I had recently got an call from snapdeal sales and promotions [protected], asking me details about me and then congratulating me for winning, as my number has been shortlisted by your giveaway offer, they told me that i have an assured gift, if i make a purchase of 4000rs and above from your website then ill get an iphone 7 plus, they even asked me to pay it through paytm [protected] and then now they are telling me that i have to pay the gst tax of 8899rs then ill recieve the phone with the purchased products of 4000rs.

I wanted to know whether is such offer available, any kind of giveaways or is this spam group who is going around frauding and luring everyone's money, by using snapdeal as a source, this seriously spoils the image of your company

      I had ordered faces lip crayon brown spiced latte 22 from snapdeal. The received product is broken and when i placed the request to replace from snapdeal app, the customer care called me and refused saying that return or replacement is not allowed on this product.

      Why is snapdeal selling such products and tricking customers by delivering damaged product that too which is not allowed to be replaced. The product is worth 679 rupees and is totally waste for me as its not in usable condition.

      This should be rectified by snap deal if not by refund then atleast replacement by a non-damaged product.

                  I had ordered a bluetooth speaker from snapdeal order id [protected] on 6th of aug 2017 and it got delivered on 13 th of aug 2017 bt it was and empty box there was nothing inside that box. I had requested for refund my money which i had paid to the delivery boy in cash rs. 2390. Snapdeal had accepted the request and they sent their representative he checked all the detail i hav shown him the empty box and he said he will send a report and i will get to know by tomorrow, but even after all this i got nothing neither refund or the product.

                          I am chirsmita. I have ordered a fastrack watch on 2nd aug. But i canceled the product the next day. I paid the amount through debit card. But after cancellation i have not recieved the cancellation amount yet. I contacted their customer care executives, they assured me that i will get my money in 7-10 bussiness days but neither i got the money nor able to contact them again. I also mailed them many times. But they always reply to contact my bank branch. But the bank people refused to listen my query and wholely blames the snapdeal for this loss of mine. Kindly help me otherwise i have to take more strict action against your company.
                          And according to rules any bank is responsible only for their own transactions, not for those transactions that had occured from other bank to them.
                          And this unethical behaviour of your company is unacceptable.

                                  I have ordered for two set of metal beyblade on 27.08.2017. Today mr pawan bisht delivered one set and he asked to pay 754 rs we paid him. Bill for 754 was for two set. At the time i was not present at home. Later i asked him for delivery of other set he replied that we have only one item for you and asked to submit my complaint to company.. Please arrage to send us other set or take back your delivered set immediately.

                                    I had ordered a cd for learning excel sheet software from snapdeal but to my utter dismay it has not been delivered yet. Instead i have been receiving messages stating that the parcel has been delivered.
                                    I tried calling your customer care number but there is just an automated message that is played.
                                    It is really disappointing and frustrating. Your service seems to be fake and looks like you are just cheating people.

                                        I had purchased a product "solid wood dressing mirror with shelf" on 13th aug 2017,
                                        Order id: [protected], placed on 13 aug, 2017
                                        However same is yet to be delivered at the given address,.
                                        I had made the payment in advance but waiting for the product to get delivered
                                        I am extremely disappointed with the delay. And nobody is contacting me for the reason of delay.
                                        I tried calling customer care but i couldn't find agent option on the so called customer care.
