I ordered a matrix hair serum 100ml on snapdeal via order id [protected] sub order id [protected] and found they sent a duplicate product. Its not serum at all. They filled up some oil and sent me. Worst experience with snapdeal. I am a genuine customer of freecharge and had a wonderful experience with them. But didn't expect this from the snapdeal. I claimed for refund and the courier pick up person told he won't receive the product from me stating that he wants the original package that they dispatched alongwith the original invoice. But i didnt have that at that time. Kindly take appropriate action on the snapdeal and its retailer maruti enterprises, gda colony, t transport nagar, l axmi ganj, lakshar, gwalior, madhya pradesh-474001

    I have 3 complaints:

    1). Snapdeal order no. [protected] is not delivered to me but the status is showing it is delivered. Tried to contact custmer care but that is a machine which cant solve my problem. Please help me in this matter. It was a prepaid order, so either they should refund or deliver the product to the correct address.

    2). Order no.[protected] has 3 items:

    1. Lil orchid dress:. Suborder id [protected] was returned due to size issues, and snapdeal status says refund successful, but i didn't get my money. Please help. It is really frustrating.

    2. Denim dress:. Suborder id [protected] is not delivered but snapdeal status showing delivered. It was a prepaid order please refund or deliver the product to correct address given there.

    3. Suborder id:. [protected] is not delivered yet.

      I recently ordered (14 july 2017) "kitchen pro 42 pcs dinner set with serving spoons" from snapdeal with order id: [protected]. I was having 1500 snapdeal voucher which i applied while paying for the product and remaining through my credit card. There was nothing like no refund for that item so after receiving the product i didn't like the quality of the product and claimed for the return policy and also for refund. A guy came for picking up the product so i handed it to him. After few days i again came to know that they has sent that product to my place again. But i shifted from that place and said the courier guy to send it back. Then i got a call from snaddeal executive asking for the reason for the return of the item and i said i didn't like the product ans asked him to refund the amount for that he said it will take about 7 working days to process that request. I asked him about the snapdeal coupon he said they will get back to you about it. After that tried many days to contact snapdeal customer care but i was not able to do that. After 2 months i got a call again from snapdeal team and said that i am unable to gent my money back so i asked them to atleast send the product to the new address they denied that also. Now i am unable to get money nor that product.

              Hi,
              I bought Samsung earphones from snapdeal.but as soon as I got the product, I found that it was fake as one can judge just by seeing the branding and packaging of the product.but when I returned it, Snapdeal refused to do the same by saying that it was rejected by our quality check team.
              How ridiculous these people have their return policy unlike Flipkart and Amazon?

                Sir,

                My humble apologies to anyone who might consider me a whistle-blower and those who's interests, both business or otherwise, may be hampered due to my statements.

                I would like to begin by questioning the law governing online sites where they are free to sell products, both legal and illegal, and why there is absence of any kind of Governance over these sites ?

                The case in point is Flipkart.com which is openly selling Air Guns and Air Pistols under the category of Toys, Tablet Cases and Covers.

                I must point out that as per Arms Rule 2016, issued by Ministry Of Home Affairs, this product clearly falls under the category of Air Weapons and requires an Arms Licence.

                It must be noted here that under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, in Section 11, indicts someone as a criminal who causes any person from causing pain, cruelty or suffering to animals. But invariably these airguns and air-pistols are used on helpless small animals, in particular birds and monkeys.

                The sellers often quote the Rule G.S.R.991, Schedule -II(3) under Arms Act, 1959, under which specific categories of Airguns and Air-pistols are exempt from licencing requirements.
                However, in 2002, the Hon'ble Delhi High Court has quashed the exemption notification G.S.R.991 of the Arms Act, 1959. The order came on a Public Interest Litigation(PIL) case filed by the NGO People for Animals, headed by Ms.Menaka Gandhi.
                Also, the relief application filed by the Air Gun Manufacturers Association, seeking stay on the High Court order, was duly rejected by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in May, 2011.

                The facts mentioned above clearly indicate the product in question, i.e. Airguns and Air-pistols are illegal to be sold in the present manner, and both Flipkart.com and the sellers are clearly engaging in a misdemeanor and violation of law, and must be booked under provisions of the Arms Act.

                As per the Arms Rule 2016, certain norms have been mentioned under which sale of such products is possible and actual dealers and manufacturers are clearly following these norms as laid down by the MHA, Government of India. However, it seems that these online sites and their sellers are beyond any legal control.

                I may not require to give similar details about hunting knives and swords being sold openly on these sites. Needless to say, these are clearly banned products and sites like Flipkart.com seem to be catering to the mischief-mongers, criminals and miscreants of our society, by openly selling and promoting these products.

                I'm appalled at the fact that banned and illegal products are available so easily to people and I'm forced to question the mentality of both the buyer and the seller. Also, the role of Legal Governance over such matters is questionable.

                A gun can only be used to shoot someone or something and I don't see any other utility of this product. Similarly, I wouldn't require a hunting knife or sword to cut vegetables in my kitchen, especially when hunting is illegal in our country. Yet, these products are bought and sold on a regular basis and socially responsible enterprises are providing a legal platform for these activities to flourish.

                I hope this message assists in putting an end to such illegal and irresponsible activities, and provides a safer environment for our families and kids to shop online.

                    I ordered a wooden floating shelf from snapdeal and the product was not at all good. When you touch the product the color from it would be all over your hands and how could you imagine to place this over a wall, hence i placed a return but i received an email saying that this return request is cancelled and could not be returned. When i purchased the product, it was shown that it is covered under 100% payment protection, even now if i navigate to the product it says, 100% payment protection, i tried contacting them on their customer care but there is only ivr and i could not get in touch with them. Please do help

                      So, i have demanded serial number from the snapdeal as well as from the seller but no is repsonding me.

                      I am attaching invoice copy herewith.

                      Request you to help me for getting my serial number so that it can be repaired or replaced by company.

                        I have ordered for a orange colour geogertte ladies suit but when it is delivered to me it is not the same It is just a simple cotton suit. its really a bad experience with snapdeal. May be they are doing fraud with the customers.

                            I have been notifying since the day i requested to return that snapdeal will collect wrong battery and refund my money to the account.
                            Till now no one came to collect nor i recieved my money back and now i can see return request closed.
                            I haven't receive any call nor no one came for it.
                            Is this the way you are handling your customers??

                              Hi,

                              I ordered a watch from snapdeal and as per their return policy of "incorrect fit" i requested for a return since it did not fit me correctly.

                              Snapdeal refused the return giving reasons that the product was not damaged.

                              As per their policy on website they allow returns under the criteria of "wrong size" but they dont abide by their policies.

                              Cheats! They are out to fleece customers. They are harassing customers and giving lame excuses.

                                    We are waiting for last 2 & half month and snapdeal not responding our mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com our total outstanding is 15 lakhs we don't know what do know as we have run out of fund and all business has stopped due to snapdeal. They are saying the reason for holding funds is fake item but we have all invoices with tax paid and genuine distributor goods we are ready them all invoices but they are not replying should we go to the consumer forum or file case against them or visit their head office please advice us.somebody tell us that they short of cash

                                      I am purchased a sanskriti designers grey net straight semi-stitched suit from snapdeal, bt the quality is very poor so i refund their suit to snapdeal bt my refund balance is not added in my bank account & then we call to snapdeal customer care they said your refund balance add in your account in next 4 days & they also said for last 30 days & they become more harassment to me so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
