assurances and without any refund in site. Companies like snap deal should be shut down for cheating customers like this

                                  I have sent several mails & also spoken to snap deal customer care officers 5 times & to snap deal customer care supervisor kamal Kishore twice.

                                  Despite false promises from snap deal end that the issue would be resolved soon there is no proper response or refund of Rs269 to my credit card account by Snap deal so far.

                                  Nearly one month has passed & without resolution of the problem by Snap deal despite giving proof of short supply with the scanned copy of invoices received from Bonjour retail.

                                  Snap deal has turned out to be an untrustworthy site & i intend to take up this issue through consumer court & public forums

                                      Hi, this is snigdha. I have ordered a goodwill impex purple cotton tops (Size: 3xl) for my friend saanchi. It was shown in purple color. But the top delivered was in grey color. I placed a request to refund my money after generating a return request. The courier boy came to saanchi's place at 9th sept and picked up that parcel. As per snapdeal it was picked by a third party company nuvoex, which is a third party company as said by the executive from snapdeal. I have still not received any refund. I have notified them many a times about this. But as per snapdeal the parcel has not been picked up. And suddenly today i receive a mail that i have cancelled the return request, which is false. I did not do it. They have lost the parcel and are also denying to refund me. First they send me a wrong parcel, then they lose it while picking it up. Then they suggest me to get connected with the courier company and ask for a slip as the proof, on the basis of that document they will refund my money. How can they provide me with such an impractical solution? Somebody please suggest.

                                      I purchased a weighing SCALE.I want to return it as it's not showing a accurate weight and is continuously fluctuating. My pickup was scheduled on 15 of September.But no one came to pick it up.Now dey say pickup was unsuccessful and r asking us to reschedule.What guarantee dat dey will pick up dis time.Worst experience with snapdeal.

                                      14, sep, 2017 was delivered..in cash on delivery mode.this is not working now.it means two days I bought it.please vapuse this item.and send back new item.if you send back my product I will buy next some more produts in snapdeal.i already ordered another product.nokia 105.if you not send back product.i won't take that

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        This is to inform you that i ordered blackberry 9780, but its not delivered till date. Yesterday rour delivery guy came and left without delivered the product because did not reach at right place as where he has to delivered. Today also he did same and asked me to come great india place to collect an order and when i said that to come at mall of india then he said no and he was talking unprofessionally way.

                                        So please let me know this is the process to deliver the an order. If it is so please cancelled my order.
