I have purchased a xbox 360 game cd from snapdeal. Purchase order id: [protected] dtd. 12.08.2017, product delivered on 17.08.2017 on cod basis and we made full payment in cash. (It was my son's birthday). It was packed in red color pack. However, when the cds we installed in our xbox, found that it was not working. We got highly disappointed & contacted their customer care, lodged a complaint for replacement on the same date within 2-3 hrs. After receiving the item. Reference number 43383430 dtd. 17.08.2018. Person from snapdeal came on 19.08.2017 & collected the complete item, packing, invoice, sticker, cds and issued a slip as acknowledgement. We got an email from snapdeal dated 26.08.2017 stating that we are working on your replacement request and will reply. We got another email from them stating "your returned item does not meet our quality check guidelines.
We have received your returned package. Unfortunately, your returned watch dogs xbox 360 did not meet our quality check criteria as some of the parts/accessories that were delivered to you along with it are missing. Due to this, we are unable to process the replacement for your item. Your replacement request has now been closed". We again got disappointed and called the snapdeal, their first reply was since we have not given them reply of email within 24 hrs, hence, our request was not considered. We demanded escalation matrix, they refused, after lot of insisting, they arranged a call back from senior (Mr. Navin) who informed that since, we have not received complete item, saying they have received only 1 cd, hence, your request has been closed. My request was that i may provided the quality test report or test on which our request has been closed. They refused to provide.
Now, we have again emailed the acknowledgement wherein the person has received complete item (I. E. 2 cds). We have sent them emails more than 3 times with attachment of acknolwedgement, but they are not giving any reply. Their customer card phone nos. Are also not giving any response. We have no option but the lodge an fir against the company officials because it is very simple fraud, they have supplied defected item, on replacement request they are simply saying quality test failed. They are not giving any reply to acknowledgement slip. We are in search of govt. Agencies those can help us in the matter.

    Hello there,

    Im also a victim of sanpdeal. I ordered a ray ban sunglasses in january 2017 but i received fake product and i returned the order and they refunded the amount.

    Then again i dared to order a ray-ban blue mirror aviator on 14th august 2017 and the seller was shut up online services. Again i received the fake product. I placed return request and sent a mail to snapdeal about the issue and told them that seller is not genuine. Snapdeal customer care called me and assured me that the seller has been blocked from snapdeal. And they requested me to place another order and assured me to provide real product.

    Then as per the words of snapdeal customer care executive i placed order of same ray-ran on 29 august 2017, with increased price to future deal (Seller on snapdeal). But i was so shocked when i received the product and name of seller on invoice was "shut up online services", it was the same who was blocked from the snapdeal as per the customer executive. And this time product was again fake. Again i called and sent mail to snapdeal about the issue and inconvenience occurred to me. For all the orders i paid in advance.

    Then i received call on 2 august 2017 from snapdeal. He told me that sir please share some images of product i received. So did i. Sent them several pics. Then he called me after 5 hours on same day and told me that snapdeal app and site are being hacked and orders are being transferred to other sellers who are not genuine. Even he said that in case of cod snapdeal has to pay back to their customers for any return items as cod amount received by the fake seller. But in my case it was prepaid so refund would be easy. And he again requested me to place one more time order of rayban and said its a recorded call and i assure you sir that you will get original product but till that time i ordered from lenskart retail shop so told him the reality and asked him to refund my amount.

    But very next day on 3rd august 2017, snapdeal called me and said that i'm not genuine, product was original and we are returning the product back to me and not refund would be initiated and even my snapdeal account is deactivated from snapdeal side.
    According to their experts that was a original product. Now lenskart has delivered me the real original rayban, i can show them the difference between two even i've sent some pics of real product.

    Snapdeal is worst. They want me to accept fake product worth not more than rs 500/- for rs. 4775/-. They are playing with their customers, they say easy returns. If, only if their ray-ban is original still i want to return it, they have to accept the return and initiate refund but snapdeal denied.

    What should i do???

      I had ordered a bag of mark &keith blue faux leather handheld.

      I got a replica.

      Despitel contacting customer care and sending pictures of the bag, they did nothing.

      I got a call alost everyday that my complain will be resolved. But after following up for 10 days nothing really happened.

      They said someone will come and pickup the bag. But no one turned up every time.

      Snapdeal doesn't value it's customers and they believe in one time business.

      I had to just throw the duplicate bag.
      Gr8 company snapdeal.

