Hi i am dhanu i have one i grasp 22l20 cm led tv on snapdeal in 6th feb 2017, seller name is gm electronics, new delhi, order no-[protected], suborder no-[protected], but this tv display light is not working in this morning, that order shows one year warranty how to claim that warranty or repair this device, plz solve this issue

    I got a call from snapdeal. A girl name ritu was talking, she talking about a offer in which she told me to buy anything for 4000 rs. And then snapdeal give me a assured gift. I confirmed her to not to pay any other rs. And she confirmed me for this.
    Then i ask for a official mail of this offer then they mail me about offer by [protected]@snapdeal.com so i confirmed that it is from snapdeal.
    Then i buy gas for 4100 rs and paid money with paytm as she told me that paytm has 20% caehback.

    After that she neither receive my call nor any information about my order.

    Then i mailed to snapdeal customer care email and call for 15-20 times with description that i have to talk your executive bt they rply me only one thing that give us order id.

    How can i give order id when i dont have?

    So please help me to get that money refund.

      Dear sir,

      I ordered aquagrand water purifier in snapdeal.com (Order id - [protected] dated:[protected] with prepayment and same was delivered but during installation by their engineer it was noticed internal parts (Connectors) were damaged and their engineer suggested go for replacement.

      In online complait was raised with photos, snapdeal asked me to send back the item through courier as they do not have service in hassan (Where item was delivered-my home town) for picking up the item but however it was told even courier charges will be refunded.

      As suggested courier details were up loaded online[protected] and following reference number got created (Replacement ticked id :[protected] but sub sequently there is no respnsonse from snapdeal.

      So sent mail and following response number provided (Reference number[protected] dated[protected] saying that with in 24 hrs issue will be addressed but no call or any reponse received till today neither by e-mail nor any call from them.

      Tried their customer care number but it is just looks to be answering machine and could not cancel order.

      Seek your support in refund of return item & courier amount from snapdeal.com.

      Amount deatils as follows
      Aquagrand water purifier - rs 5299/-
      + courier charges - rs 540/-
      Total - rs 5839/-

      Hope with your support issue will be resolved.

        I ordered from snapdeal on 24th august n received a wrong product. Hence placed a request for replacement. The product was successfully picked by vulcan courier company yet snapdeal has denied stating they haven't received the product.
        It's been more than a week since i complained yet i'm not receiving any proper update from them.
        The customer service executive are extremely rude.
        Looks like they trying to cheat the customers saying they haven't received the product as vulcan s their affiliated courier service.

                Hi, i orderd shoes worth rs. 8448 and my order id is [protected]. Snapdeal delivered a devective product to me. For the same i reqested to return it. Snapdeal is not allowing to return / refund it. As per its turms and condition i can return the product, if this of inferrior quality or damaged.

                    I bought this charger from snapdeal link: https://www.snapdeal.com/product/apple-1a-wall-charger/[protected]

                    They're claiming that it's a genuine apple charger, which is not the case here. It's a china made cheap item & it not even charging my iphone.

                    I made a return request at the very next day after receiving the product and now after 11 days i got a message from snapdeal which say's that they've shipped back me my order since it does not met their quality check.

                      I initiated a refund and it has been 3 days since i am getting the same message that your refund is being processed. When i mail to the snapdeal help mail, i keep getting auto messages from a bot that snapdeal is addressing your concern.                         Dear sir,
                        I ordered 4 trousers vide order no. [protected] of which i cancelled 3 trousers due to size unfit problem. Now i got the sms on mobile phone as

                        "return/replacement request closed: dr man mohan sharma while processing your request for arrow sports blue regular flat trouser we noticed some transactions in your account didn? T clear our routine checks. Due to this we? Ll be unable to process your request. Check email for more."

                        — i have been informed on phone that my request for refund can not be completed as i have returned itoms many times in the past. So i can not be refunded and my account has been suspended. Here i want to state that i made this purchase after a gap of 12 months. And in the the easy return policy, no where this clause is mentioned that if a customer has reurned few itoms in the past, he can be denied valid easy cancellations and that too when he purchased itoms after a gap of 1 year.
                        Out of 4 trousers of same size 32, that o[censored]s polo asso. Is comfortable and fitting is ok but that of arrow brand, may be of size diffrence, i am not able to wear them comfortably. So i chose to cancell arrow pants and later on to order for same usplol asso. After shrads are over.
                        So sir, i request you to allow genuine cancellations, otherwise these pants are just a waste for me. Or at least allow me to replace for size 34 pants.
                        I am writing you this mail as customercare has very rudely denied cancellation.

