I ordered a wooden floating shelf from snapdeal and the product was not at all good. When you touch the product the color from it would be all over your hands and how could you imagine to place this over a wall, hence i placed a return but i received an email saying that this return request is cancelled and could not be returned. When the service provider open to install this product there is not an any (Adaptor) in an asseseries with this product so without an (Adaptor) this product is not working. Order id of this product is - ([protected])

Till now no one came to collect nor i recieved my money back and now i can see return request closed.
I haven't receive any call nor no one came for it.
Is this the way you are handling your customers??

Hi,

I ordered a watch from snapdeal and as per their return policy of "incorrect fit" i requested for a return since it did not fit me correctly.

Snapdeal refused the return giving reasons that the product was not damaged.

As per their policy on website they allow returns under the criteria of "wrong size" but they dont abide by their policies.

Cheats! They are out to fleece customers....

I got a call from snapdeal. A girl name ritu was talking, she talking about a offer in which she told me to buy anything for 4000 rs. And then snapdeal give me a assured gift. I confirmed her to not to pay any other rs. And she confirmed me for this.
Then i ask for a official mail of this offer then they mail me about offer by [protected]@snapdeal.com so i confirmed that it is from snapdeal.
Then i buy gas for 4100 rs and paid money...

I ordered aquagrand water purifier in snapdeal.com (Order id - [protected] dated:[protected] with prepayment and same was delivered but during installation by their engineer it was noticed internal parts (Connectors) were damaged and their engineer suggested go for replacement.

In online complait was raised with photos, snapdeal asked me to send back the item through courier as they do not have service...

I ordered from snapdeal on 24th august n received a wrong product. Hence placed a request for replacement. The product was successfully picked by vulcan courier company yet snapdeal has denied stating they haven't received the product.
It's been more than a week since i complained yet i'm not receiving any proper update from them.
The customer service executive are extremely rude.
Looks like they trying to cheat the customers...

I bought ambrane power bank from snapdeal on january 2017 which had a warranty of 12 months but it is not working right now. I tried calling ambrane but none of the numbers are working .
Kindly resolve my issue either give me ambrane's number or do something else but replacve it.

Hi, i orderd shoes worth rs. 8448 and my order id is [protected]. Snapdeal delivered a devective product to me. For the same i reqested to return it. Snapdeal is not allowing to return / refund it. As per its turms and condition i can return the product, if this of inferrior quality or damaged.