        I dnt order a single product. The fraud snapdeal is sending all unwanted product to my address and saying that i have ordered the product. They are forcing us that we have ordered the item so we have to take it bt there is not a single item in my snapdeal account bag so to know the problem i tried to contact the costumer care bt i can reach them and i am not getting the way to contact with them. The snapdeal is just cheating the customer in many ways. This time i was the victim. I will be obliged if you take a look on the complain and take the appropriate answer

          I bought a mini electrical sewing machine
          (Creative via msn -201) through snapdeal my order placed on 13-04-17 and it was delivered on 26-04-17.
          While i was shopping this product in online through snapdeal i found it had 1 year warranty by it's company{i. E. Ming hui..}
          Snapdeal gives a 7 days replacement facility for this product
          When i tried to return it after 1 month they were suggested me contact the original seller as they give 1 year warranty on this product.
          This machine is not working well it may be the bobbin problem while i am trying to stichting with it the thread cut and bobbin container comes outside from its position

          I request you to replace with it another new one or you pickup it and return my money with reference of the 1 year warranty facilitated by you in the snapdeal shopping page.
          Plz look on this matter immediately

            I bought panasonic eluga note4 on snapdeal nealy two months ago. It was not working properly so i replaced it. Now again its not working.                 I cannot even imagine being treated this high and dry way by snapdeal!!! I trusted you with majority of my online orders and remaining went to others... However i am grossly dissatisfied after purchasing this shabby and cheap table alarm clock for inr 820/- which was delivered broken. I returned the damaged order to you and it was confirmed that my money would be returned back. But suddenly one day the courier company delivered the same packet back to me!!!
                On the top of this snapdeal considered the order executed with no scope for me to raise my concern on the same... Speak to an executive or write on the mobile snapdeal app which was getting impossible... Making me feel completely cheated!!
                Today, i tried the laptop complaint module which i seriously hope it works!!!
                I am sure snapdeal will never want to deal with its loyal customers this way...

                    I ordered a samsung galaxy s5 on 6 august 2017. My phone was delivered to me on 8 august 2017.
                    Phone's battery backup was not good so i visited to samsung service centre. Samsung told me that the battery was not original it was a local battery. Then i told to snapdeal that samsung service centre was told the battery was original. On 18 august snapdeal picked my phone and the maximum refund time is 7-8 days including 2-3 quality check days.
                    On 27 august snapdeal told me that in the phone's box earphones was missing and we are sending your product returned to you. Next day the courier boy delivered the product to me but i don't receive the
                    Because i want refund not a defective phone. Phone cost is ₹ 10098 including gold delivery charges ₹99.

                          Sir, the problem is that i had received the wrong product, that means i had got the other company, then the delivery-boy told me that in our document already written that there is a size issue, so i can not pick up your product.                               I have ordered two pair of shoes from snapdeal on 22nd aug. I got delivery on 27th aug.
                              1. Two different pair was ordered however same shoes was delivered
                              2. One pair of shoes was defective
                              3. Requested for return and refund of product
                              4. Got mail that my account blocked for transaction and return will not possible

                              Following query sent to snapdeal which they are not replying accepting denying my complaint:
                              1. You mentioned due to internal check my transactions blocked
                              2. What is the internal reason? Why you are not sharing the reason?
                              3. I have ordered two different shoes while same shoes was delivered
                              4. I have paid 1449+1399 = 2848 than how same shoe can delivered
                              5. Why you are not taking return of product which is in damage condition (Photo attached)

                                I am fed up with snapdeal service, i bought one allen solly trouser from snapdeal but due to size issue i want to return the product. While purchasing the product i saw there is a return policy of 14days due to any reason if i want to return but now when i want to return the product they are not coming to my place to pick up the product. Last weeks also i have written complain against this. Instead of solving the problem snapdeal people call me and told me not to complain online and not to mention snapdeal name. They started cheating there costumer. They should have written over there that this product wont be return. Then i wouldnot have purchaesd it. Kindly help me i want my money back from this fraud company. They are saying they wont take the product back nor they will return the money. It will become difficult if they cheat there customer like this my order id [protected].

                                      I have ordered vebero brown casual boot with size 8 on august 06, 2017. I received my order on august 16, 2017 and noticed that it was a faulty product. I received a black color with size 9. (I received the product in a horrible package though)
                                      And so i tried to raise a return request and found that the desired color and size was not available. So i raised it as a refund request and the pick up was scheduled on august 18, 2017.
                                      I received the same faulty product yesterday and found the note that the quality check failed.
                                      I demanded a proper explanation why the quality check failed when i raised the refund request the same day when i come to know that i have received a faulty product.
                                      Again i got the same system generated one liner as "the quality check failed"
                                      Below are my order details and screenshot of the product the way i received.