                          I bought a ucb sweatshirt from snapdeal and the quality was very below standard. So i felt cheated and returned the product back sating quality issue. These guys picked my product and said they are checking my product. After a week i get a mail saying quality check failed and they are returning my product back to me if i don't accpet the product its none of their concern. I called the customer support and after many minuted of calling they said that they didnt find the issue that i reported so they mailed me that if their is another issue that i want to report so reply within 24-48 hrs. But here is the catch i never received any mail saying that. Only mail that i received was saying that they are shipping my product back to me.
                          And their customer support guy talks so rude saying "humne apko mail kia tha aap apna mail check kro, hum kuch nhi kr skte". This isnt a way to talk.
                          I dont need the product. That sweatshirt is still kept packed in my home as i dont know what to do with it now. Cant wear it as its bad quality and cant throw also as its worth ₹1200. Just keeping it as a reminder to never buy from snapdeal ever again in limetime.

                              Hi have ordered a product worth rs 800. It does not have the specifications which they mentioned in their description so i returned the product for refund.                                 Yah process kafi dino tak chala mene call ki company me to btaya ki abi nahi aya hai or mujhe company se btaya gaya ki aap courier receipt or account detail bhej dijiye jis se aapka courier charge aapke account me dal dia jayega mene fir kafi dino bad fir call ki or btaya ki aap ek bar courier office jakr aap proof le lijiye ki aapka courier aapke bheje hua address par pahuch gaya hai to me gaya or pata chala ki mera courier aapke btaye hua address par lia hi nahi hai or or wapas kar dia gaya hai without any reason.

                                Or me kafi dino se snapdeal site par mail bi kar raha hu call bi or company se koi bi ans. Nahi ata hai bas return me mail me jawab ata hai ki aapki complain register ho chuki hai or aapse 24hrs me contact karege.

                                Or me daily call kar raha hu to koi receive hi nahi kar raha hai.

                                Or ek bar aaj 9/9/2017 ko call aya ta to mene poocha sir mera ek product hai kafi din purana use check karke batao to mujhse yah kaha gaya ki pahle mere sawal ka ans. Do to mene kaha pahle mujhe bata do nahi to aap call disconnect kar doge to mujhse kaha ki isili to aapko call ya mail nahi kar rahe hai..

                                    I ordered a prestige pkpwrc 1.5 800 stainless steel kettle from snapdeal and they sent me a rejected product on 1st september. They did not send me brand new kettle. When they delivered and when i opened the package the box of the kettle was already broken & opened and the kettle was not packed properly and the kettle had crack at the bottom plastic and scratches on its base and other parts. It has a plastic tab inside which was not mentioned in the description page on snapdeal & extremely low grade plastic used for 1595 rupees. I had registered return request on 6th september within the 7 day return policy by snapdeal and they did not pickup the product, when i called them they said it was their fault and they are working on it & will get back to me later & then they called me on 9th september in the morning and are adamantly refusing to return it when i asked them why? They are not telling me the reason except that there is some problem & when i asked them what the problem is they are saying they can't tell me as it is their company policy & caused me a immense stress while talking to them on the phone which resulted in my high blood pressure but they are extremely rude, inconsiderate & inhumane people and robbed me of 1595 rupees had sent me old rejected product with cracks. They also sold the product to me for much higher price than its original price and they did not send me new kettle. Please help me as this is online fraud. I requested them but they are not returning the product. They are robbing customers of their hard earned money & fooling the customer for trusting them blindly while ordering online, they are sending old damaged rejected factory products for a much higher price than the original maximum retail price. This is online fraud & causing customer a lot of stress. The worst shopping experience in history
                                    A customer trusted them with hard earned money and this is how they rob the customer & fool people & they are not returning within 7 day return policy also. Sending old cracked rejected kettle for a much higher price than its original mrp and not giving me any details or information as to why they are not returning. Just telling lies to cover their illegal fraud actions cleverly. Even after talking to them for several minutes they did not give any information and unreasonably kept refusing to return the product even when i registered return request within 7 days return policy. They did not even schedule a pickup. Cheating & fooling customers. I will never shop from snapdeal ever again. Please help me and return this product as soon as possible and refund my money.

                                    There has been no update . Snapdeal is not refunding my money. They sent me an old damaged rejected factory product for a very high price.
