I cancelled my order with order id [protected], my app says refund successfully but i can not received any money from snapdeal.com...

I ordered a pair of nike shoes but got fake shoes instead.

The box had a different model name and also the barcode on the tongue of the shoe did not match with the barcode on the box.

I bought Samsung earphones from snapdeal.but as soon as I got the product, I found that it was fake as one can judge just by seeing the branding and packaging of the product.but when I returned it, Snapdeal refused to do the same by saying that it was rejected by our quality check team.
How ridiculous these people have their return policy unlike Flipkart and Amazon?...

I would like to begin by questioning the law governing online sites where they are free to sell products, both legal and illegal, and why there is absence of any kind of Governance over these sites ?

The case in point is Flipkart.com...

I returned the crop due to the size problem its been 1 month and i haven't recieved my refund back its still showing pending what should i do i have emailed them alot but only the robotic mails come statuing help which is not even working and the helpline no [protected] doesn't specify anything about return what should i do now i have not faced this problem with any site except this site...
